When we arrived, they informed us there was no calamari. We showed them the website with both hot and cold lobster rolls. The response? "Oh, I have no clue." The manager came over, and when we asked if the menu was changing, he said, "I hope so!" Not exactly reassuring. We got home (two toddlers and a baby in tow, so eating there wasn't an option) and opened the food -- and that's when it went from bad to insulting. Every roll was upside down with what little lobster there was spilling out. The bread wasn't even split open properly. We ended up scooping scraps of lobster with our fingers into the bread. For almost $200, this was an absolute embarrassment. I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad I hope a manager contacts us to make it right.
