The airbag light is on in my 08 F150. The shop I took it to told me that the problem was in the instrument cluster. Scanned code B1869. They sent the cluster to Atlanta Speedometer, which claimed that it had previously been repaired and that the repair was not properly done. They shipped it back to the shop where my truck was, and when I picked it up, they informed me that Atlanta Speedometer had clipped some of the wires that the previous repair shop had installed. I was told that because of the clipping of the wires, I have no working fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge or odometer reading....and the airbag light is still on. At least they, Atlanta Speedometer, didn't charge me for this. When I got the truck home, I removed the instrument cluster and discovered that there were wires connected to the printed circuit board, but none had been cut. So, it was sent to Atlanta Speedometer for an airbag light repair, and it was returned with no working fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, odometer reading and the airbag light is still on. I paid the shop $392.50 for this, and it still has to be repaired. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

This man is a CROOK. I paid him good money to fix my speedometer. He apparently did absolutely nothing to it. He refused to honor his "5 year warranty" even though I emailed him within 2 days after I received the NON WORKING unit. I have all the email threads to prove it. I called before purchase as the website asked, given that the cluster wasn't completely dead. Just the screen had gone out, the rest of the cluster operated normally. I was not told before I purchased and shipped it that they didn't have the screen in stock. It had to be ordered from overseas. Which meant that my Spyder was unable to be used until the screen came in and it could be tested with the new screen. The cluster was out of the bike for 5 weeks before I got it back. Once they got the screen in, they tested it and told me that the driver for the screen was bad and it could not be repaired. In addition, no one was proactive with updates to this process. I had to be the one to continually check in with them for the status. In the end, I was out $120+ with shipping both ways, and for them to do a bench test of the cluster. All this just to end up getting it back in the same condition that I sent it to them. In the interim, the new cluster from Can-Am that I've had to buy went up in cost by an additional $200. If I had just bought the new cluster in the first place then I would have saved over $320 and 5 weeks of additional riding. No offer to comp me the shipping cost + bench test due to the delay on their end. It could have been worse I suppose, but I won't be doing business with them in the future. read more

I sent out speedometer for my 1982 mercedes 380sl r107. The mileage and the odometer and back lighting was non functional. Atlanta Speedometer called me once the item arrived and diagnosed the Speedometer. They advised me what was wrong and I gave them the go ahead to fix it. They repaired the Speedometer immediately and sent it back. It only took 7 days from the time I shipped it, until it returned. I installed the Speedometer same day it arrived. Atlanta Speedometer did an excellent job. They cleaned the Speedometer up and added a little extra at no charge. Highly recommended company. read more

Please do not use this company. My speedometer was bouncing. I removed my cluster and sent for repair for $250.00. I received it back and installed it and it did the same thing. I called them and they stated that is was not the speedometer, but the circuit. I took to a mechanic and he could not fix it. I took it to Ford and they could not fix it. I myself read every wire, slaved in new wiring, burnished every ground, replaced 5 speed sensors, replaced my rear-end suspecting a bad reluctor gear @ $2000.00. All of this took a long time to do as I TRUSTED this company that my cluster was good. Finally I removed the cluster AGAIN and was able to troubleshoot it to a bad stepper motor of which I got off of Ebay for $40.00. Overall, I am $3000.00 into this and it only should have been $40.00 to fix. I called Atlanta Speedometer and talked to the owner. He stated that it took me a looong time to fix, no joke, because I suspected my cluster was good per your company and I am not a full time mechanic. In all, he basically said too bad for your luck and did not offer a refund, or even a sorry. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE READ! I sent my 2005 Altima speedometer in for repair after mechanic replaced my fuel pump twice. They told me the gauge tested normally but there was corrosion on my circuit board that was the likely cause of my problem with my fuel gauge. I was skeptical but once my mechanic reinstalled my instrument cluster it worked perfectly. I called back to thank them for their work, and explained that I had been out of work due to Covid and told them how much money they had saved me. After hearing this the owner, Josh, refunded me 50% of my repair. I wish I could give 10 stars and they sold everything else I buy. My odometer had stopped working and I called for an appointment for the following week. I was quoted $215 and it would take an hour. I arrived early and was accepted early. True to his word, Josh got me out in an hour and in addition, fixed my 12V adapter that had been broken for a few years...NO CHARGE! i sent my instrument cluster to atlanta speedometer for what i thought was a faulty fuel gauge. When it was returned they said the fuel gauge tested good. I also noticed it had been reassembled incorrectly. in order to separate the case halves you must remove 2 screws and pry up 4 tabs and unplug the turn signal indicators. The male end of the plug in was stuck in between the case halves and jammed back together. Before I sent it in I had it apart too see if i could repair it myself (ie, fuse or fried resistor) Could see no damage so I shipped it to the "pros" So i called Josh and he told me they had cleaned "corrosion" off the board. i disputed this and demanded a refund and he just gave me the runaround and refused. So i guess it cost me $160 to wipe off nonexistant corrosion with a rag and reassemble it incorrectly and ship it back. Please do not use this company I implore you! read more
