We were also thinking of going to the Sushi restaurant next door but when we saw this restaurant was packed on a Sunday night, we knew we had to try. Much to our delight the food was very tasty. We ordered the meat platter to share. Every item was seasoned well and tender. Probably one of the best Persian I've had and I've tried quite a few in Lower Mainland. The service was a bit slow at first but it was a busy night and there was a big group there for a Christmas party. Once it cleared up, service was more attentive. Also to our delight, while we were towards the end of our meal, a table of men suddenly got up and started dancing! The owner/managed was so nice, he even turned up the music and encouraged us and the big group to dance. People were dancing and eating. We definitely didn't expect a fun quiet Sunday dinner turned to be a fun time. I wasn't expecting the special to be this huge, I would even say good for two. The server said that its the same portion as the dinner platter but with a cheaper price tag. You must be clear with your order to make sure they get it right. For example they forgot my kebab plate today so I had to remind them. Another thing, they usually carry breakfast cream which you won't find elsewhere. It's so good, creamy and fresh. They have ayran, shallot yoghurt and some beverages on their fridge as well.
