First of all this hotel can be quiet deceiving. When you walk into the lobby to check in the hotel is really nice in which I'm sure that tower is nice. My wife and I find out we are not staying in that tower, we are staying in the hotel tower four blocks down. Not only is it far from all the immunities of the hotel, it's down right grungy. Once you open the door to enter the tower a strong smell of mildew and piss hits you in the face. The tower we stayed in should not have been priced top dollar as the main tower is as it's no where near as nice as perceived. Granted it has a great ocean view from the balcony but the room is dated and needs to be updated. The beds are horrible. I can honestly say I've had better sleep in a low budget motel. If these rooms were under 80 dollars a night I wouldn't complain but at 120.00 a night it's a bit much. I will not be staying here again. read more

This hotel was not accommodating to me and my family this past weekend our stay was for 3 nights we had two of their 2 bedroom condos units 656 &657 they were very dirty upon arrival old food left in the fridges and stove. These units were roach infested , toilets dirty , we received no housekeeping services the entire stay, the desk clerk was notified on a daily basis of our needs just to basically clean these units for us .The clerk stated to me she would see if she could refund us at least 4 one of our units. We came in for jeep jam and rented through Air bnb and Coastline Rentals. the room had dead roaches, bubblegum stuck to the floor, kitchen was nasty! the mold growing on the vents and sliding door to the patio was awful. it was nowhere we wanted our kids to stay. the pictures on the internet showed a kitchen table with chairs it wasn't there. the dust was at least 1/2 inch thick throughout. I called the rental office and asked to be moved. they had the audacity to asked me to pay $110 more and not look at the new unit until after paying. we called down the road to compass cove paid $15 more and the condo was immaculate! it was clean well stocked and the office was super nice! never again will I use air bnb coastline rentals or Atlantica! they sent me an email and was going to charge me $195 for cleaning! we moved the covers on the bed searching for bedbugs. my reply was it would take more than $195 to clean that uni. as nasty as it was it would take 2-3 people working a good 10 hrs. it was GROSS! unit 1101 don't waste your time! read more

First day.... our shower was broken, and our toilet didn't not flush right so they get us a plunger. Wow... okay. Second day we see cockroaches and inform them. They got an exterminator who "didn't see any and sprayed the room". I called at 7 am and had to call at 6pm to find out what was going on. We were told we would get a new room but by 6 they apparently couldn't do that anymore. Once we returned to our room our keys didn't work. After we got that fixed we were honored with 2 cockroaches hanging out in the kitchen. Unless you like horrible service and unwanted bugs, DO NOT STAY!! The cleaning fee is not worth it. We arrived at our condo early, the front desk clerk said the rooms just needed inspected so we left and came back at 4:30 she saw me and said oh I was just getting ready to inspect your rooms. When we finally got our keys and walked in it was obvious to me that she did not inspect our rooms. Upon walking into our room it looked like a nice place but it hadn't been cleaned well, the walls and floors were dirty, the bedding did not look clean, the hairdryer in the bathroom was broken along with a balcony chair, we had asked for a pack and play at the time of booking and they had replied back sure to that request so we did not bring one with us, when I asked the front desk lady for one she replied back that they don't provide that and they show no where that I had requested one. Off to target we go to get a pack and play and laundry soap and cleaning supplies. We get back and proceed to wash the bedding and realize there is no bedding for the sofa bed and no shower curtains. We go down to the front desk to request those and she gave us sheets for the bed and would tell housekeeping about the rest. The kids ended up using towels for covers that night. The next day we again requested blankets and shower curtains and she again said she would tell housekeeping, that night the kids again had to use towels for blankets. The third day we again requested and the front desk lady was very rude and acted like we were a big bother to her and again said she would tell housekeeping. That evening we again made a trip to target to buy a blanket for the bed ourself. When we booked they had said housekeeping would provide fresh towels daily and garbage removal, we were there for 6 days and never once did housekeeping come in to do that. I would definitely not stay here again the condo itself is fairly nice but because of the housekeeping issues and the front desk clerk I would stay away, she obviously does not enjoy her job. Make sure the construction is over before you book! They are ripping down one of the towers and it's mass construction at it's finest. Noise, dust, and debris. Not ideal for a relaxing vacation you're paying big money for. We didn't stay here but stayed a couple hotels down and still caught the brunt of it. read more

