I've come here a few times for dip powder mani and a reg pedi and was very pleased each time I've come! My nails can last up to 3 weeks without chipping! DO NOT GO HERE! I was harassed by this salon. Apparently today, their staff member rang me up wrong (I had manicure, massage and ear candle). Exactly what my receipt says (I have a copy in photos). I was given the receipt, I sign, add tip and go about my day. I also gave my number for the rewards system (HUGE MISTAKE). They harassed me at 8:30-10:00 pm with calls, voicemails and texts saying I owe them more money! I literally was appalled. They were nonstop calling and texting me saying I owe more to them. I was shocked as I signed exactly what the guy at their front desk gave me 10 hours earlier. I would NEVER not pay a bill or expect something for less. I was paying what the employee asked of me. I also added additional tip on top of the cash I left. I guess the guy didn't select the right ear button (no idea, but this is what they are claiming). So then they won't accept their wrong doing and harass me on my personal phone for $42!!!! I cannot get over this. Then they tried to claim they would add this to the tip area. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS SHE SENT ME! I am in disgust honestly. I would never cheat a business and I get employees make mistakes but this was completely unprofessional the way it's handled. I will NEVER go back here and suggest you reconsider, especially when giving your number. They have no problem harassing you at home and trying to fraudulently add funds to a bill AFTER I signed earlier. THEY CHARGED MY CARD after the fact- which I never ever signed(see photo) !! 10/10 I think the nail tech name is Flo/Elo it was my first time there as a walk in. She took care of my nails safely, and cleanly. I have never had my nails painted with gel in such a great manner. Today was my first mani/pedi since February 2020 and COVID and I'm so happy I chose this salon for that experience. I had Amy who was beyond wonderful, she was calm, kind, warm and attentive. This place wasted my time! Even I made a reservation the day before, I was told to wait at least 30 minutes! On top of that, they couldn't provide me the service I was already confirmed they can. *This manicure was not for personal purpose. It was for my job. That's why it's so important to me and I was so disappointed in their service. Here are what happened... - I stopped by on weekend to ask about the price and the specific designs for my job. I show them a few designs to see if they can make either of those designs. 3-4 technicians saw the designs and my requirements, they said they can do the designs I asked. (No customers at the time of my visit so those 3-4 technicians can discuss with me) - 4 days later, I called to make an appointment. - On the day of my appointment, I stopped by at the exact time of my appointment. No one was at the counter to greet me. Then, the technician who was working with other customer at the front told me to wait and she asked me what the service I wanted. So, I told her and showed her the photos of the designs. She hesitated and said she was not sure if they can do the designs I asked. Then, she told me to walk to the back to ask someone else (there were around 4-5 technicians working in the back but she didn't tell me who exactly I should talk to) so I awkwardly walked to the back and talked to one of the technicians in the back who was working with other customer. She told me that I had to wait 30 min! and she said the designs I asked were not easy to do. I told her that I made an appointment and before I made an appointment, I was already confirmed by a group of your technicians that they can do the designs! She just didn't care and said I had to wait at least 30 minutes!! It was such a poor management since I already took my time to stop by to ask in person and I called to make an appointment. So, what are the points to do those things if they just didn't care!! I don't want to waste anymore of my time and I just wanted to cut the conversation short because it was so awkward talking to the technician who was working with other customer and every customer in the salon heard all of the conversation! So, I ended up leaving the salon and going to other salon where they can provide me better service. (However, I already wasted 10 min at this salon and I had to walk 10 min to other salon so I ended up being late for my next appointment!) I really wanted to love this place since it is so close to my workplace and the train station, but what I experienced really disappoints me. Terrible service, came here through a class pass appointment. To get a manicure and pedicure. I don't use class pass for discount I use it to explore salons and if I like them I'll book direct with them. However, the moment I walked in nobody greeted me and look at me in disgust. I wanted to like this place because it's close to my work, but this was my first and last time here. I had a powder dip manicure and it felt so rushed and sloppy. I didn't think you could really mess up this kind of manicure, but I left with rough edges, thick uneven layers, and paint still on my skin around the nail area. The worst part is that the nail technician made a mistake, partially fixed it, and acted like nothing ever happened when I showed it to her. I stopped in after finding this to be one of the few salons offering Dazzle, a healthy, long lasting polish system that is dry after 10 minutes. Literally, you can put your shoes on after getting a Dazzle pedicure and no smudging! Love this product. The salon is clean and relaxing with friendly staff. Pricing is not transparent as it should be though. I had a mani/pedi and retuned a few days later for a polish change. I was told $10 and that is what is posted on their board but I was charged $18. The manager said it was because the polish is $8. I was surprised by the additional $8 as it is not listed AND I was told $10 when I asked the price beforehand. I don't think this is reasonable or professional. I don't mind if a salon wants to charge additional for polish just be clear and upfront about it. I would only use them in a pinch and will try out a few more nail salons after visiting Attitude. It is average quality work with nice women in a clean space. read more

I got the powder gel manicure 5 days ago. The service was very fantastic. I didn't like my red shade at first so i went back in the next hour and the gentleman was very nice and attentive to change the shade that i like immediately. However, for the first time when I was getting my power done the lady did it look very thin and i felt like it's not going to last than a week. So I kindly double asked her just to make sure it can last like 2 weeks minimum. She guaranteed to me that it's be. But this is only 5 days and some of my gel already cracked. Nails turned out awesome and the color selection especially for my favorite brand Zoya is huge! I had Tina for both Mani&Pedi and Jessica which I believe the owner/manager was lovely as she made sure I was enjoying my time, very engaging. They use the protector sleeves for the pedis and everything is very clean. I'm so happy to have found my new go to nail salon. I adore this salon! Everything is sparkling clean and sanitary- from the pedicure bin liners to the sanitized tool kits. The staff is amazing and friendly- they take an effort to remember their repeat customers, but made me feel just as appreciated my first time going. My go-to is a regular pedicure and a gel manicure- both services are wonderful and last me weeks before a touch up is needed. They have an amazing array of colors, and have lots of different brands to choose from (Including some 7-free options). Getting my nails done is a treat now! I also love that the manicure tables have a drier included for pedicures so you have virtually no dry time by the end of a gel manicure. I am really sad to write this review since I have come to this salon a few times and always had a great experience until today. The technicians are all very skilled and nice and the salon itself is always very clean. I am giving them a bad review because the person in charge at the salon today was so rude and completely ripped me off today. They offer Dazzle Dry polish which is a non toxic polish brand, and it is a $20 upcharge if you want it to use it on your finger and toe nails. After trying it out once at the salon and paying the extra fee, I invested in the Dazzle Dry product line myself, and spent $70+ to get the full line of products (including a base coat, polish and top coat). When I brought it all to the salon today they tried to tell me it would still be an extra $20 for my mani/pedi even though I had brought my own Dazzle Dry products because "it takes longer" to do a mani/pedi with Dazzle Dry. I was obviously upset about this and the woman in charge agreed to a $15 extra charge instead of $20 but the whole argument that the upcharge is still valid because it takes longer to use the Dazzle Dry line is simply untrue. They charge more for it because the products are expensive, so I totally get why they do. If I bring my own products to use, you shouldn't be charging me extra. The employee arguing with me said I could cancel my appointment but I had booked through Classpass and there is a cancellation fee so I stayed. She then went on a rant about how they don't get the full value when people book through Classpass. That is not my issue, and don't put yourself on Classpass if you are going to be rude to people using the service. I am sad to have had this experience since otherwise it is a great salon, and I always tip their staff more than 20% on the normal price, not the Classpass price, but I refuse to be ripped off moving forward. read more
