Last Friday the 22nd I placed a delivery order from here. The average time for delivery was 60-70 minutes which I saw and acknowledged before placing the order. About 80 minutes after the order was placed, my wife called the restaurant for an update. The young man said the driver was on the way with the food and only about 10 minutes away. About 30 minutes go by and still no food. She calls again for an update. After a brief hold, she was told that they were just getting ready to start preparing the food! I was a little sad that my cinnamon knots were warm vs. hot....but I have a feeling they will live up to every expectation if I eat in vs. doing delivery. My husband and I have been coming here quite a bit lately! The sweet and spicy pizza is our favorite; yes, there's pineapple on it, fight me. The dough they use is magical, I'm not sure what it is, but it's extra fluffy and just chewy enough. We also really enjoy their wings. The spicy bbq is really good and the wings are always piping hot and super saucy. If you save some and reheat them the next day, I feel like they're even better. Garlic knots and/or cinnamon knots are also a must, even though you'll probably regret how full you'll be after all the pizza and wings you've just consumed. Whatever, it's all worth it. Ordered online through the app the hot combo with mushroom and pepperoni with the Buffalo wings. Have to say this, the new owners changed the pizza slightly how they make it but in a good way. I got the garlic crust which was never an option before and it was so worth it. Pizza flavor and wings were amazing. The amount of mushrooms and pepperoni I got was covered and that's just how I like it. A little more ranch would have been nice with a big pizza and wings. Used to come here years ago and hadn't stopped in for a while. Decided to order the big feed, good value for the food your receive. The salad was super fresh, wings were crisp, pizza was accurate and the service was excellent. I do believe they have new owners, whom were super friendly and polite. New owners really need help running this place. Food tasted bland and not as good as before. Worker at the register looks about 14 and is clueless. I'm sad to learn that Atomic Pizza is under new ownership. I was told this when calling in and asked to speak with a manager. I recently had to cancel 2 orders because the little kid that answers the phone can't even take my phone number without asking what it was at least 4 times. I finally became upset enough to ask for a manager and he stated he was the manager. Which I HIGHLY doubted. I was ultimately able to talk to another individual who told me that new owners had taken over. This is so upsetting because I LOVE Atomic and have been a die hard customer for years. The food was always amazing and the owners were excellent. This new person who claims ownership is a real rude person and obviously doesn't give a damn about establishing local customers to this great small business. I hate to say it, but I don't believe I will ever get Atomic again do to the complete incompetence and lack of service they have going on now. This isn't to say the food has changed, because I honestly have not tasted it since the new owners. Just be warned that you will not get the same level of service that I'm sure others have grown to expect. read more

Sean and Ryan original owners worked so hard for their business and this new owner dropped its quality. Change the name to something else. Thank you for runing my Super Bowl party!!!! I placed an order on their website @4:41pm and received a confirmation email with 60 minutes delivery notification. Called at 6:12pm and spoke with so called manager, Sean; he asked my address and apologized for delay saying it's super bowl day! He said driver is on the way! I'm less than 2 miles away from the pizzeria. Called again and 7pm since I still hadn't received my order to make sure they're not delivering the pizza and they put manager Sean on the phone and this time he said: "maybe the order was never put in the computer!" I asked him: "so why did you tell me on the earlier call that the driver is on the way?!" Sean said "because we had no deliveries waiting!" He made no efforts to make the situation right or at least better! How can my order not be in the computer when the order was placed through the website and I received a confirmation email?!!! Pizza and wings are amazing I was in town for vacay and decided to order (best decision I made)

I had their pizza once and was excited because they advertise that they make their sauce from scratch. I thought their pizza was GROSS. The sauce was really gross, did NOT taste "homemade" and really tasted like jarred sauce (herbs were waaaaaay off). My boyfriend and I had one slice and threw it out!!! And we're NOT picky eaters. Used to LOVE this place but the customer service has suffered severely. Last year a driver forgot ranch that had been ordered and paid for. Called and they said they would send him out with it. Driver returned and basically freaked out on me. Stuck the phone in my face and was shaking. Had to slam the door because the guy was going crazy. He threw the ranch against my house. Luckily had the entire thing on home video. Which I could attach it. Called and spoke to the owner who offered me a new order at a later date. After that we were a bit worried to order and have to see this driver again. Eventually we decided to become weekly customers again. Tonight we received a pizza that had been mixed up with Grubhub. Called and spoke to the owner and he said there was no way he could send me another pizza. I told him who I was and that I stuck with his as a customer even after a crazy incident and I would hope he would honor his word and send me a new pizza simply for the first incident. So, here it goes. The pizza is good. One of our preferred pizza places however, the customer service is completely lacking. I had pizza and wings delivered, but it was the wrong pizza and we were missing the potato wedges and dipping sauces. I called the restaurant to let them know that I received somebody else's order and I wanted to come in and pick up the right order. The person on the other end explained that it wasn't their fault and they couldn't help me. This is really awful customer service. I just paid $40 for dinner that I can't eat. This place is my favorite pizza joint EVER! The crust is delicious -I don't know what they do to it but crunchy on the outside and just a tad chewy inside. Perfection. The toppings and sauce are fresh and generous. Other knots are one of those items where you plan to just have one and then you eat the whole bag. Honestly, the very best part though are the people that work there. Super nice, always accommodating. I ordered ten pizzas for when my friends came over for a boxing match and they all loved the variety. Some of the best pizza I think I have ever had. Dare I saw it's a fierce competitor to Pizzamania. Everything about their pizza was great, the sauce, the crust, the toppings, and the cheese! I ordered via Eat24 and our food was ready in less time than estimated. The garlic knots are to die for. Please do yourselves a favor and don't forget the garlic knots. So excited for Sean and Atomic Pizza! I went to culinary school with the owner, and when he told me he was opening a pizza joint just up Beach Blvd from where I live... I was super excited. The other half and I went on opening day. Place was a little small, but then most joints that deliver are. We ordered a carnivore pizza and boy was it delicious! The sauce is incredible and obviously made from scratch, as are all their sauces (no surprise) I also recently found out that they have a soda machine now, which is simply awesome!
