The Spring menu Spiked Iced Green tea tasted good but only made up a third of a glass, making it more of a shot than a cocktail. And my Old Fashioned was pretty watery. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted fine though it could have used a bit more sauce for the vermicelli and the meatballs were very dry. My friends spoke very highly of their blackened chicken dishes though. I can see why Demos' is a middle TN staple though I would want to try something else and avoid the cocktails next time I visit.

We have AI, self-driving cars, phones that can translate languages in real time, and refrigerators that can tell us when we're out of milk. But Town Square Social apparently has a computer system that says: 10:29: "Would you like breakfast?" 10:30: "Absolutely not." 10:31: "Can I order lunch?" 10:31: "Don't get crazy." 11:00: "Okay, now you may eat." Again, I LOVE this place. The food is fantastic. This isn't a knock on the staff or the restaurant itself. But somebody needs to fix this stupid system. If I sit down at 10:22 and decide at 10:42 that I want lunch, I feel like we should have evolved enough as a society to make that happen.
