September 2023 I purchased a truck from here and was told everything is in good condition and would have no problems to only have the truck in December getting a new battery and now need parts that cost $300 very important parts. Also the down payments are frauds 9/10 the down payment is for the previous owner not making payments which leads to penalties. FYI only: This is about the blue 2012 Mini Cooper S VIN WMWSV3C53CTY26120 on sale right now! This dealer has been informed by me of the following issue: I purchased this car on 5/21/2021 from a dealer in Elk Grove ($8900). On the way home the engine light came on. The dealer asked me to bring the car back and took the car to an authorized MINI dealer who borescoped the first cylinder due to diagnosed misfiring. I was told they found a scored first cylinder (metal scraped away inside) and stated that the car will NEED A NEW ENGINE ($11,000). I investigated this with another MINI dealer and they confirmed that this is a known issue with N18 engines. Both MINI Dealers and the mechanic of the dealer I purchased this car from predicted: this car will run fine right now with some rough idling, the engine light will go on, and it will eventually NOT pass a smog test and have engine failure. I returned the car, got my money back, the car went to auction and ended up here. read more

I contacted this dealer about a Nissan Sentra SE R. I asked to see a copy of the car fax they said they had before driving to the dealer. He said "you can come to my dealer and you can go to the car fax". I emailed back and said since you have the car fax you can just hit forward and forward it to me it's very easy. I didn't get another response. BTW, the ad also said "89986 MILES - EASY FREEWAYS MILES" and "CLEAN TITLE CERTIFIED BY CARFAX - CLEAN RECORDS". I was curious how he knew it was "easy freeway miles" since he's a dealer and not the original owner and also curious as to why he wouldn't send the car fax. Obviously the car fax has something in it and the dealer is looking for someone to just buy it and not ask questions. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but sometimes you have to call people out as well. I would be VERY careful buying here. Just a suspicion. read more

Came across this dealership online and saw they had a great selection of quality used cars on their site. " I turned around and me and my family of five left because I will not be bullied into a purchase nor was mr. man bun a part of my conversation in the first place. And hey-- good luck selling your 2012 suburban with A LOT of cosmetic and deeper body damage with 155,500 miles on it for $17,000 hahaha next time don't make your hair tie so tight let some blood get to your brain so maybe you can treat a customer better next time.
