Aubrey's is a lifesaver. We were trying for a while to find a decent place in the area to eat at that was dog friendly and having no luck in our search. We happened to drive by Aubrey's and saw their gorgeous patio area but couldn't find any information of whether or not they allow dogs. My son was starving so her parked and went in to ask and they were very friendly and accommodating. They seated us all on the patio and even brought out a bowl of water for our pup. Here's the thing though, while it's true I can be biased and sometimes add an extra star for dog friendly places, it would make zero difference because this place is so good on it's own. The server was very warm and helpful, even bringing me two dressings when I was having trouble making up my mind. Every dish we had was delicious. I mean really flavorful and unique. They even start you off with fresh baked bread and butter. It's all the small things that make this place so great. I had the Cranberry Chicken Salad (although I can't tell you how the chicken was because my little pupper ate that) and it was so yummy. I am not normally a salad girl but the flavor combinations were perfect and it was so big I couldn't even finish it! That might have had something to do with eating half of my poor hubby's soup though because it was so delicious. I believe it was a soup of the day but it was potato and leek or something similar and it was super creamy and delicious. He also had the BBQ ribs and said they were falling off the bone. My son had catfish and finished every bite. I would highly recommend Aubrey's to anyone in the area who wants a tasty meal and excellent service. read more

This was our first time here. You can tell it's a place the locals love vs so many of the touristy places around. We were seated right away and got our food fairly quickly. Our waitress wasn't overly friendly but she provided good service nonetheless. I had the filet and it was delicious! Will visit again in the future. read more

We ended up here after several attempts at other restaurants, and they had huge waits. It was late and we just wanted a dog friendly place...... I didn't even care about the food. We were pleasantly surprised when this restaurant not only had incredible food, but the service was amazing! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. All the food that we ordered for our party of 4, (as well as the food that was going by our table), was all wonderful. The selection of beers was awesome, and the one that I tried was really excellent. The only reason that I did four stars was because we did not happen to draw the best server of the bunch. It could be that he had too many tables or was having an off day, but we were left hanging quite a bit and he had very little personality. The attitude of the server completes a good meal and this one was missing the finishing touches. But we will certainly return to Aubrey's. Very impressed. read more

Service was awful! We waited forever for our food. The waitress kept saying she didn't know why it was taking so long. The people beside us came in way after us and got their food before us. Our burger was dried out. The waitress stayed at another table talking to her friends. And when asked for our military discount she took the receipt back and kept it for another 20 minutes saying the manager was putting the discount on but only gave it to one of us and all three of us was military. We love going on a vacation to the smoky mountains, being entertained with all their shows and attractions, shopping and souvenirs... And then be able to slow down and enjoy this quieter, delicious restaurant. Located on the quieter side of Sevierville, we had the best dinner, served by the best staff, and the cleanest restaurant! A varied menu, the tuna steak caught my eye! Seared perfectly, this 8 ounce gem was a real feast. I chose sweet potato fries for my side. They were so crispy and lightly sugarcoated, a perfect accompaniment to my sandwich. My husband chose the scrod dinner. It had a Ritz cracker crust... He loved the light texture of it. He absolutely loved his side salad, potato sticks, included. All the dressings are homemade, and they do an excellent job of farm to table side dishes. Although I did not order, the Parmesan spinach and squash casserole looked delicious. They have a very large seating capacity, along with outdoor also. When we arrived we were a little nervous this wasn't going to be a great experience because the host was very short with us & very rude (she prob shouldn't be the first interaction someone has with the staff). When it was our turn to be seated, a nice gentleman in a tie seated us. He was very kind & made up for the rude host! Our server was Lori! She was PHENOMENAL! We never had to ask for a drink refill, before our glasses were even empty Lori was at our table with refills in hand! Having never been here before we had several questions after reviewing the menu! Lori was so helpful! Her honest feedback & descriptions on several menu items helped us decide what to order! Her recommendations were spot on! We all ordered a side salad & the side salad was amazing! This wasn't your average salad with pre packaged cheese and a little lettuce! This was a fresh nicely done salad with fresh grated cheese and potato sticks! Everyone was pleased with their entree those that wanted smaller portion sizes really loved the small plates options! The Hawaiian ribeye was wonderful! Everyone's favorite part was dessert! The cobbler was wonderful! The pumpkin cheesecake was a massive slice & it was just perfect! We were a little saddened to hear the peppermint patty pie was not longer on the menu but the pumpkin cheesecake made up for it! Overall great food & wonderful service! This place has really awesome spinach and artichoke dip, sweet potato fries, and drinks. However, we went for the prime rib and it just wasn't as great as we were expecting it to be. The meat was fattier than we were hoping and it was a little tough. We like to try new places when we find them. When we found Aubreys the reviews looked good, so off we went. Our server was relatively new, but provided a lot of assistance. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and my husband, the fish and chips. Our food looked yummy when it came, but fell a little short in taste. Not that it was bad, but I guess we were expecting more taste. We had an appetizer as well, but we got our food before it came, so we just ate it with our food. Our food we had was yummy it was my first time coming to Aubrey's, we came on a slightly busy night to our surprise we didn't wait long at all considering the amount of people in the restaurant. The art work around the booths were cartoon characters and very cool and a nice touch to a fancier restaurant some were smeared but that was do to customers touching them the oil from fingers made the paint or chalk smear. The bread is also a reason to go on its own super yummy and light so you don't feel full from it and still can eat your meal! read more

This place has The Best cheesecake ever! We came here because we're gluten-free. They have a great menu of variety beyond salads. The kids' menu offers gluten free grilled chicken strips, gluten free salmon or a gluten free cheeseburger. My husband thought his gluten full ribs were tasty and tender. My gluten free bbq chicken was moist, the rice pilaf was flavorful, and the spinach was delicious but had way too much butter it was served in. My husband said the apple-walnut cobbler was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The Praline, Carmel cheesecake (I didn't eat the graham cracker crust ) was apparently eggless (I'm allergic to eggs so that was a happy surprise) was the lightest, fluffiest, marshmellow like cheesecake I've ever eaten! Took a chance based on location, menu and price. SO glad we did! Four of us ordered 4 different meals. I tasted every one and each meal was DELICIOUS!! I had salmon tacos, two had salads: one the Asian and the other a chicken with apple and goat cheese. The fourth got the fried catfish. They were VERY busy but we got seated right away and our server, Dillon, took good care of us. It took a bit for our food to arrive but as I said they were busy. the food was good. we had a party of 12 (45 minute wait, not bad) we were seated at two different tables which was ok. I was seated at a table of 4 we all ordered steak. my husband ordered his medium and it came out medium rare which had to be sent back. when he finally got his steak back both of our tables were done eating. he asked for steak sauce on the original order and once again when his food came out, yet never received it. he ended up getting a box and taking his steak and baked potatoe back to the cabin so everyone didn't have to wait on him...mind you we still ended up paying full price for his food even though he didn't receive it back until everyone else in the party was finished. not sure if we will ever eat at this location again. there were other little things as well but this really annoyed me. read more
