The facilities are clean and luxurious and the staff makes me feel like a celebrity ! Noki was the one who did my facial and brows and let me tell you she is AMAZING ! The haircut I got at this salon is an absolute embarrassment. I have never had a worse hair cut in my life. The stylist cut herself, didn't wash the conditioner out of my hair, didn't cut the front part of my hair on either side, and "thinned" my hair with thinning shears an inch from my scalp so now have little tiny hairs all over my head. Simply put she didn't know how to cut hair. She said she was cutting off 2 inches and then took of 2cm. Do not go to this salon unless you want a hack job. Worst experience ever. Getting another haircut ASAP. Not at this salon UPDATE: Manager called and was very apologetic and professional. She did everything she could do to make it right. read more

Such a bummer. Now that they have moved to the other side of the shopping center, they do not do spa services. I have a large gift card for spa services given to me by my family. I asked to have it refunded and they won't do it! I don't need hair services as my sister is a stylist and I obviously get me hair done for free and any products I need I get through her discount. I tried to explain this and got blank stares. I even emailed the location asking about it and got crickets in response. I feel like it's not really my problem that they changed their business model, and I'm due my money back. So I wanted a good deep tissue massage. I had recently run a 1/2 marathon and I wanted to get my muscles WORKED. When I called, I was adamant about this. I clearly asked if this is what they could do. I was told, "oh, yes..." So I booked the appointment. I went in and it was a smidge better than your run of the mill places like Massage Envy. The massage was great for a relaxing, stress relief type massage, but not for a deep tissue workout. Plus for the price, I could have had two or three massages of almost the same quality at other massage parlors. read more

Wish i could put no stars!!! Ive been here twice now. My boyfriend got a gift card for christmas. 1st time: I got a massage, gel manicure, and a pedicure. The massage was amazing, worst gel manicure I have ever got only because I asked for my nails to be fully painted and the paint was splothy(even my boyfriend said they looked awful) and the pedicure was very rough. 130$... I went back to give them a second chance and use the rest of the giftcard. This time on my birthday. I got a full set acrylic nail manicure. Ive been to tons of places and this was the worst. 50$ for a horribly painted french manicure. No color powders, no designs, no different colored nails(accent nails) I asked for thick whites, she kept them short, i asked for flared nails, she rounded the squares. I asked multiple times for more white white to no avail. I am not a rude person but the fact that I paid 180$ for 2 shitty manicures is uncalled for. Over priced for horrible work.
