We wanted tuna for dinner. Called our former stinky standby. Cor-J, and tuna is $29.95 a pound! Shocking. It was $9.99 a pound on sale at King Kullen last week. So called Atlantic Seafood. $21.99 a pound. Sigh, but better than Cor-J. We drove over there, and it's a combo seafood market/restaurant, like whatever Indian Cove is called now. (It was Indian Cove almost my entire life, and now it's on its third or maybe fourth name change, and I absolutely cannot be bothered to keep track.) The fish looked fresh and wonderful, and a friendly, very helpful man weighed several different pieces so we could choose. One of us, not me, eats very small portions. We got two pieces, and when seared, they were delicious!! We had walked in through the restaurant, and exited through a giant fake shark jaw into a picnic area. The market part was small and fun, with lots of fake crabs. I got a menu to peruse later, because I want to come back!

Food was amazing! Everyone was really nice and I felt like home. My wife never had ate all her food but she ate everything. I don't do season so I went with a burger and it was great. We loved the decor because when on vacation these are kind of places we like to visit. The kids loved seeing the giant shark head. It's not big but there is more than enough parking . You can also buy fresh fish to take home. Amazing place to stop by if you are visiting from out of town.

This a was worthy stop on our way out to Montauk the Friday before Columbus Day weekend. This casual sit down spot has indoor and outdoor seating (with heaters), friendly service and good a selection of seafood favorites. I had no complaints about my meal I got a cup of a special menu item; shrimp and corn chowder which had the right amount of sweetness from the corn to cut the rich soup and accompany the shrimp. My fried flounder sandwich was perfectly fried and had a bit of a nostalgic vibe to me - for some reason I don't see a lot of flounder on menus nowadays. The fries were great as well. I tried the clam chowder and it was pretty inedible - it tasted like gloopy flour and water mixed together. The fish tacos came as a pair and were generous and tasty. I would stop in again if I find myself this far out on the island.

I came here simply to try the fried fish sandwich , because someone locally told me it was the best. I didn't know it was also a market with a nice selection of fresh seafood. The sandwich was quite good and two decent pieces of fish . What stood out was how fresh it tasted. The tartar sauce was also very good and homemade. The fries were also great and perfectly salted. I will definitely come back to try other options although who knows , maybe I will get that delicious sandwich again since it was so good !

Steamers and mussels and cod, oh my! I've written about this place before, so I must be a fan. It's where I go when I'm jonesing a bucket of steamers (in season, of course), though their fish and chips and shrimp tacos have often kept me satiated over the years. This is the kind of place where simple, and delicious seafood reigns. A comfortable dining room, space to dine alfresco (also in season) and huge sharks mouth to walk through as you enter the place! Did I mention that they're also a fresh seafood market? Lots of goodness from the briny deep to choose from and many a time I've come home with something fresh to cook for dinner. Tons of parking out back in the gravel lot (what, you'd frequent a seafood shack that didn't have one?). Always friendly and warm service (they politely ask for tips in cash) and great, simple, well-prepared food. Heck, they even have some BBQ for you lubbers out there. All cards accepted, a great selection of wines & beers and outstanding local shellfish. One of favorites on the island.

It's got a local vibe, with outdoor seating. Service is decent & food is good. A little pricey, but if you want to sit near the huge jaws ya gotta pay! Clean & helpful staff if you want to pick up some fresh fish from the market there to prepare at home.

Broiled shrimp w/FF

After all of the reviews, I had to try this place out. Recently went for dinner. Appetizers we ordered were fried calamari, Mussels in white wine & garlic & a bowl of chilli. Calamari was good, a but overcooked. Chilli was delish! Mussels were good as well! For dinner I ordered the broiled shrimp with french fries. Shrimp was way over-cooked. Husband got a broiled seafood dish. He said it had no flavor except the paprika water it was sitting in on the dish. Waitress was super friendly & attentive. Quick service & everyone was nice! Cute little old style seafood joint with nautical decor & a fireplace to keep you warm!

Fried flounder sandwich with baked potato.

Atlantic Seafood serves a generous portion of cod and toppings in their cod fish tacos. The quality of their fried flounder sandwich has been consistent over the years. You can order a baked potato instead of fries. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Ordered broiled flounder as takeout, and the fish appeared to be thrown into the container. The atmosphere is very casual and food is served on disposable dinnerware.

No answer so we decided to come before opening so that it wasnt their busiest time, ordered a burger, and brought a celiac safe meal for myself. I started eating before my partner incase anyone wasnt happy with me bringing it so we could be done fast. We did have a shopping bag for my dogs essentials in the heat, and his water bottle was on the table. We brought our own two seltzers which I am assuming may not be allowed and I apologize for that. No one seemed to mind until it seems a family that ordered expensive drinks asked the owner Steve to have us move. Ofcourse, it was the one time my dog stepped up onto the seat for water, but other than that we specifically only took up the corner of our table incase anyone needed the other side. Plenty of space, and dog is very friendly. Steve couldve asked nicely but was incredibly rude. Gestured at me sort of aggressively and said "you cant be doing this". I told him about restrictions and he said "I dont care i only have 4 tables'". When leaving, I saw an open table. I get it, ok, but just be nicer and don't make a scene. 2 stars because burger was ok and the views are great. Big fan of Little Gull Cafe, you can bring a really good coffee from Nice Place if there is a wait, and their burger is 5/5!!

We went here on a Wednesday to check out the "ladies night," which turned out to be a prime example of an ironic misnomer, but I still caught a nice buzz and a dug the vibe. Overall, LTP has an old-timey village feel, but features some anachronistic updates such as plasma, Megatouch Fusion, and an Internet Jukebox, if you like that kind of thing. A nice place to visit.
