Eat here yesterday afternoon around 3:30 pm. Not busy at all. I set at the bar, the bartender waited on me she was doing the job of 2 or 3. No one would stay up front to greet the guest. Had to go back to the kitchen to get someone to come to the hostess desk. My baked potato was leftover from lunch and had turned yellow and tasted burnt from being in the oven to long. A bake potato is supposed to be white on the inside when freshly cooked. Mine was cold and yellow and won't melt the butter. I sent it back and the second baked potato was just as bad. Got seated promptly and sat there for almost 10 minutes before a waitress asked us if anyone had taken our order. Once we had ordered, two other waitresses came and asked if we were ready to order. Salads came out promptly and were ok. I had the Logan with coconut shrimp and green beans, my wife had fried chicken with white gravy and mashed potatoes. She enjoyed it but did say that there was more batter than chicken. The coconut shrimp was flavorless. Not even a hint of coconut and was served without dipping sauce. Food was less than desirable. Potatoes were overcooked. Cucumbers are salad were obviously frozen and thawed due to the dark watery ring around the edges of the cucumbers. Steak was a bit tough. I got "The Logan". I can assure you it was not an 11oz. Steak. Positives... rolls were fresh and my finances ch Ken seemed to be cooked well. This was our second visit to this location and we will not be returning. Being NEW residents to the Lebanon area, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone in town. read more

It's a typical chain, but when you're traveling and you arrive late, it's open till 11. The food was very good. I got the chicken with lemon butter, that came with the salad and rice, pilaf and really good broccoli. My brother got a steak with broccoli and green beans and fried pickles. He also really enjoyed his 20 ounce beer. Kind of wish they had a larger selection of beers, but Samuel Adams always hits the spot. I'm not sure why there have been so many comments about poor service. Our service was exceptional. This was our first time in and we're glad we ignored the negative reviews. Our waitress was very personable and made some solid recommendations. Our drinks and appetizer came out quickly as did the salads and entrees. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice ambiance. As far as the food, it was good. As expected for this type of restaurant. That said, I'm a very experienced cook and never expect a restaurant to even come close to what I make at home. Logan's did pretty well. I tried the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and I was pleasantly surprised. My husband tried a combo of ribs, sausage and chicken and he thought it was pretty good. Overall, Logan's is a nice place for a good meal. Next time, I'll be trying a burger. I saw a few pass by and they looked delicious. read more

The food and service is not good. We went in because we had never tried it before. The salad was watery, the waitress was more concerned with her cell phone and the bread was awful. I heard good things about this place but was so disappointed. I don't believe we will be back. The place has decent decor and regular restaurant volume. From the drinks, to the rolls, starter salads and the entrees, everything came out very quickly and absolutely delicious. The rolls are heavenly! Monica was our server, she was a real treat! Very personable, offered great suggestions that did not disappoint. She was the sweetest and we really enjoyed talking with her. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did an online order and had a terrible experience as soon as we came to pickup. Had to show email confirmation of our order and had to detail every item that was in the order. It would've been fine if they were verifying to ensure the order was complete, but instead they were trying to hold the order hostage. The portion sizes left us hungry and we were missing items! I'm disappointed, angry, and overall confused at how our visit went. I would tell anyone to save their money and go to outback. read more

What a great experience!! We had Brandi as our server and her service was spot on. Rarely do you get service like she gave us. I highly recommend her. She was timely, made sure we had everything we needed, went the extra mile to make it a good date night. Her joy in serving us was infectious. The food was made exactly as we asked. The Logan was tender and cooked the way we ordered. It made eating it a pleasure and my date did a happy dance in his chair. Absolutely no customer service anywhere to be found. Somebody answered the phone then hung up on me as soon as I told them I was picking up a mobile order. I walked inside and got greeted by no one. but saw my order on the pickup rack so I just grabbed it. Didn't receive salads which is one of two sides. Get our ticket only one deduction and we redeemed a coupon that could've been worth $5-100. Ask our server she just says that salads come with the meal she can't deduct anything. Ask for a manager she comes back with an explanation, tell her we don't care what she has to say now we asked for a manager. Finally get a "manager" who is super rude and left with nothing resolved still feel like our coupon was worth a lot and they fudged it so their number look better. I've been in food 20 years it was not busy enough for such horrible attitudes. read more

This is the second time in a few weeks we've given this location a chance and it's fallen below expectations both times. Last time it was a combination and the same thing this time - slow service, cold food and zero follow up. I can think of plenty of other places to spend $50 on a lunch for my family and be far more satisfied. I couldn't even find anyone to complain to, and pretty much doesn't seem as if anyone cares. We came in tonight tonight and we should have walked back out. We had to ask 2 times for lemons for the waters. We placed our daughters order first to come out quickly bc she takes a while to eat. We never got bread refill even after asking. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they came out well done. We got the replacement steaks and they were barely cooked with no juices at all. We came to a steak house and was offered chicken tenders so we could have food. Will not be back. read more

I just got home from eating a little at Logan's Roadhouse. I ordered the fall off the bone ribs. The dinner rolls were acceptable, the onion rings were acceptable but the fall off the bone ribs were not falling off the bone because they were not done. They were very dry and I don't want ribs from Logan's Roadhouse again. My wife and I brought our ribs home.. She said she was cooking her ribs in the oven her tomorrow. I told her she could have mine or throw them away I'm very disappointed with them and just don't give. Now the sweet potato was ok and the baked beans was the best part of the plate that was served. Food was great. Our server "Beth" was super amazing. The wait though was ridiculous. At 4pm the Restaurant was at half capacity (booths everywhere were empty) and it took over 2-1/2hrs to eventually get to sit down, get our food, and eat. The only reason for 2 stars is our server Brittany was amazing and did a great job. We haven't been here in a long while and tried to give it another shot. The place is filthy! Came in for a late lunch. Wasn't in a hurry at all. My server/bartender was Jera (I think that's her name) She was amazing! I ordered a Hunch Punch Electric Lemonade and the Coastal Carolina Shrimp. Everything came out so fast and tasted amazing! While I was there, I witnessed a table talking really rude to her and it seemed as though it brought miss Jera down.
