When we purchased our home, the previous owners claimed they had eradicated a prior rat infestation. Unfortunately, after we moved in, we found that the crawl space was full of rats. Over the next two years, we hired two different companies to perform full removal programs. Both claimed they had fully inspected the crawl space and eliminated all entry points. Unfortunately, when the rats came back, neither company honored their warranties. We then hired 3 Step Rodent Proofing. During their inspection of the crawl space, they found and documented with photos all of the entry points they identified and sealed. In addition, the service technician discovered a water leak and showed us exactly where it was located. We would have never known about this leak without the photos he provided. Highly recommend, had Eddie come out back in 2022 when we had squirrel activity in our attic. Eddie came out and laid traps in our attic crawl space to see if he could catch them and then found their entry points and sealed them off with metal wire mesh and rodent proofed our roof at the same time to make sure no other rodents could get in.
