When we purchased our home, the previous owners claimed they had eradicated a prior rat infestation. Unfortunately, after we moved in, we found that the crawl space was full of rats. We used another company to rodent proof our house. However, they didn't do a good job. After two tries, we were still having rodent activities. We had to find another company. We called 3 Step Rodent Proofing. Trevor answered the call. He was responsive and fast. He came the same day, removed dead rats from prior trap, set up more traps in the attic, crawl space, and glue pads inside the house (we have a cat). I called 3 Step right away, on a Saturday, and they had scheduled Chris to come that next Monday.
