Tanner showed up and assessed my car in the driveway. I was inside and he called me when he arrived. I missed the call, but by the time I called him back he was done assessing my windshield. He was very honest and explained that he couldn't fill the crack and it would eventually just continue to crack. He gave me some pointers for prolonging the windshield and said I may get months out of it before it cracked more. I appreciated his honestly so much. I paid extra for bronze colored frames and they installed black framed windows and told me that they "would turn to bronze". Well . . . it's been over a year and they still look black. To top it off I had two sliders put in and one was installed upside down because. The rollers for the sliding screen are actually on the top!
