Loved the idea and execution! I very much enjoyed their liquor infused ice cream and flavors came out nicely. The Highland Truffle featured a chocolate based ice cream with Macallan whiskey and chocolate chips. The whiskey and chocolate were equally strong. The White Russian reminded me more of a caramel than a coffee based flavor but overall complemented the vodka taste! In terms of texture, they were both less creamy, more icy. I do liked the cups they are made it and appreciate that they are made in small batches. This Flatiron location has great vibes with its intimate bar setting with clean and large mirrors, black/white accents, and greenery. You order at the bar and there is mostly bar seating but 2 tables. Staff were polite. I'd love to come back again to try the ABC, Chocolate Makers, and Barbados Tiramisu!!
My favorite place to stop by for a quick adult ice cream. The place is intimate but fun with very delicious ice cream. My favorite are the dulce de leche tequila, it's such a wonderful blend of sweet with a hint of tequila. I'm a sucker for pistachio so their pistachio decadence is great, and the espresso martini. I haven't had a flavor I haven't liked yet including the keylime and Barbados tiramisu. The service is quick and the bartender is super friendly.
Fun boozy icecream bar in flatiron. We walked in on a Saturday evening and immediately got seated at the bar. The portion sizes are great and they have some nice options. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavors or the icecream itself, but I liked the ambiance and the concept. Try it out on a hot summer evening out in the city.
This place initially had a weird vibe when we walked by. There were a lot of really loud people yelling about something, I was thinking maybe it was a "skip this place", but we decided to go inside and luckily the loud folks left soon after. It turned out to be an awesome, cool, and wonderful place! We ended up going two nights in a row. I love a nice after dinner dessert, I do like alcohol at times, and and I also love affogatos. Here I can have it all!! The lone worker there was very nice and helpful. He maintained a state of zen no matter who was inside and no matter what was going on, I need to learn to be as cool as he is. I forget exactly what I ordered, but once thing to note if you're an affogato fan like me is that you can make any flavor an affogato! You can order an ice cream separately, eat enough to leave room, and then ask them to pour a shot on your ice cream. OHHH YEAH BABY. I miss this place, honestly it's a perfect dessert and a perfect way to end a night, or start a night or maybe a mid afternoon snack or heck just go there if you get a chance.

I had to try it -- and I'm so glad we did. The ambiance was exactly my vibe: dimmed lighting, chill music in the background, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The ice cream itself was divine -- rich, smooth, and they offer so many unique flavors infused with different liquors. It's such a fun twist on dessert! Honestly, I wish we had a place like this in California. If you're in the area and want a grown-up treat in a relaxing setting, Aubi & Ramsa is a must-visit.

Very cute way to end a date night! It's open until midnight, so perfect after a dinner. The portions of ice cream are perfect! My boyfriend and I ordered the passion fruit margarita (vegan) and the luckie brownie. Both delicious!! The only semi qualm was that it was super quiet- you could hear a pin drop, and they didn't have all of the flavors that were presented. Otherwise, the service was friendly, helpful and attentive. I'll absolutely return. Excited to try more flavors.
This is a fun concept! Plenty of delicious ice cream choices in a convenient location. The smaller sizes were $11 each. Service was fast and it had a trendy bar vibe. I will try it again and bring other people here!

We tried a few flavors: * Lucky Brownie * Irish Coffee * Highland Truffle * Agave Dulce de Leche The standouts were the Irish Coffee--they pour fresh coffee right on top, which adds a nice warm contrast and brings out the whiskey flavor--and the Highland Truffle, which was rich and chocolatey with a smooth scotch finish. It's a cool little spot to stop by after dinner or while walking around. Chill vibe, friendly staff, and a creative take on dessert for adults. Definitely coming back to try more flavors.
Such a cute spot! I've been to the meat packing location before, but this location is just as nice but a little bit smaller. The server was super friendly and since the ice cream is prepackaged, it does not take you long to get served. I tried the strawberry champagne sorbet first and it was so light and tasty. I then tried the Coco Loco and it was a nice creamy coconut flavor and loved that it had real bits of coconut inside. They are infused with alcohol, but you honestly can't taste it that much and you don't feel buzzed or anything from it. Also note that they don't actually serve alcohol so it is strictly just ice cream and they do have water as well as a coffee and tea if interested.

