Loved the idea and execution! I very much enjoyed their liquor infused ice cream and flavors came out nicely. The Highland Truffle featured a chocolate based ice cream with Macallan whiskey and chocolate chips. The whiskey and chocolate were equally strong. The White Russian reminded me more of a caramel than a coffee based flavor but overall complemented the vodka taste! In terms of texture, they were both less creamy, more icy. I do liked the cups they are made it and appreciate that they are made in small batches. This Flatiron location has great vibes with its intimate bar setting with clean and large mirrors, black/white accents, and greenery. You order at the bar and there is mostly bar seating but 2 tables. Staff were polite. I'd love to come back again to try the ABC, Chocolate Makers, and Barbados Tiramisu!!
My favorite place to stop by for a quick adult ice cream. The place is intimate but fun with very delicious ice cream. My favorite are the dulce de leche tequila, it's such a wonderful blend of sweet with a hint of tequila. I'm a sucker for pistachio so their pistachio decadence is great, and the espresso martini. I haven't had a flavor I haven't liked yet including the keylime and Barbados tiramisu. The service is quick and the bartender is super friendly.
Fun boozy icecream bar in flatiron. We walked in on a Saturday evening and immediately got seated at the bar. The portion sizes are great and they have some nice options. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavors or the icecream itself, but I liked the ambiance and the concept. Try it out on a hot summer evening out in the city.
This place initially had a weird vibe when we walked by. There were a lot of really loud people yelling about something, I was thinking maybe it was a "skip this place", but we decided to go inside and luckily the loud folks left soon after. It turned out to be an awesome, cool, and wonderful place! We ended up going two nights in a row. I love a nice after dinner dessert, I do like alcohol at times, and and I also love affogatos. Here I can have it all!! The lone worker there was very nice and helpful. He maintained a state of zen no matter who was inside and no matter what was going on, I need to learn to be as cool as he is. I forget exactly what I ordered, but once thing to note if you're an affogato fan like me is that you can make any flavor an affogato! You can order an ice cream separately, eat enough to leave room, and then ask them to pour a shot on your ice cream. OHHH YEAH BABY. I miss this place, honestly it's a perfect dessert and a perfect way to end a night, or start a night or maybe a mid afternoon snack or heck just go there if you get a chance.
Such a perfect way to end my birthday night! On our walk back to the hotel, we stumbled upon this spot, and it immediately caught my eye when I saw alcohol-infused ice cream. I had to try it -- and I'm so glad we did. The ambiance was exactly my vibe: dimmed lighting, chill music in the background, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The ice cream itself was divine -- rich, smooth, and they offer so many unique flavors infused with different liquors. It's such a fun twist on dessert! Honestly, I wish we had a place like this in California. If you're in the area and want a grown-up treat in a relaxing setting, Aubi & Ramsa is a must-visit.

Very cute way to end a date night! It's open until midnight, so perfect after a dinner. The portions of ice cream are perfect! My boyfriend and I ordered the passion fruit margarita (vegan) and the luckie brownie. Both delicious!! The only semi qualm was that it was super quiet- you could hear a pin drop, and they didn't have all of the flavors that were presented. Otherwise, the service was friendly, helpful and attentive. I'll absolutely return. Excited to try more flavors.
This is a fun concept! Plenty of delicious ice cream choices in a convenient location. The smaller sizes were $11 each. Service was fast and it had a trendy bar vibe. I will try it again and bring other people here!
Aubi & Ramsa is a fun dessert spot that mixes two of the best things--ice cream and alcohol. If you're looking for a unique treat, this place is worth checking out. The alcohol is definitely present but not overpowering, so you still get to enjoy the flavor and texture of the ice cream without it feeling too boozy. We tried a few flavors: * Lucky Brownie * Irish Coffee * Highland Truffle * Agave Dulce de Leche The standouts were the Irish Coffee--they pour fresh coffee right on top, which adds a nice warm contrast and brings out the whiskey flavor--and the Highland Truffle, which was rich and chocolatey with a smooth scotch finish. It's a cool little spot to stop by after dinner or while walking around. Chill vibe, friendly staff, and a creative take on dessert for adults. Definitely coming back to try more flavors.
