Place is big & clean. Staff is friendly & warm. Food....eh. Hubby ordered fish & chips with sautéed mushrooms. Unfortunately, the mushrooms had an odd taste to them, so my husband did not care for them at all. I don't understand as you can saute mushrooms in butter and they are wonderful. He didn't see any special notes on the menu, so he was surprised. Fish was cooked well, but didn't have a lot of flavor...very plain taste despite being well coated with breading. After perusing the menu, I ordered a dinner salad. This artived with a big pile of potato sticks on top. If you don't know, potato sticks are potato chips cut into stick shapes. Why the hell would you put potato chips on top of a green salad??? After removing as many of the potato sticks I could off of the salad, I discovered it consisted of spring mix, cheese & diced cucumber. That's it. I am SO Bummed. Our waitress offered to add tomatoes to my salad, but I'll just take it home. A lead person visited at our table very concerned that we did not care for our food. He was very kind and tried his hardest to get us to order something else from the menu, but we declined as we needed to leave, as my husband's oxygen machine was out of power.....but they did not charge us for our meals!!! This surprised me. I was willing to pay for the food because I ordered it.... And I will say that that has changed my mind, and I will return once more to give it another shot. I like the bar area instead of the dining room which is a bit generic and usually loud. The bar is light with windows all around and high top tables. The food is generous and cooked to your preference with no problem. Cocktails are well mixed and bartenders are professional and friendly. Nice place! read more

Great atmosphere, good staff, decent service. We've been here a couple of times now. The thick cut potato chips are fantastic. None of us like the buttermilk garlic sauce (the restaurant also uses this as ranch) but the chips are great and always arrive hot and fresh. You can get complimentary bread too but that doesn't seem like it's customary because one visit it was just bright out to the table. The others it wasn't? It's all good though because those chips are a great appetizer! Kids ordered different burgers a couple of times and while the toppings were good, the meat itself was terribly dry. So I wouldn't recommend those. Kale salad had fresh ingredients but was just a salad. The fish n chips entree was good and the sauce was great. The haystack pasta was a family favorite. We wouldn't hesitate trying more dishes here when in the area, but would not make a special trip just to dine here. read more

Food: 35/50 I have tried multiple items here, including three of the four pasta dishes. They have varied in quality. Of the pastas, my favorite by leaps and bounds was the Haystack Pasta. I would strongly recommend that one if you like Alfredo. The Tomato Basil Grilled Pasta was pretty solid, too, but it didn't particularly blow me away. The Seafood Pasta was my least favorite. It had a thin cream sauce that provided little in terms of flavor. Their decision to use sugar snap peas was a little questionable, and the sweetness of some of the fish sort of threw the whole thing off. I'm sure that Seafood Pasta is someone's thing, but it's clearly not mine. Service: 25/25 Our food came out in a reasonable time every time I was there. The servers were pleasant and the bartenders were pretty amazing for a chain restaurant. Zero complaints here. Ambience: 20/25 The restaurant was clean and pleasant to eat in. The decorations were about what you would expect for a "bar and grill" place. I really liked their decision to show a broad variety of sports when I sat at the bar. Food is gross. I ordered the tuna sandwich. I like seared tuna, but it didn't say 'seared,' on the menu. It actually wasn't seared- it was raw and cold and mushy. The steamed broccoli didn't say 'with butter,' and it was loaded with butter. My guest had the rattlesnake pasta, and it tasted like it was soaked in salt and oil - looked like, too. I sent my food back, she didn't finish hers, and we settled for a side salad with some brown lettuce and incorrect dressing order. It was the right thing to do to comp the uneaten meals, but they have to get it together. Hard pass until they do. read more

We shared the thick sliced potato chips with our friends and l had the chicken finger platter and my wife had a salad which she put some of my chicken fingers on. All of this was great, however we saw someone having what looked like banana puddin and we decided to try it. Oh my it was so delicious. I have eaten lots of banana puddin but this stuff was incredible. If you like banana puddin you must try it. read more

