It should not work like that in the modern world. They force their potential clients to spend their expensive time on the primitive issues - just request the initial info about their services. I just went to some other company, and it took just 2 min to get all the full required info in written form (via yelp or text) and after reviewing it to schedule an appointment also via messaging, just 1 min spent. They definitely have to adjust their customer support processes. Currently it is old-fashioned, like it was 20years ago. The world has changed since then. People are busy and prefer to spend minimal time on such primitive issues. They lose lots of clients.

We had a stressful raccoon situation with a mother and baby nesting inside an old electrical box…read morethrough a hole in the exterior of our house. The baby was trapped in the wall shared with our bedroom, and we could hear both the baby and mom at different times. It was very nerve wracking. The mom would come and go, and at one point seemed to leave the baby alone for a day or two. We even hired a general contractor to open the wall to try to find the baby, but we could not locate it. Meanwhile, the raccoon started tearing up parts of the exterior, including a vent. We called several pest control companies, but they all suggested trapping the raccoon which did not help since the baby was still inside the wall. We eventually contacted Wildlife Support, who recommended Tony, and I am so glad they did. Tony responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and created a thoughtful game plan with us. The next day he returned with a thermal camera to locate the baby and set up a one way trap to safely remove both mom and baby. When the mom figured out how to open the trap and kept going back in, Tony quickly pivoted and came up with another plan. He returned the following day with a smaller trap and a makeshift blocker so we could close the hole immediately once the mom left. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals. His priority was getting them out safely without harming them. He was also friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned for our safety, reminding us to stay away when the raccoon returned and checking in on us often. Not only did he successfully resolve the raccoon situation, he got them out safely and we did not have to open the walls again. He also secured the electrical box opening and sealed other vulnerable areas around our house using quality materials. At no point did we feel upsold or pressured. He truly put us first. Over the next two years, we hired two different companies to perform full removal programs. Both claimed they had fully inspected the crawl space and eliminated all entry points. Unfortunately, when the rats came back, neither company honored their warranties. We then hired 3 Step Rodent Proofing. During their inspection of the crawl space, they found and documented with photos all of the entry points they identified and sealed. In addition, the service technician discovered a water leak and showed us exactly where it was located. We would have never known about this leak without the photos he provided. We were shocked that the previous two companies never mentioned the leak, which turned out to be caused by a bad water pipe connection from the previous owners' remodel. After the work performed by 3 Step Rodent Proofing, the crawl space was rat-free. We did not see another dropping around the vents. About a year later, my wife thought she heard noises under the house. I was pretty sure the sound was coming from our HVAC system, but decided it was better to be safe than sorry. I contacted 3 Step Rodent Proofing, and they had a technician out within the week to evaluate the situation. They performed a thorough inspection of the crawl space and the house and found no signs of rats. They also told me to call them back if we saw any droppings or heard any new noises.