Such a cute spot! I've been to the meat packing location before, but this location is just as nice but a little bit smaller. The server was super friendly and since the ice cream is prepackaged, it does not take you long to get served. I tried the strawberry champagne sorbet first and it was so light and tasty. I then tried the Coco Loco and it was a nice creamy coconut flavor and loved that it had real bits of coconut inside. They are infused with alcohol, but you honestly can't taste it that much and you don't feel buzzed or anything from it. Also note that they don't actually serve alcohol so it is strictly just ice cream and they do have water as well as a coffee and tea if interested.
Was not easy to pick from the menu (so I would definitely go back and try others.) We tried 2. Ice creams were pre-packed, single servings. The Highland Truffle has rich belgian chocolate, with Macallan whiskey which is noticeable. Yumm. I preferred this over the Hazelnut Sidecar affogato bec. I could taste a hint only of the ice cream flavors under the espresso. There is a restroom in the back area.
Cute concept! Really looks like an upscale NYC cocktail bar. The service is immaculate. The tools and presentation are everything. And to think... I thought it sounded gimmicky but the ice cream is actually freaking good. Tastes just like the cocktail. The ABC is my fave- today at least!!!
A small portion of a delicious treat with wonderful layers of flavor. Alcohol, as a solvent, is a wonderful vehicle for carrying flavor into ice cream - think of vanilla extract! So it makes sense that these cocktail ice creams would be very flavorful. As others have noted, the portions are quite small - like fist sized, but actually sensible if you just want a small taste of ice cream. The service was very friendly and the bar like vibe put folks in a good mood. You could easily linger a while or pop in and out if you are having a busy NYC evening.

This place is such a cool concept! Randomly stumbled upon this and definitely had to try it out once I read the menu. The ice cream pints were a great size, because you could order a couple to try without it being too much to eat. The Kentucky Crème Brûlée tastes the strongest. The Espresso Martini was my favorite. The Japanese Pearl made with Veuve Clicquot Rosé was great if you're looking for a sorbet. read more

She was the only one we saw working the whole night! Of the various flavors to choose from, we tried the Agave Dulce De Leche. This was creamy, decadent, and the tequila was strong! What a bougie concept! Alcohol infused ice cream. Just a block away from Madison Square Park, it's a very trendy adult 21+ boozy ice cream spot. Their packaging and branding is damn cool. Interior was very chic, and gave a fancy cocktail bar vibe. The bartender was very sweet and friendly. Ordered choco hazelnut martini and the highland truffle by the single serving. You can also order by the pint. Perfect balance of flavors. I didn't think I'd like highland truffle so much. But the chocolate flavor really complimented The Macallan. You can taste the alcohol but not too overbearing. Will be back to try new flavors but recommend these both. read more
Stopped by after visiting the museum and was pleasantly surprised. The decor and ambiance is amazing-- small but mighty. I sat at the "bar" and looked at their expensive menu. The women at the counter helped me decided between 2 flavors and I ended up going with the Dulce for leche! This ice cream was so good, creamy, flavorful and I could taste the tequila in it. Cool concept for a liquor and ice cream bar. Nice ambience but limited seating. Also highly over priced and not amazing given its $10 for a small ice cream. I'd recommend going for one of the chocolate flavors if you're new here and not try to be too adventurous or else you may be disappointed. Stuffed from meat, I was at the point where my stomach was ready to explode but still I really wanted to try this boozy ice cream bar I had found. Aubi & Ramsa is really like any other upscale bar you would see with very Zara-like music playing loudly in the background. The only difference? Well they are serving you ice cream and not a cocktail. For $11 the ice cream is tiny (3.75 oz) but they know people are just there for the vibes and experience.They do also have non-alcoholic options for anyone else looking for something else. I definitely could have finished a single one by myself on a normal night but again I was not stuffed. I shared the French 75 because I was feeling very fruit and wanted something light. It is a lemon sorbet made with Möet & Chandon & Hendrick's Gin. Fun way to end our valentine's! Service was quick since they are grabbing an ice cream from the freezer but staff was nice! read more