A small portion of a delicious treat with wonderful layers of flavor. Alcohol, as a solvent, is a wonderful vehicle for carrying flavor into ice cream - think of vanilla extract! So it makes sense that these cocktail ice creams would be very flavorful. As others have noted, the portions are quite small - like fist sized, but actually sensible if you just want a small taste of ice cream. The service was very friendly and the bar like vibe put folks in a good mood. You could easily linger a while or pop in and out if you are having a busy NYC evening.
I did not know that ice cream bars existed! This is such a cool concept. A bar that serves ice cream? And the ice cream is infused with different types of liquor? What!! I had the Tennessee Crème Brûlée. It tasted so good and I couldn't get enough of it. Best of all, it did not taste overly sweet. The vibe is similar to an upscale whisky bar. I was strolling around the city and stumbled upon this location and my friend and I decided we had to try it. The decor was beautiful and the place was clean. The server was really nice and attentive. We decided to get the Tennessee Crème Brûlée. It was absolutely delicious. And the alcohol content was there. We could taste it. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely visit again. read more
On our trip to NYC this week, my daughter introduced us to our first taste or ADULT ice cream. We tried a couple different flavors and truly enjoyed the brief break from the outdoor activity .. Spent about 30 mins here and all three of us agreed that the experience was delightful and that we would return another time!! read more

An ice cream shop that looks like a bar! They only serve ice cream infused with alcohol. There's a lot of interesting options to choose from here and I personally love the Lava Cake martini ice cream. Staff is always super nice and friendly. There's bar seating and some other seats off to the side. If you come early, it's usually pretty quiet. They are open until midnight so this makes for a good post dinner dessert. read more
The ice cream tasted really good. Not an overpowering taste of alcohol but balanced. The atmosphere was really unique, a bar setup but instead of drinks, it was alcoholic ice cream. A moody, feel good ambience + boozy ice cream will always win me over. This place has been on my list for awhile, so I'm glad it was a quick walk from this visit's hotel. There's indoor and outdoor seating, with bar only ordering. I purchased the 3.7 oz (perfect for one) of The White Russian and Limonata. Both were superb, with a creamy texture and a balance of flavor. The White Russian was my fave, with the added drizzling of the infused dulce de leche syrup (easily repackaged to take to-go). The bartender was lively, gave spot on recommendations, and managed a full bar solo. I'll definitely return! read more

I've walked by Aubi & Ramsa so many times during the day, but the night vibe is so different! I don't drink alcohol but I looove ice cream, so this ice cream bar was perfect! They have lots of fun flavors. The portions are a bit small, but I think you're also paying for the experience. Unfortunately when we went it was super packed so we had to stand in a corner to eat our ice cream so it didn't quite hit the way it would have if we got a bar seat. Definitely worth stopping by to check out, and I loved the concept! read more
The place looks like a modern bar with a nice chill ambiance and low mood lighting - and I love the idea of alcohol infused ice cream. I was expecting it to be served in nice glassware (silly me). What I got was just a tiny carton, like you would get at a grocery store, but way smaller - so that really cheapens the experience. Everyone is sitting at the bar eating from to-go containers! My little carton of Chocolate Amaretto was so small that it was in my tummy in less than 2 minutes, so I can't say this was satisfying. read more

10/24/24: Liquor infuses ice cream bar. Sorbet is also available. Very cute chic ambiance. Upon entering warmly greeted. Note no samples, items are all prepackaged. Also has a full bar. I've had boozy cream but this one actually packs a little punch. I had the passionfruit margarita sorbet with tequila. Very yummy. Would return to try others. read more
I stopped by on Saturday night to try the virgin piña colada ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! It was creamy & had a good balance of sugar. It cost $9 and I felt like it was a bit pricey for the portion. The interior is clean & gives Miami Beach ice cream shop vibes. Service was fairly quick, but the space is limited, so I'd recommend coming alone or with one other person. Larger groups might be better off grabbing their treats to-go. read more