Where do I even start? We stayed here a couple years ago and loved it so I wanted to stay again. This time though, it was a train wreck. On July 7, 2019 we drove 10 hours to get here close to check in (at 4). We arrived around 3:30, checked in, was told the room was almost ready which was fine since we were a little early. We booked a 2 bedroom king deluxe, 2 bath condo in the south tower. When I got the call that our room was ready (around 4:15)I went and got the key and was told the room number...in the north tower. Not being one to complain, I thought I would go check it out at least. It was awful. Small, cramped, only two beds and one bathroom, had a funny smell, and the balcony was hardly big enough to turn around on. So I went back and told them that wasn't what I had booked. This was after standing there for a good 30 minutes though because the lobby was full of angry customers who were given the wrong room or who had been waiting hours for their room. One person was even told "check in is at 4 but it isn't guaranteed until 9!" So after finally getting up to the counter, the very rude older lady with long hair said that it states on the website that your room isn't guaranteed and there's nothing she could do! So I told her I'd take it but they'd get an awful review from me. Her response, "oh well, do what you have to." My husband decided we weren't driving that far to not have enough room so he went in to talk to them. He was able to talk to the other lady (short brown hair) and get the room that we reserved although the first lady said they were booked up. This could be because we witnessed her slip a guy a key out the side door and tell him his room number which was on the sixth floor (where I requested). So my husband brought that to her attention that we witnessed that and we were given a room on the third floor. It was close to 6 by the time we finally got to a room. Overall, the room it itself is alright. The tub takes a good hour to drain so you're standing there in your own filth the entire time you're showering off, there's a funny smell in the kitchen, and I'm also pretty sure we've seen two roaches (but could have been water bugs, they ran too quickly to tell for sure). The pool is always clean but the hot tub outside is full of people drinking from daylight till dark. With no security though, I'd imagine that's an issue all the time. My brother and sister in law got a room they also didn't reserve but they just settled instead of arguing. They have a leaky, blinking light in the kitchen, their dryer doesn't work at all, and they also have an extremely slow draining tub. They were given the key to another room to use the washer and dryer which just seems ridiculous to me. We will not be staying here again and I highly recommend looking into other condos before you settle for this one. Your employees that interact with your guest make your business. If they're rude and don't care then you will lose business. Whoever runs this hotel needs to realize that. read more

Been booked for 2 years due to covid and it's been nothing but back and forth. check in says 3 for the meridian plaza, arrive as a family of 3 dying for a shower- they then inform us check in isn't until between 4-6 and that they are busy!!! Absolute garbage!!!! Don't recommend. Not willing to help you at all and just apologize when clearly they need more help or are accepting more than they are capable of handling!!! read more

Upon arrival to this location I was immediately disappointed the lobby was dirty and dark and the clerks were as unwelcoming as the lobby. The unit was not as shown or advertised. We rented a 2 bedroom unit that was suppose to have 2 queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other. There was 2 full in one room and a queen in the other. It was very dirty and outdated. Was told we were in one of the units still owned by the Atlanticas and most of the units were privately owned and updated. Was told they could not give us one of those units because they were full. The adult pool was located in the building in the next block and had no rest room at that location. The parking was 1 block away and if that lot was full the next lot was 2 blocks away. Upon arrival(we stayed in a penthouse rented out through Southern Coast Realty and AirBnb) we were directed to the wrong room - where I embarrassingly opened the door, with a key code that should not have opened any room other than ours, to a room where other people were already staying! We immediately called the emergency number left by the rental company and did not receive any support. After finally getting into the correct room, we found that it was EXTREMELY dirty. There was garbage on the floor between the beds, dried urine on the toilet seats, sand on the bathroom floor, food on the living room floor, leaking air conditioner, water pressure that cut out every 20 seconds and tons of fruit flies! Against better judgement we still decided to give the place a shot. The next morning we were greeted by cockroaches. Needless to say we had had enough. Upon leaving(18 hrs after checking in) we found out that our door didn't even lock! We called Southern Coast Vacations on Sunday and Monday and were told there was nothing they could do until their supervisor got back from her own vacation on Thursday and that she would call us. She never called. We called the company multiple times before she answered the phone only to call us liars, tell us that it was impossible for these things to occur, say that we refused maintaince and cleaning (um what??), that we stayed for two days and that we would not be getting any refund. AirBnb has not been any help in the matter either. It is truly disgusting that businesses are able to conduct themselves in this manner. Since so reviews are poor, I want to give my take on what is happening. We rented ATLANTICA RESORT II 653, via Elliot Rentals. Our condo was updated and very clean. It far exceeded our expectations. New appliances, new counter tops. Furniture was newer and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was wells supplied with anything you would need for short-term or long-term stay. The owners of this condo have gone above and beyond providing for our stay. Location is perfect as boardwalk is located one resort down. It is only a block or so to main Myrtle Beach. Plenty with of options to eat nearby. We were on the 6th floor, with balcony and the view was amazing. The rental company is off site, a few blocks away, so you don't deal with any of the Atlantica staff. The resort is an older property but is in the process of updating. They were putting in new tile in the pool area, new landscape was being installed. Some areas appeared to be recently painted. I think the poor reviews are from slumlord units. People who don't own to use for themselves. We never saw any homeless people hanging out, nor did we find any garbage laying around. Right off the back. We couldn't get in the room.. Then we got a non smoking room that obviously had a smoker in there previously. The whole building smells like cigarettes. Then I left to go to the store and return for the code to enter the building nit my room didn't work and we had to wait for them to send someone to fix the issue. read more