Go show the bartender some love, she's friendly and engages with you. This is what I want when it's boozy infused ice cream, not the stuff Tipsy sells, sorry. The ice cream is so creamy and with 4.9% of alcohol you'll come out with a smile on your face. As for the fruity ice cream, I didn't taste much of the alcohol so be mindful of that. Of course if an Old Fashioned is on the menu I'm getting it. The. Best. Flavor. I also bought Coco Loco, Lucky Brownie, Jack & Chocolate to go cannot wait to try these. I went to Aubi & Ramsa before in las vegas and loved it so I was excited to come to the new york location. I'm so glad I did because they have way more flavors and I love the upscale bar look to the place! As soon as we walked in we were instantly met with one of the male workers who was so friendly and told us all about his favorites. I wish I got his name but he made the experience so much fun. We decided to get the passion fruit margarita ($10) and the kentucky créme brûlée ($10). WOW they were so good and I was worried the alcohol would be too muted, but it wasn't at all. Even though i've been before, I get surprised at how well they blend the ice cream with the booze. It's strong initially but it's so good. The ice cream comes pre packaged and by no means is it big and/or affordable, but if you consider it as one cocktail then I feel that it's a way worth it. Obviously if you compare it to ice cream shops then the price seems pretty crazy but I'd choose this over a bar when I want something sweet. read more
This is a cute little bar that serves boozy ice cream. There aren't many seats, but you can take the ice cream to go. If you go at a quieter time, it's a nice space to sit and chat with friends. The service is pretty fast, and the server is friendly. We enjoyed the different flavors; some tasted more alcoholic than others. From most alcohol tasting to least- Kentucky Creme Brulee, Coco Loco, Lucky Brownie, Chocolate Hazelnut Martini. The cups are about the size of a large scoop each. read more
Who doesn't love the idea of infused ice cream? From the outside, we were immediately impressed by the intimate decor of the interior. Although small this ice cream bar is an esthetically gem. The menu is filled with various tequila, bourbon, vodka, gin, etc liquors to choose from. I loved the Coco Loco with coconut and tequila. The tequila overpowered the coconut but I'm a fan of tequila so I didn't mind. My girlfriend liked mine better than the Lucky Brownie. We got them to go, and service was pretty prompt for a busy Sunday. What I did find disingenuous was the bartender asked if we wanted an insulated bag for our ice cream, but did not say we had to pay for it or the cost. I was lucky enough to stroll into this cutely curated space after stopping to grab some burgers. We were greeted and served by Jasmine and Calixto. This place was lucky enough to find two charismatic people who complement each other. Jasmine explained to us the menu. They specialized in alcoholic ice cream with a 4.9 abv. Think of Tipsy Scoop but a bit more elevated. I ordered the bourbon crème brûlée, the gin key lime pie, and tequila agave dulce de leche. Don't be fooled by my order they also have plenty of playful and creative non diary sorbets. In the warmer months this place could become popular. Even though we sat to enjoy our ice cream this place is quite small and can only sit a handful of people. I would recommend grabbing your ice cream to go. read more
Awesome ice creams! The pint size is reasonably priced ($10) and perfect for one person. The ambience is fantastic, and I loved the presentation of the ice creams. I've tried the Chocolate Mezcal, White Russian, Hazelnut, and Creme Brulee so far. Hazelnut has the lightest alcohol flavor, White Russian is not as light but tastes even better. Chocolate Mezcal is pretty strong - would only recommend if you're a Mezcal fan. Finally the Creme Brulee is a hidden gem - I'm not a whiskey drinker but the whiskey is not overpowering at all and matches perfectly with a creme brulee ice cream - highly recommend! read more

By passing by this, you may be drawn in to the super chic and cozy interior bar, only to find out it's actually an alcohol infused ice cream bar! The selection is great - categorized by different alcohols and even has sorbets for some lactose free options. Don't forget to remove the thin paper film on top of the ice cream before consuming. They even have take home options which are larger in size. read more