Walked in, ordered two ice cream, and got seated by the windows. The ice cream that stood out was the lucky brownie!! The passion fruit margarita was tasty but the lucky brownie had me wanting more and wishing we only got the large of the Lucky Brownie. I'll say it one more time--Lucky Brownie!! You can taste some of the alcohol in the ice cream in general, but it doesn't overpower which I appreciated. Also I don't know if the same genre of music is usually playing, but it was bumpin when we were catching up. I enjoyed it! Reminded me of the "mint" Spotify playlist. read more
Super cute ice cream place with fantastic ice cream choices!! We got 2 ice creams to share and both were fantastic. - Old fashioned: 100/10 (scrumptious whisky ice cream. LOVED how it wasn't too artificial tasting-- you could still taste the whisky flavor. This was almost as good as the whisky ice cream I had in the highlands in Scotland!!!) - Strawberry and rose: 10/10 (very refreshing strawberry sherbet! Didn't get too much of the champagne notes, but it was a great tasting sherbet.) Vibes were super cute and service was fast!! read more

I found Aubi & Ramsa after Google searching for dessert spots that were opened late on a Saturday night. Aubi & Ramsa did close at midnight, but we weren't going to make it in time so I made it a point that we go the following day. I didn't have any expectations of the place itself. I knew that Aubri & Ramsa specialized in boozy ice cream, but I thought it was cool that the establishment really played into the theme by looking like a bar. I got the Agave Dulce de Leche, which was tequila infused. The flavor was excellent, and I didn't find the liquor to be too overpowering. My only complaint is that the ice cream came out too cold. I had to wait a bit for it to melt before I could notice the creamy texture. I tried my husband's peach Bellini, and it was more of a sorbet. The flavor was spot on as well. I actually liked this flavor better than the one I got, but they were both great in their own right. Looking forward to coming back and trying other flavors, such as the Pina Colada and the affogatos. read more

We stumbled upon this spot, and the concept was pretty unique. Its my first time trying alcohol-infused ice cream! It was such a great experience sampling some of their flavors. I went with the Hazelnut Sidecar and Espresso Martini. Honestly, I didn't expect to taste much alcohol, but I was pleasantly surprised by how strong it was! The coffee and alcohol combo worked perfectly, and both flavors were delicious. The place itself is adorable, with an elegant vibe. Definitely glad I got to try it while in NYC! read more

unique concept and vibey atmosphere! it really is an ice cream bar--you sit at a countertop and are charged immediately when you order, similar to at an actual bar. area feels more like a bar (dim lighting, vibey music, etc) than an ice cream shop. thought this concept was very fun! i got the lucky brownie which was delicious. wish the pieces of brownie were bigger (basically felt like just chocolate chips in there) but was very yummy and could taste the alcohol. such cute containers too! read more
Love the concept of Aubi & Ramsa. It's proof that you can find a place in nyc to do anything. The concept is a bar setting where you get icecream instead of drinks. It's also quite relaxing in there as folks not rowdy at all and slowly enjoying their icecream at the bar or at the seating area close by. Nice dim lighting as well. Each little icecream is $10 as of time of review in Feb 2025. You can feel the booze but the ice cream itself is quite nice. There's a "bartender" who takes your order in there and they provided an ice bag with ice pack for my to-go order. Lonely experience overall. Will be back. read more

An innovative concept! I was pumped when my friend mentioned meeting up at a "boozy ice cream bar" - how could I say no to that? We were stuffed from dinner so we ordered the peach Bellini sorbet. It was so refreshing and light and sweet after a full meal. I'd be curious to try one of the cream based offerings in the future. The bar is aesthetic but so many hard surfaces created a cacophony of noise inside that was a bit overstimulating. Logistics - indoor and outdoor seating - order at the bar, no service - the 3.7 oz size is good for one, could be split if you only want a few bites - don't forget to remove the paper cover on the ice cream after the first top - this is Manhattan so no parking nearby but close to subway and in a walkable retail rich area! read more

First time here. I was walking by with friends. So we went in to check things out. I never knew this place existed. The staff here exuded professionalism by prompt service. Miami based alcohol-infused ice cream bar in the city! Came here with a good friend after dinner and the decor is so beautiful and elegant with music blasting in the background like a nightclub. Our server was wonderful however I wish she was able to make a recommendation when asked. ORDERED: Espresso Martini: it's infused with gin. I like the espresso flavor. I can taste the alcohol however very subtle. White Russian: my friend got this one and it tasted just like White Russian. Overall, I recommend it and would come back again. read more

What's the expectation to tip 20% here like a bar or $1-2 like an ice cream shop?
It's more of an ice cream shop than a bar. They just hand you a spoon and a small container with your ice cream, so I don't think they expect a large tip if any.
