    Caesar Salad

Our gang of 4, a first-time visit for all of us, enjoyed our dinner. Aubrey's is a large restaurant; it handles a large number of dinners with abundant seating and enough servers for good service. Friendly, attentive service in a hip, modern décor. Enjoyed a Kale Salad, Baked Scrod with Baked Potato and side Caesar Salad washed down with a Good People IPA on draught. There are daily drink specials. Gripe: When full, the restaurant is loud because of the glass and hard surroundings. So if you want quiet conversation, then suggest dining during an off-hour.

Food is really good. The only thing I don't like are their salad dressings. I don't feel like I'm picky, but I just haven't found one I like. I'm tempted to bring one from home. But, there are so many other choices than salad and I do enjoy their creamed spinach!

6 ounce fillet and ribeye steak cooked to perfection. We chose french fries which appear seasoned and were nice and crispy on the outside. There was a generous amount of celery salt on the meat leading to an initial salty impression but once you chew it, it's not so terribly salty anymore. Our plates were warmer than ambient air, but not especially warmed enough to keep fries hot. We arrived at 4 PM, and by the time the group was finished, there was a line waiting out the door and along the side of the building to get in. Parking lot is large and accommodating. We saw a travel trailer, parked way in the back. This is our first visit to this restaurant, we are not from Tennessee. We were here with a significantly large group. The waiters were very friendly and smiling. There were a few order mishaps, one couple did not get their salads, and the salads came after the entrées were served, etc. Probably not unusual for a very large group. They have a full bar, even though they don't have a menu for the full bar. It is a bit difficult to hear when the restaurant is full, and it was fairly full when we were there. A lot of glass windows, and flat surfaces reflect sound well.

Came here for Monday lunch to a fairly new place in Lebanon!! Its definitely an American Southern food place! This is a huge spacious loud place!! Nice clean environment but first things first that comes to mind is this place probably has quite a huge overhead to operate! Has a country kitchen field! The food is pricier than normal but the portions are big that justifies the cost! Ordered grilled Tuna & fish chips took a little bit longer than expected but it was excellent!! The service was stellar, who kept stopping by to see if we needed anything! Kept our iced Arnold Palmer tea coming! My first experience was excellent and I hope to be back again someday!

We love Aubrey's! We have always had a good experience when visiting this location. Service is friendly and the menu has something for everyone. I love the soups and the many vegetable sides. The salads are some of the best we have had, and the potato "chip" appetizer is absolutely delicious. On our most recent visit I had the Boston scrod with parmesan spinach. The fish was flaky and the Ritz topping was buttery and delicious. The spinach was a great side. My husband raved about his potato soup, too. This is a great place for a family dinner or a gathering with friends. We look forward to visiting Aubrey's again soon.

The service was great. On the ball. As for the food we all liked what we had. I had the chicken fingers small plate and couldn't finish them all. They were excellent, cooked just right. My wife had the Rockefeller pizza and she said it was very good. Our friend had the chicken salad sandwich with the thick cut potato chips. It's a very hometown kind of restaurant. The inside is huge so if the parking lot is full just keep looking

Stoped in for dinner while in Lebanon, the interior reminds me of O'Charley's or Ruby Tuesdays. It is new and very clean and inviting. Service was spot on and our waitress was very attentive and polite. The buttermilk chicken was huge and seasoned very well and the baked potato was filled with butter. However the steak was over cooked and the gold potatoes were ok at best. The manager stop by to ask if we wanted another steak cooked medium. We did not have them do that, the steak was still tender but dry to our liking. The entrées with one vegetable seemed a bit over priced, although they removed it from our bill. We will not be returning anytime soon, we will just go down the street to O'Charles's.

The chicken salad club & fried potato chips was awesome. My husband liked the catfish. He got 2 big pieces (whole fillets). Our waiter was excellent. Walked right in and got seated, but wasn't actually dinner time yet. Our food came right out. Hardly no wait time on our food. I give a 5 Can't wait to go back.

It's is a complete joke for no other reason than they just don't seem to care. Not a staffing issue as I've seen in other reviews in my particular case. Came in yesterday (Saturday) morning alone for breakfast. There were two other tables of 2-3 people in the whole place when I arrived so place was maybe at 10% capacity. Both tables already had their food. There was no staff present when I walked in so I sat at the bar, the bartender was also not present. I sat there for 10 minutes or so before anyone came out. The waitress that did eventually come out but walked by me to check her tables and didn't pay me any attention and then disappeared into the back again. She went back and forth a few times continuing to check tables and not address me or send out the bartender. As I was about to leave she came over without a word, dropped a menu, didn't take a drink order and walked away. I've been here for 30 minutes or so now finally and have a menu and no other acknowledgement I exist. Finally the bartender comes out from the back and asks what he can get me. I ask him for a cup of coffee and before I can say anything else he disappears into the back. I was fully ready to order but figured he was grabbing it and coming right back. He was literally in the back ANOTHER 20 minutes and when he finally returned without the coffee he said he was making a fresh pot. He finally returns with the coffee (in a paper to go cup? This is a sit down morning brunch) and takes my order. I ordered waffles and waited. I've been here nearly an hour now in a practically empty restaurant and just now ordering. Another table comes in, gets sat, and eventually gets their food. I'm still waiting. The bartender pops back out for a second, sees me looking royally pissed at this point and I point at the new table eating and motion back at him like what the hell is going on? He walk over and says "I burned all your waffles and had to start over." Ok... what's it take to cook a waffle... 2-3 minutes? We're 90 minutes deep at this point. Finally someone else appears with my order. Again I will be fair, when I did finally get it the order was pretty good however at this point I had a 10-15 minutes before I had to be somewhere else. I wasn't expecting breakfast to take two hours. I ate about half of it and asked for the check. They dropped it without a word and I paid and left. Let me say I grew up working in restaurants and bars and I can be very understanding of a full restaurant that's understaffed and doing their best. THIS WAS NOT THAT. They literally just did not care. To say this place is grossly mismanaged would to be implied that someone is managing it at all, which doesn't seem to be the case. The food was good but not good enough to deal with this again anytime soon.

My order was wrong, but the Spring salad was similar enough to the Our Signature salad that it didn't really matter. French Onion soup (cup) - the smallest cup of soup I have ever seen, but my daughter found it lacked the deep, rich, meaty flavor synonymous with French Onion soup and left half of it. Fish tacos - fish to tortilla ratio was on point. The fish tacos were well dressed and the cabbage add a nice crunch. This entree was 10x better than those starters. Bam Bam shrimp - had some crispy texture even though covered in the sauce. It was a solid dish and everyone finished it off. Sides- onion rings and fries. These were standard fare. Shrimp scampi flatbread - did not come out hot and quite flabby. We decided the kitchen was having a bad night. The cocktails were fine, so the bartender was having a better night. The service was quite slow but it was a busy night, so understandable as my daughter and I both worked as servers while in college. There is many parking opportunities here as this restaurant is surrounded by other retail stores and restaurants. I included the receipt in my pictures because I want you to know about the "hospitality fee". I find this disturbing practice is increasing. In my opinion, this practice is deceptive. It makes me believe the owners or corporate office is not paying their employees what they are worth. As a former waitress during my younger years, this will only make patrons reduce the waitresses tip if they are not bold enough to have it removed. I did not see this at the time we were finishing up as we were talking and just trying to get out of the restaurant. I did not see it listed on the menu either, although most restaurants that partake in this deception has it listed in very small print somewhere on the menu. I just avoid these restaurants in Vegas - but never thought Mt. Juliet restaurants would adapt such a practice. Lesson learned.