This was a very cute concept - boozy ice cream! Although this is not the first shop in the City to do so (i.e., Tipsy scoop), this is probably the cutest ice cream "bar." We went with the recommendations - Kentucky crème brûlée and passion fruit margarita. The Kentucky crème brûlée was the clear winner - the ice cream was creamy with the right amount of bourbon. The margarita was in the form of a sorbet, and it helped to balance the sweetness from the crème brûlée. Given the amount of alcohol in each serving, you are allowed to take it as to go and consume it on the street. read more

We heard about this place in passing and immediately became interested because of its core concept: infused ice cream. The moment you walk in, you get the feeling of a modern coffee shop: clean lines, spacious, bright in the day and calm at night. No regrets stopping here-their flavor/alcohol combinations are well-composed with a good bit of variety, and the flavors at the foundation are interesting and taste fantastic. We bought a few to-go, and our favorite had to be the Highland Truffle: rich & smooth Belgian chocolate (a personal favorite of mine) with Macallan 12 single malt scotch. With ice cream this good, they'll definitely be seeing us again soon. read more
I liked this place overall. My friends and I came here after dinner for dessert. The place was easy to find (right off of Broadway; no hidden or corner entrances). There's a counter with barstools, along with another small counter on the other side. Because the main counter was full when we got there, we tried to sit at the small counter. The counter had not been cleaned up yet. Someone came to clean it when she saw us, but was very curt and cold, and she acted as though we were in her way. She barely spoke two words to us and did not welcome us or say hello, but at least she handed us some menus. The main counter opened up before we ordered, so we wound up moving there. That same person took our order and was, again, very unfriendly. She handed us our ice cream without a word, and that was that. We ordered the following: - The Highland Truffle: Belgian chocolate ice cream with McCallan 12 years. This was definitely everyone's favorite. You can taste the McCallan, but it was just the right amount where it didn't overpower the rest of the ice cream. There were also little chocolate chunks in there that I loved as an addition to texture. - Kentucky Crème Brûlée: crème brûlée with Makers Mark. This one was just okay; I didn't love or hate it -- it just... was. I didn't really taste the crème brûlée; it just felt like some sort of light (vanilla?) ice cream with alcohol. Definitely the booziest of the ones we got. - Japanese Pearl Drop: raspberry sorbet with champagne. I liked this one because it was refreshing and it was a nice contrast to the "heavier" flavors. The booze flavor is very subtle but I could still taste a small hint of it. Wouldn't recommend if you want more obvious booze flavors. - Affogato: shot of coffee over selected ice cream (there are four options). We opted for the hazelnut sidecar, which is made with cognac, hazelnut, and orange liqueur. I didn't really appreciate the ice cream flavors as much in this one; I felt like I was drinking a spiked affogato. My friend had the brilliant idea of adding the highland truffle to this, which made it so tasty. Overall, I liked this place and would consider coming back if I were in the area and wanted dessert/drink. In terms of service, there was another lady who eventually sort of helped us toward the end, who was a lot friendlier, so I suppose this can vary like it can at any other establishment. I didn't mind the service as much since you're pretty much left up to your own devices after you get your ice cream. read more
The store interior shines at night. I only learned of this place from a friend's dessert choice, so I was not expecting such a classy bar to offer alcoholic ice cream. The menu was sectioned by the different alcohol, and you can order a small or regular. We shared the small Passion Fruit Margarita ($10), which came in a tiny paint can of a container. But when we each tried it, we were taken aback by the strong alc! These are not kidding, they can pack a punch when eaten 1 per person. The sorbet tasted exactly like how you would imagine it to: fruity and tropical, with just the right amount of tang. The service was so nice with the friendliest worker. Really upscale liquor-infused ice cream parlor. By far the fanciest I have been to. Their menu was impressive: they had at least one ice cream for each kind of major liquor out there. Ambiance is absolutely lovely, although whether you dine in or take out you are serve in the same to-go container (which is pretty chic IMO). The serving size looked a bit small to me at first (relative to the prices, which I guess are reasonable based on how upscale this place is) but their smallest portion was actually satisfying, so I walk away impressed! read more