It has taken 4 hours for me to calm down after this situation!! My daughter, who is 20 and her friends who are 21 bought a groupon for the Atlantica. The groupon stated that they need needed to be 18 to check in. When the girls got there they were advised that you needed to be 21 to check in, and were refused a room, even thought they had already paid for a room!!! They were never offered help in locating another place to stay! By now it is dark and the girls are not from the area and have no idea what to do. Instead of offering these girls help in locating a place to stay they are told that "no one will take them". One of the other parent's and myself called the "resort" and spoke to Stacey "the manager. I was calling as parent who was concerned about their child's safety and they way they were treated. Needless to say both the other mother and I were hung up on by Stacey. My husband then called this "place" and was informed they could not help the girls because they didn't know of any hotels. Thankfully, the other mother was able to find a hotel for the girls for the night. I am so totally disgusted by this facilities lack of concern for the girls safety. They had paid for the groupon and were denied a room. The "manager" told me it is not their responsibility to check what Groupon is posting. Seriously!! I encourage you not to stay at this facility!! I do not write many reviews; however our stay at this place was so awful, I want to make sure no one else goes through it. Our visit was during the pandemic- one week ago- and our room was one of the dirtiest places I've ever stayed in- including global travel. Shortly after checking in, my husband found blunt wrappers in the ice cube tray and my sons found large pieces of dreadlocks all throughout the kitchen. There were toys, trash, etc... under almost every piece of furniture. The elevator was broken for a good period of time during Saturday afternoon- prime check in time. The staff did nothing to alleviate the situation, nor were we offered a refund of any kind. I could not believe they allowed any of this during Covid. It was shocking. Very disappointed I guess the good reviews are from condo owners renting these out. I did not have reservations I had paid for my stay in a 2 bedroom suite in full in advance and there is no reason for it not to available. Went to the address to check in and was given some excuse about expedia booking too many rooms that were not even in their system but they had confirmations. They said they had a 1 bedroom suite in a building 4 doors down next to a construction site and if I complained I could probably get $50 back and a voucher. I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite because that is what I needed. I don't want to complain, I want what I paid for. The building had a funny smell, the rooms were rather dated and the full kitchen was poorly equipped. The smoke detector had been removed and was sitting on the dining room table taken apart. If you're looking for a large place to accommodate a big family and have a place to eat in then by all means stay here but being with you a hazmat suit and nose plugs. Gross. Just gross. We may have had an amazing view of the ocean but in order to get to it we had to walk through pungent odors of possibly fish mixed with stale boxer shorts tethered to dank musty air conditioning. The whole place is dated; it's weathered and ran like a frat house. Sure, it's on the strip so it's within walking distance to other amenities, restaurants and attractions but for over $200 a night, I would rather stay off the beaten path or could have rented a condo. The sheets didn't fit the master bed. Bring your own pillows, these are 6837 years old and like rocks. The 2nd bedroom had two double beds and a full bathroom. What truly sucked was that our room was outside the elevator. The windows let in lots of noise, for your safety there's chicken wire in the double pane. Having the Windows in the bedrooms next to the hallway made it difficult to sleep- every door slam and anytime someone walked/talked you could hear it all. The lazy river truly is lazy, just an oval around some plastic grass was slimy and underwhelming. The indoor pool was crowded and the pool chemicals were on max. Biggest bummer of all is the virgin tiki bar - how are you gonna serve virgin Pina coladas? The beach chair & umbrellas are not complimentary to the hotel, you have to pay the lifeguard $35 cold hard beans. No credit cards taken. The point of being at the beach is to be at the beach so I reality I could deal but truly I was ready to check out just as soon as we checked in and sucked it up. We had a great time at the beach and checking out all the other attractions like the aquarium, the Pirates and knights shows and shopping at Broadway on the Beach. read more

