    Margarita

We came here before a show at the Suffolk Theater and sat at the bar. The views of this place are beautiful and it was a perfect breezy day with lots of boats on the water. It was early on a Saturday, 5:30 because we wanted to hang out for a while before the show, so there weren't many people there at that time. That quickly changed a little less than an hour later, and all of the tables on the patio were full. They also had a big crowd for karaoke. They had a lot of regulars who show up and sing and it was a lot of fun. The entire atmosphere was energetic and everyone was having a great time. The food at the bar was good, but could really have been better. The tacos were good, but my friend and I had the fluke fish and chips, but it tasted more like cod. Maybe because of the breading? The drinks were also okay, the margarita's could have been stronger and tasted mostly like juice. We switched to white wine, and that was pretty good. When I go to a place that makes drinks that don't have much alcohol, I always switch to wine. At least you know what you're getting and every glass is the same! All in all, it was a nice experience and we would go back.

There are other fish in the sea, skip your time with this one. One pro here, is the view is beautiful - marina views, decent amount of seat-yourself seating- live band. Came for drinks and an appetizer- all were blah. The peach Long Island tasted and acted like it did not have a drop of alcohol in it, especially for a drink with 4 alcohols you should be able to taste a hint of something ... also, the white merlot was just okay - not sure if it was because it was served warm in a plastic cup? Lastly, the "spicy" Jamaican steak bites were so bland, not a hint of spice on them. To top it off, wait staff is not very attentive and only come around once in awhile. There are so many amazing places to eat in riverhead, try those.

Love the spot! We came at the right time so not too much crowd.. so there was some kinda "social distancing"...food is good my husband got the chili lime shrimp.. I got salad which seems to be all romaine with a piece of sliced strawberry, 2 cherry tomatoes sliced and 2 pieces of sliced cucumber. Hope next time they can at least add some more cucumbers and tomatoes so it's NOT just all romaine. we like that it has a fast food feel where u choose where to sit and go to the bar to order and pay and just wait for your order to arrive that's going to be brought to your table.. the view is awesome so come on a nice sunny day.. uses disposable plates and utensils but A little pricey.

Spread along and around the docks of the Marina behind the Hyatt hotel. Part Tiki bar part like dining on a beach. They are only open in the summer since the dining is all outdoors no indoor dining. Fire pits and heaters make it very comfortable and even more tropical. Leisurely dining due to the the distances involved around the restaurant, bar and our order is filled from a kitchen on the side of the marina. Not a complaint very happy to sit there with a promptly filled drink an just absorb and enjoy the view. Varied menu With choices from the land the sea and burgers. We had the Ahi Tuna, shrimp tacos, scallops and fresh oysters and clams for starters. Smiling faces all around. Put this on your list for next summer.

Food was great here. We came to try a groupon. I got the short rib sandwich. There was a musician playing. A beautiful unique outdoor bar. We definitely will be back.

Was at the aquarium on a Wednesday and wandered into this Small bar with a nice happy hour, good food and very good service.... When you exit the aquarium through the gift shop you end up in this cute little outdoor bar which is also connected to the a hotel. The buffalo wings were delicious...fried hard and seasoned well. If you are out in Riverhead definitely worth the stop. Also had the strawberry salad with shrimps very good. The house chardonnay was very nice. Keep up the good work.

Nice atmosphere and vibe when they have live music. Stick to Mexican fare for food and beer or bottled / canned drinks.

There's actually a hilarious story behind why I went. I was originally supposed to have a date that night, but let's be real: you'd think a 61-year-old man would know better than to take a 47-year-old woman to Dave & Buster's. I canceled the night before, dolled myself up the day of, and decided to take myself out instead. Best decision ever. The joint is dimly lit. But your eyes wind up adjusting. It's got a great vibe. Definitely excellent for a date night. The bartenders here are absolute rockstars. I started with a Painkiller. Even though it's no longer on the menu, they whipped it up for me anyway--and hey, it definitely relieved my pain, lol! Next, I tried a Corpse Reviver just because it had absinthe in it. It was different, but I really enjoyed it. Naturally, I had to finish with my signature drink, a Cosmopolitan, because I am the Black Carrie Bradshaw of Long Island. And it did not disappoint. The eats: I got the charcuterie board--fancy and bougie, just like me--and wrapped up the night with the brownie à la mode for dessert. Drowning my troubles in sweets is a must when the Long Island dating pool is an absolute wasteland, lmao. Did I want to spend my night around teenagers, kids, and skee-ball? HELL NO! I wanted a grown-and-sexy speakeasy vibe, and Artemis delivered. 5/5 stars--would 100% recommend!

We jumped over to the bar right beside and drank some girly drinks before getting the notification our table was ready. As with nearly every establishment in NYC, it is very close quarters in paradise lost. We stood at a table while waiting for seats at the bar to become available. Which, we didn't mind. I could see how this might be a little harder to get a seat for a bigger group if you aren't there before 6. It seemed that once a group got a big table, they camped out. The drinks were strong and creative. Friendly bartenders, good music, and yummy options for bar snacks. Also, the bathroom is a nice touch. Given the hell theming for the bar, the bathroom is a 180 and while using the Lou, you can listen to the bible being recited. Theres also a spooky surprise if you press the button in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it is at the bottom of some decently narrow stairs. So, try and stay sober enough for stairs or you may fall. Go to this bar. You will have fun.

We were told that there would be a slight delay for a table, but seeing the enthusiastic crowd, we figured it might be worth it. It was. We got a really great roomy table, and our server was a gem. Looking back over the reviews here, we got their star quarterback in Connor, who sat down at a spare chair and talked to us about what to eat. Within two minutes, we were old friends. I'm a big fan of originality in menus, and they had it to spare. I ended up with the fried chicken sandwich and Donna had the Left Coast sandwich. Ham turkey and swiss on crainberry bread. It was a Smokey, yet smooth and refreshing drink! We also got the Snow White, on the sweeter side made with Pear vodka, orgeat, pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon. And of course, we can't forget our schooling in tequila and Mezcal from Agus. He was very informative of what he was serving and we tried a few different shots. But that is not why I am willing to drive long distances to play the wonderful game of Golf. It's because I enjoy playing on a golf course that are difficult to get on unless you're a member. And if a family or friend invites to you to play, I never say no. The Vineyards Golf Course is a beautifully designed course that easily blends in with its surroundings. The course has three set of tee boxes which we chose to play the back tees of course. Why??, well because the young men I was playing with can drive ball 300 yards plus and sometimes on the fairway. It sure did not help my game when I attempted to drive the ball the distances they seem capable. I found the Vineyards golf course challenging with its rolling fairways, protected by large meandering sand bunkers, false fronts and hazards. We had a windy day that played in our favor on some holes and others which easily challenged us. The par-3 holes were a variety in length, direction and difficulty. The secondary roughs had fescue grasses and in some cases we were lined up along a corn field farm. Vineyards was much more challenging than I anticipated, but I very much enjoyed the course and would love to play there again before the season ends.
