Bought a 2020 ford escape. Good communication, great price, and Matt made himself available even post-sale if anything arises!

They had incredible deals. Mike went above and beyond to make sure that we got the deal that we needed. There was no haggling or extras that he tried to add on, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend stopping here. Mike was incredibly honest and so friendly, I would buy my next 20 cars here!

The Dealership said they found nothing wrong with the car and only checked and provided a test for the battery and alternator. Shortly after receiving the car back, 1 month a 2 days later the car breaks down again with other major issues not shifting in gear or accelerating, making it completely unsafe and undriveable. Whats most frustrating is the repeated minimization of very serious issues that occurred immediately same day of purchase and 1 month later. Thank god we purchased the extra warranty on this vehicle as the dealership no longer wants any responsibility, was told its out of their hands and a warranty problem. A vehicle that fails this quickly is not roadworthy, and buyers should be extremely cautious. Strongly recommend independent inspections and everything in writing from this dealership.

I drove straight to the dealership and flagged John down. He took a quick look and said, "I can't let you drive this to LA, but I have a rental just like it. I'll pull it up, you can load it up and go." Within 10 minutes, we were back on the road. He absolutely saved the day. Thanks again, John!

Jordan was courteous and easy to work with, they moved on price, and the spray in bed liner came out well. I loved that truck. It was totaled in a collision on April 26 and I was injured, left unable to drive. Settling my GAP claim requires three documents from your finance department. I first requested them in early May. As of yesterday, when I called again and was told finance was busy and someone would call me back, they still have not been sent. Not one of my calls since May has been returned. During that same period my fiancée and I received calls multiple times a day from several salespeople and managers, plus texts and emails, asking us to come look at a new vehicle. We explained the situation each time. No one ever connected it to the paperwork sitting unsent in finance. To management: I am still asking for the same three documents. If someone in finance wants to contact me directly and send them, I will gladly update this review to reflect it. Update 9/10: several bad phone experiences later I still have nothing but the hope that "Trent" will figure out what's going on and "call us back", a promise made before by others here. Hopefully he can turn this experience around.

Fortunately the car appears to be running okay. During the purchase transaction, the closer/finance person tried to sell us an overpriced extended warranty. He was very persistent that we purchase it. I did a quick Google review of the extended warranty company while I was at the dealership. I found that they had horrible, horrible reviews. In fact, they had a F-rating on with the Better Business Bureau. His response to me when I informed him of this rating was "well you know people like to complain." Of course I turned down the overpriced, seemingly worthless, extended warranty. It is now December 28th and my son and I have still not received our California license plate for the car we purchased from Quality Auto Sales. We have called Quality Auto Sales several times to find out where the plates are. They either have never called us back or didn't seemed to be interested in dealing with our issue. We spoke with them again today. After calling them twice. We informed them that the current temporary registration/plates will expire on Monday. Their response was that our plates were sent out in November. When we called in Quality Auto Sales in November, they never informed us of this. Again today, they quickly cut off our call because they had to "answer the other line." Your importance to Quality Auto Sales seems to diminish dramatically after the purchase. As a consumer, you certainly hope that you receive good treatment post-transaction. Unfortunately, we just seem to be a bother to Quality Auto Sales at this point. Even on an important issue such as an auto registration. Now we are left having to scramble over to DMV on Monday to extend our temporary registration/plates. Gee thanks for that Quality Auto Sales!

I had an experience this morning that I actually had on Facebook Live, where this man actually had the nerve and gall to call me a liar, making implications that I would actually put less than premium gas in the vehicle I purchased from him. Even though that was swaying from the discussion of the convertible top that will not resend on the car, because of a hydraulic problem that he apparently had been aware of, spoken to about on the night that I purchased the car 3 weeks ago, (the same night) as well as the headlight which displayed being non functional during the ride home and again, told the owner about as soon as I arrived home in a text, phone message and email. I returned to get repairs to the car and he spoke as if I was lucky and he was doing me a favor to be even talking to me. After hours of waiting, the headlight was never fixed, and i was actually accused of shorting out the electrical wiring by doing something to the bulb, and the top issue was "resolved" by him explaining the steps in filling the reservoir with fluid and it would be fine. Ar this point presumably he must had meant to fill the reservoir up at every occasion I chose to retract or resend the top, because it malfunctioned on the very first time I attempted to put it up and my trunk is stuck in an unlocked position for the hard top. Today after my wife and I drove to a set appointment, he tried to charge me labor and time for the top and said he would fix the light as a favor. Also to sign another form or contract before he would start the work. This point of time I was passed furious, because he told me he had already done 3 hours of work on the car the first time I brought it in. Yeah, well, you also counted 7 thousand of my dollars and sold a lesser than quality product. He told me I was threatening him and that didn't matter because people do it all the time and he's not afraid. I'm sure he meant that in a way to project his courage, but a he said when i heard that was, cheating people is a regular occurrence with him and he doesn't mind doing it. FUCK THIS PLACE! Just like that, and thwy will be hearing from my attorney. DON'T DO IT! SAVE YOURSELF