Location, location, location ! Priced fairly. There are higher end resorts in Myrtle Beach, but you're going to have to rent a car or spend some extra $ on getting around. I wanted to love it. The view is great and the room wasn't terrible but when taking a vacation do you want not terrible? The manager is more concerned with being right than trying to honor customer requests or a simple apology. We booked in April for a July vacation and requested to be next to our friends who we were traveling with. We called the morning of check in to verify we would be together and they said that's the first thing we see when we look at your reservation. When we checked in we were on floor 13 and they were on 5 and "nothing could be done" It made meal planning and letting the kids hang out a logistical nightmare with the elevator situation. The manager reviewed our phone calls (yes, she said she listened to the phone calls when we made the reservations) and said we were never guaranteed to be by them that it was just a request. If I could give zero stars for this dump, I would. I've never stayed in such a unkept place at Myrtle Beach before until now. I stayed in room 1153 with my 3 kids and wife for Spring Break. This room needs a massive overhaul. All the walls need wiped down since there was marks all over it, the kitchen stated "fully equipped" on the website, but no frying pan and all the pots and utensils needed cleaning again. Opened the dishwasher and it needed cleaning too! The refrigerator was filthy. My family didn't eat in the room very much due to this. The furniture, rug, drapes didn't match and looked like they were from the late 80's or early 90's. Thought the furniture out on the balcony needed cleaning as there was black stuff all over it. So, we called maintenance and they came up to look at it and said it had cigarette burn marks on it and that it wasn't "dirty". ‍ The hallway leading to the elevator from the room smelled like nasty baked goods and children's tears! Disgusting! The staff really didn't care if you were having issues. My key card kept malfunctioning and they kept asking me if I had it near my phone. I told them that I keep the separate and that I thought the card was bad. I'm not sure how many times they wanted to see me at the front desk about this. Evidently the customer is always wrong. If you want to park nearby, forget about it. They have two handicapped parking spaces for the entire building. Make sense to have a 13 floor building and two handicapped spots and no parking garage. I parked in the 15 minute loading space (only 2 of those as well) and placed my handicapped sticker in the window. If I hadn't done that, I would be walking two blocks back to the "resort". If you want to stay somewhere nice, I suggest North Myrtle and NOT the ATLANTICA! Huge mistake and if I had any chance of receiving any money back, I would take it. Awful! The hotel itself was nice, however, I was surprised to find that the master bedroom was not ocean front. The website was a little misleading and we were looking forward to sleeping with the balcony door open. I got a good deal from groupon and was also surprised that I had to pay $70 more when I arrived in hidden fees. I called a week prior to the reservation and I asked for a high up room. The lady told me she was notating that request. When we arrived, we were on the third floor and were told there is no way to guarantee a particular room or notate it in the system. Our sliding glass door was broken. I called down several times but the front desk guy was outside smoking so I got no answer. I called again later and another guy advised me there was no maintenance man working and rushed me off the phone. The next morning I spoke to a female and she put in a work order and it was fixed quickly. I would definitely stay here again, despite the little minor hiccups I mentioned above. I read many reviews on Atlantica and many were not so good. There was a really good deal through Groupon I decided to take a chance we have always had good travel experiences when using the Groupon deals. I worries and worried thinking I know something is going to go wrong but actually we really liked the Atlantica! We had no problems at all! We wanted to stay in the south tower and they put us in the south tower. Our room was spacious and clean the oceanfront balcony had a great view. You can rent free movies in the lobby. The young girl at the front desk with long hair was so friendly and helpful. You do need to bring extra toilet paper as they don't supply that daily, maybe extra towels. They kept extra clean sheets in the drawers. The maids don't come everyday which is fine with us we don't care for them to come at all we keep everything tidy anyway. Parking is across the street which is now becoming the normal for oceanfront hotels. The only thing I recommend is they could keep the pools and hot tubs a little cleaner not more chlorine but actually skimming the water to get stuff out of the water. Over all we had a great stay at the Atlantica and would return. read more

