Mark came out the next day, reviewed my house, and gave me the quote. The first visit would be a thorough cleaning, and would probably take four hours with two people. And yeah, it was that bad. Subsequent visits, every two weeks, would be a flat rate. Sounded fine. They just completed the first visit, and I'm a happy man!. They wore masks (as did I while they were here), and cleaned everything. They worked hard, put everything back where it had been (mostly), and were very courteous to me.
