I wish that we had had a good experience with Jay, but he was so disorganized that we weren't able to even get an inspection. We made an appointment to have our rodent problem checked out three weeks in advance. He forgot to put it in his appointment calendar and and then blamed us for the mistake. We had a suspisous smell from one of our bathrooms and after a mold specialist had taken a look at the problem and concluded it was not mold, he suggested we reach out to a pest specialist. James was a delight to do business with as we called him the day before New Years eve and he was able to come out the next day to do the inspection. He walked me through all the areas that I needed to keep an eye on and thankfully he was not seeing any signs of rodents. Contacted Jay by email - he works best with email and text. He responded right away. He came to my home, identified the problem and eliminated our rat issue. The whole process took about 4 days. Our home is unattached on one side which faces back yards. I had a concern about the possibility of a continued problem. Jay came back out - no further charge - and inspected the side of our home when I was able to get access to my neighbors' yards. Re: other comments about moving things away from the walls, etc. Not sure how he would inspect for entry location if you didn't do that. I called and left a message yesterday because we had a rodent issue that I just discovered. Jay called me back the same day and left me a voice message. I called him back, it was after 5, I apologized for the time and he said - no worries. The next day he came to the house in professional attire, did an inspection and located the hole where the rodents were entering the house, it was under a deck. In a matter of minutes, he jumped into his coveralls and armed with tools (to cut the decking), fixed the hole so now more rodents would come inside. James was fabulous! He came to our house on very short notice (within 24 hours of leaving him a message.) He was prompt, courteous and professional. He systematically went through our home from the basement up, checking pipes, doors, window frames, siding etc to find a point of entry. I called several pest companies when I realized I had a rat infestation in my basement.