We booked a Penthouse room three months in advance and received a written confirmation from the manager for the room number. I waited for the confirmation in writing before booking six shows for the week. When we arrived the room was occupied by the owner. Silly me, I assumed the manager had checked with the owner before sending me the confirmation in writing. We stayed several floors lower in a room that was not comparable, and the manager refunded $30 total for our 5-day stay. I won't be returning. I'll look for a place where they will honor their commitments. We were told to use the 15-minute parking spaces if we could not find handicapped spaces. On day two I received a parking notice to not park there, but to use two spaces across the street for that purpose. (They were busy the night before, too.) There is one parking space for about 25% of the rooms in the hotel. And the parking lot is not well lit, either. I should also note that they only change linens and make beds every third day. The other days are your responsibility. Our tile floor always looked clean, but our feet turned dark after walking on the floors barefoot. The floors were never mopped during our stay. We had two clothes hangers total in two bedrooms. Also note that they will be demolishing three adjacent buildings in the coming months (June 2014). Expect dust and noise. This was our sixth year at Atlantica. We won't be returning. I think there are better places to stay for the money. Places where they will honor their commitments. It may be right on the beach but it is not worth it what so ever. First of all they advertise free wifi for their rooms, but the quality is so bad you could only get it in the master bedroom and living room for the condo we stayed in, and even then if you shifted slightly you might loose the one bar you had. Secondly the beds were hard as rocks, and after a whole day of shopping and swimming we came back to unmade beds, even though we followed their rules and left no personal items on the beds. If you just want cheap rooms with a good review then this place may be for you, but if you are looking for a relaxing place to enjoy vacation then find somewhere else. read more

Staff was friendly for the most part. Beware of booking. We were placed in the Pacifica wing (blocks down) from the main hotel. When asked to switch we were given the run around but yet told these rooms were chosen at random. If they are chosen at random why can we not switch? They offered to switch us for 2 nights then it would be back to the dingy, in desperate need of renovation sister hotel. There was only a tiny pool there with the grill and main attractions in the main hotel only. Very disappointed and will not be staying there again. The pictures are highly deceiving to say the least. There was only one elevator in our hotel which had quite a few floors. The hallways were barely big enough to maneuver, ice machine was on the first floor only, no laundry room, and the kitchen was barely maneuverable. Horrible stay. I knew when I pulled in and saw the little lobby we were in trouble. We booked to be close to Boardwalk and for indoor pool/spa since it was October. we were placed in the 2nd building. Elevator broken twice over 2 days. Good thing we were on 3rd or they would be getting our stuff for us. At checkout I complained about elevator and got an "ok". Then complained that we were a block away from the main hotel and could not use the indoor pool and were told "you can walk over". I laughed and said "sure in a bathing suit in 50 degrees". The guy just looked at me. I said you need to give people the option when they book. Again he looked at me. After a moment of silence I said "can I just get my receipt". Terrible. We stayed in the tower 2 which has no front desk. The room had a bad smell. Like spoiled smell. Only one half roll of toilet paper was left in room. Get up to get out of room as fast as possible and the elevator wasn't coming to my floor so after walking down 7 flights of stairs I realized the elevator was stuck in lobby. I called and they said someone was on the way to fix. After an hour no one was there yet so I had to lug all my luggage down 7 flights of stairs to get to bottom to have some atlantica maintenance man ask me how I was doing! No to damn good. The hotel itself was close to beach and several restaurants, shops. Everything else however was lacking. At check in we chose the option to pay the non-refundable fee and they said there would be a $100 pre-auth also that would be removed at checkout. At checkout we asked and they said oh no that's a 3rd party booking fee (I'm a travel agent so I take this personally when I hear about it for the first time at checkout after being told something different at check in). They told us how to get to our room so we unloaded EVERYTHING we needed parked the car (which was not close) and took the elevator only to find out that we were in the wrong building. We had to go back down the elevator with our 2 kids, luggage cart with suitcases and everything needed for a beach vacation and walk in 90 degree heat to the bldg we were supposed to be in. Thankfully a hotel staff member pointed us in the right direction because the rooms and floors are not labeled as they are on the check in envelope. The room the floor plan was great and spacious. But the air conditioner only worked in half of the condo. We put a call in and it was never fixed. The shower in the master bathroom was disgusting!!!! There was hair from the previous guest on the shower wall and drain. GROSS! The building was not generally maintained. We dropped a cell phone down the elevator shaft accidentally (this was our fault) we called maintenance for 3 days to see if we could get it out, for 3 days we were told they were working on it. We never got the phone back or even a call to say it couldn't be found. I called to ask a question about something that was left behind, the manager Teresa was rude, impatient and didn't want to help. I told her I had some other concerns and she said I'm going to cut you off now and hang up. Even my 8 year old said that was terrible. Will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here again. The pictures don't do justice to what we had to deal with. The place is nice, don't get me wrong. But when we first got there, there were absolutely no carts available. We had to sit on the side of the curb in the burning hot weather waiting for carts to come, and none ever did. When we finally got up to the room, the key did not fit properly into the door - it was as if it was jammed. After we got ourselves inside, the room that is supposed to fit 4 people, barely was big enough to fit one. It was way too small and definitely did not work well. Especially for being on the top floor in the penthouse, we expected more and got so much less. We realized before we went to the ocean, we were wanting to leave our personal items, and we couldn't even leave because the door wouldn't lock! We couldn't leave our items behind. Then on the second day, the elevator completely broke, we weren't even aware that there was a second elevator, so my father who already has heart issues as is - had to walk all the way up to the fourteenth floor, as did the rest of us. It was a very bad experience. Especially for the first few days. We only really had a good time, when we weren't inside the hotel. There were more problems than we thought there would be, and if we knew all of these problems were going to occur, we definitely would not have spent as much as we did because it is not worth the price. read more