Aubi & Ramsa has officially won me over with boozy ice cream. I ordered the The Lucky Brownie and the Japanese Pearl Drop which were both soooo good! Definitely like that this location stays open until Midnight so I can always stop by for a late night boozy treat. read more

Super cute desert/drinks spot! Boozy ice cream, coffee, and affogato served in the most aesthetic tiny canisters. We were able to get a seat for 4 right at the bar right away. A good after-dinner treat to either wake you up or finish the night. Would recommend. read more
I love this place i definitely remcommend and will be coming back through the summer to try more flavors . I love the decor and the setup of the exterior and interior it's perfect and delightful. Perfect little date night esp great to make content for TikTok . I loved loved loved the service the lady i had was so nice and sweet so help me with all my questions esp since it was my first time here. And very patient with us . We were able to try flavors as well before we made our specific order so that is a plus because that helped us make the right choice which we choose three different flavors i will add the pictures so u can see the flavors that u must must try you won't regret it i promise you that ;) read more
My second time came to this place. I think I got better at ordering at least Ice cream: Crème brûlée is definitely a no go. Maybe if you're a really into alcohol flavor, this might be your ice cream, but over all it just taste like solid alcohol. The lucky brownie is my favorite one by far. It just taste like regular ice cream but with a kick of alcohol. Aubi and Ramsa was a late night treat after having dinner near by at alligator pear. Me and my best friend wanted something more sweat and refreshing on a hot night and found Aubi and Ramsa. When we was saw liquor infused, we of course had to try. The music was booming like it was a night club and someone to welcome into the spot. We were sever right away by the wonderful lady behind the bar and offered some of her favorites as well. The decor is beautiful and the options hit every liquor drowning on your preference. As well as delicious toppings that are infused as well! We enjoyed the atmosphere, service and being able to take it hike in a insulated bag. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area or even their other location further downtown! read more
Finally stopped by to try some of their alcoholic ice cream. First thing I noticed was the sleek ambience of the space, resembling a cocktail bar or an upscale cafe. I got the Espresso Affogato, which was delicious. Even with the bitterness of the espresso and the sweetness from the ice cream, you can still taste the alcohol. The portions are a bit smaller than I expected, but definitely worked well for me in the moment. All in all, a solid and interesting spot! read more
If you are looking for amazing cocktail ice cream in chic setting, this is your place. Although casual it feels sleek when holding the little ice cream container and the din lighting. There are so many flavors to choose from which you have to kind of inquire about on your own. The creme brûlée tequila was my favorite with the Makers Mark caramel which is absolutely creamy and so divine. The price point is expensive but totally work it. The location is pretty, set up like a bar. They do have restroom. The staff could have been a bit more engaging, they seemed a bit standoff-ish. The ice cream made up for the lack of engaging customer service. However, I would advise them to be more attentive to premium price paying customers. Very chill environment, it's rare to find a lot of people here. This is a great place for in between plans or even spontaneous adventures but IMO you shouldn't expect so much. The service is great, and very nonchalant. I ordered a Tangerine Mimosa, I'd rate it a 2/5 just for lack of flavor on the other hand I've tried the Lucky Brownie and it's amazing, rich in flavor almost tasted like it's Bailey's based. Overall I love the interior design and concept, I wish it was a tad bit louder, the environment encouraged me to whisper lol. read more

What's the expectation to tip 20% here like a bar or $1-2 like an ice cream shop?
It's more of an ice cream shop than a bar. They just hand you a spoon and a small container with your ice cream, so I don't think they expect a large tip if any.
