(Big Box stores are all about moving quantity, not quality.) So we called Heller. I've known about Heller from my days of working in construction when I needed to order specialty doors and wood trim. I noticed I didn't receive any message, went back to them, and She showed no interest in ensuring that my product would arrive quickly. Now they told me to keep waiting for the product. Essentially, she has no interest to help me get the product faster no interest in assisting me to expedite the product's delivery. In 2023 I wanted another garden so I ordered another truckload of "garden soil". They delivered it, dumped it into the raised bed I had prepared, but I could NOT have been more disappointed!!! It smelled like gasoline and turpentine, it was chock full of all sorts of plastic bits, metal bits, wires, etc. wow, it was bad! I couldn't return it, (I mean how could I) so I added as much organic material to it as I could. So 2024, this year, even after all the leaves and grass and other organic material I've added, I'm STILL pulling out plastic of all shapes and sizes, plastic bag parts, rubber pieces, metal pieces, it's just never ending!!! If you use their soils for a lawn, I think it will be ok, but I wanted an "ORGANIC" vegetable garden, and this soil is anything but organic! If you want soil for an organic garden, go somewhere else!

Looking down the aisle, I didn't know what size I needed. After looking for someone to help for about ten minutes, I found someone. He asked if I measured the bolt and I said I didn't know how. He pointed in the general direction of something, then told me there is a tool to measure bolts down the aisle. (Not great service...) I found it and it didn't take long to figure it out. Once I had the right measurements, finding the right one is very hard to do. The person I asked earlier saw me with a "deer in the headlights" look on my face and asked if I found what I was looking for. No. He seemed to begrudgingly start to look through the drawers. He finally found three, handing them to me and walked away. I needed six and the washers. I had a general idea where to find them and checked the drawer he was looking at. I couldn't find any more bolts. Also the washers weren't in the drawer so I looked around. It took me a while but I found a similar washer (bigger but it will work) and the lock washers. I'm short three bolts. Overall, I still think Lowes has a good variety of items. I can't fault them for not having enough of the specific bolt I needed - I was able to time them later on Amazon - but the service was terrible. The person I worked with could have been more helpful; could have asked if I had everything I needed. He shouldn't have just walked away,

Finally needed a new lawn mower…read more... Found a tomorrow on sale Sales staff David & Anna were a huge help Anna even went got a cart as box weighs 85 pounds. Anna rang me up right at lawn mower aisle. Anna offered even offered to load into my vehicle as she told me drive around to main door. She met me outside & we lifted into vehicle. I offered to tip her but said NO .. Employees here go extra mile be helpful & courteous!!! Kudos to Anna In & out in 15 minutes!!!

It's hard to source air dried wood, but if you sell a steam bending kit you should expect to not be sold the wrong material for it. Steaming for twice the recommended time did not work.