My son invited my wife and I to accompany him on a long weekend stay in Myrtle Beach for the President's Day weekend. He had made the reservation through Groupon, and he had a confirmation number and everything was in order. We arrived, and there was a gentleman exiting the door cursing, and he mentioned that they had screwed up his reservation. My son produced his paperwork, and he was informed that he did not have a reservation.. He showed his confirmation number, and their reply was "you'll have to take that up with Groupon. They wouldn't even help find another hotel, and this is Friday evening at 5:30. They were rude and totally unhelpful or sympathetic at the front desk. While he was dealing with that, I checked out the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was tiny, unable to accommodate more than a handful of people. We went searching for another hotel, and found a better one with a nicer pool and spa and other amenities as well for the same price. We would never recommend this facility to anyone. read more

This place looks really nice from the outside and even from the lobby. However, the rooms are very rundown and old. Desperate need of an update. The walls were scuffed everywhere, which gives you the feeling that they're dirty. The floors weren't vacuumed. The table was sticky. The room had a weird smell. We were offered another room and the front desk lady was very polite and tried to help us, but we just decided to leave. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. read more

We booked 2 months early, requested pent house where we had stayed before,for 5 nights was, quoted 1 price{i have the emails}requested and did not receive confirmation by e-mail or postal despite numerous requests until 4 days prior to our arrival,It showed 4 nights and a price increase[for summer value deal!!!},couldn't reach them by phone,,numerous disconnects,Upon arrival they had not given us the correct room and said the girl that booked us no longer worked there and had not put in any special requests and had misquoted the price,Eventually we paid for the 5th night but were told we would have to change rooms the 5th night,,,and the went up on the price yet again, After packing up our terminally ill son's medical equipment, supplies and all but the very essentials for our last day,we received a call the lat morning we could keep that room. The price we were told for that night was a lot lower than the 1 they deducted from our bank account! The rooms were nasty with a dog urine smell, hairpin with brown frizzy hair in the kitchen sink drain, drug baggies in a dresser drawer, dirty dishes in the cabinets and dust that had been swept into large dust bunnies in the closets,,The hole place was dirty and run down and the blonde girl who worked front desk was very rude,It was all a nightmare!!!! read more