We were so excited to see that our favorite restaurant from east TN made it to Lebanon! We walked in a busy Saturday night. We were quoted a 45 min wait but we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated after only waiting for about 30 mins. Sitting in the bar area at a booth wasn't to bad! A little noisy but not bad. Our server was just ok. Not great, not bad, just ok. We went for a while with empty drink glasses and there were long stretches where our server was no where to be found (or seen). The food was excellent! There were so many food choices on the menu. We ordered our burgers medium. There's no way these were cooked medium with a pink center. These burgers were pretty well done but were still very tasty. The side salad was our favorite! Aubrey's has prob the best restaurant side salad & dressings too! Aubrey's is a bit on the expensive side but we felt like the quality of the food was worth the price. Overall we'll be back but the service def has room for improvement! read more

They refired it, but we were over it by the time it came out . My burger was dry. If you can't cook a burger , you need help. I wished the food matched the building inside. My wife and her sisters took their mother here for Mother's Day and enjoyed it, so we were in the area and decided to try it. It didn't go well. It was roughly 2:30 on Sunday afternoon, and when we went in, the hostess went to seat us immediately. However, when she got to the area we were to be seated, a server stopped her and she left us in limbo in the middle of the restaurant. After an awkward minute, we went over to the hostess and server to see if something was wrong. We were told no, that she was seating us in a different booth. They put out silverware and menus, but we noticed there had been a person in that booth, and they were moved to the booth we were almost seated in. We realized why very quickly, there was a young child in a high chair right across from our booth doing baby things, screaming, etc (needed a toy or crayons and coloring sheet from the restaurant) and one of the adults very loudly was talking/commenting. Not a pleasant environment to try and enjoy a meal. The restaurant needs partitions to break up all of the sound. We tried to roll with it. The server came took our order, but kept mentioning things that had nothing to do with our meal. I ordered the Hickory Chicken w/broccoli and Parmesan creamed spinach, my wife had the chicken tenders and fries. Unfortunately I received the herb grilled chicken, but rather than wait, I told them that I would keep this. The server was very nice, but couldn't stay focused on what he was doing. Anytime we asked for refills, ketchup, etc, it took more than once to get things right. Bottom line is we were not satisfied with our experience and the food was average, but the prices were above average; although my wife did think their fries were very good. read more

We have visited this restaurant twice now after anxiously awaiting it's opening in Lebanon. First visit, the server was terrible. She took over ten minutes to take our drink and appetizer order. Another fifteen minutes before delivering drinks. Another ten minutes for the appetizer to be delivered by a second server. AND......no one had yet even taken our order. Server finally returned and took our order. Simple. Fish and chips platter and chicken nugget dinner order. Our food arrived THIRTY MINUTES later and was BARELY warm, was totally overcooked to the point of emitting a foul, burnt odor and the sides (broccoli) were soggy and foul tasting. Brought all of this to the attention of the older woman server and her response was "What do you want me to do about it?" My response was "Not a thing!!!! Give me my bill." I saw the server speaking to the manager and it was obvious by the pointing and looks we were getting that they were talking about us, our orders or whatever. We were obviously their center of attention. The Manager NEVER even approached our table. The server brought me the full bill and without touching our food further, we paid the bill and left. OBVIOUSLY, I did NOT leave any kind of tip. A couple of weeks passed and we thought, okay maybe the first visit was just a bad day as they were quite busy. We returned for a second shot. NOPE!!!!!! Just as bad as the first time. Again, brought the inadequacies to the servers attention. AGAIN, she spoke to the manager and the manager never came to our table. AGAIN, I was presented the bill in its entirety. AGAIN, we paid and left with NO tip left for the server. AND, the city of Lebanon provided over $1M in tax incentives to this sub-par restaurant. Food & service was good. I only have one beef: When asked what the cost of beverages (it was not on the menu) she said, "It comes with whatever you order". We were led to believe that meant no charge for drinks. WRONG! When the bill came they had added $3.00 per person to the menu item to cover the $3.00 for iced tea. It was misleading & the way the bill was configured we believed it was done this way intentionally to make customers think they weren't getting charged for a beverage. Probably won't be back because of this. Menu prices were high. I got a Rattlesnake pasta & was charged $21.00 although the menu listed it as $18.00.
