wish there was a negative star rating. I would give it 10 negative stars. this place isn't even worthy of negative star. this place is nothing like what you see on the website as you can see from the pictures below. We got here first week in April. The site managers in the office are rude especially the woman. she says she cleans the bathroom everyday @5:30 am. that's a lie. the showers are gross. 1 shower doesnt work. 1 shower has large cracks on the floor and dangerous to stand on. last shower. all the showers need a good scrubbing. I scrubbed down myself so I can use it. I even bought shower curtain liners for the 3 showers and was told I can't put them up because it's a liability issue. They said they would but it took them until last week to get them up in the two showers. The male manager said he has way too much stuff to do around here and didn't have time!!! They haven't done crap around this place. bugs all over the sink/counter. Stained. painted white in some areas. why not just clean them instead of painting over it! No paper towels. The hand blow dryer doesn't work. The AC that's in there is not plugged in to run when it's hot. The windows in the women's gave the west extremely hot. This place looks nothing like the pics on the web site. Many sites have people who "collect stuff" & make the park look even worse. Vacant lots are overgrown with weeds over 1 foot tall. The pool hours during the week close @ 5pm! some people work for a living and don't get home till after 5 and would like to take a dip in the pool but can't! But on Saturday and Sunday it stays open till 8 PM! better get your laundry done before 5 PM otherwise you have to go to a laundromat because they close @ 5pm EVERY DAY! The office hours are 9 to 5 closed 12 PM to 1 PM. They are out of the office more than they are in!

My husband and I are both military and were looking for a place to live with our RVIA certified tiny home (RV). We reached out to the manager (Tami) and asst manager (Chris) two months in advance and were able to make arrangements for our move here from Georgia. They have been very friendly, and even during the necessary reduced hours due to Covid-19, they can still be reached if needed. The park's amenities include a pool, bathrooms/showers, shared library area, washer/dryers, and a park. The wifi is spotty unless you are in the office, but my husband and I were able to set up a monthly internet hooked up at our spot for $40 a month with unlimited 250 gbps personal wifi. Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions about the park or management. This is a beautiful area to live and with tons to do in the general vicinity.

The park is divided into four RV areas, each with its own unique feel. There are two pools: one designed more for kids, and the other a simpler, quieter pool that adults tend to prefer, though both are fully family‑friendly. A couple of clubhouses are also available for group events if needed. Campsites come with full hookups--power, water, and sewer--along with generous green spaces between sites that make the whole area feel open and relaxed. Each site includes a picnic bench, which is surprisingly convenient. Security patrols the park regularly, creating a very safe environment. The property is pet‑friendly, with plenty of grassy areas for dogs and a paved walking trail that loops around the entire campground. I was actually surprised at how many dogs were around when I really looked but no barking or other surprises on the grass. In other words, very responsible dog owners. A shuttle runs on a regular schedule to pick up guests and take them to the main casino, where you'll find gambling, restaurants, and a variety of activities. The views are spectacular, with densely wooded hillsides, rolling terrain, and plenty of wildlife including deer, squirrels, and more. It's a beautiful, peaceful setting that adds a lot to the overall experience.

Out of control kids everywhere. My travel trailer was hit twice with soccer balls. One time broke my Starlink stand of course no parents to be found. The pool was full of drunk, loudmouth, foul mouth adults, and again unsupervised kids. The partying went on until after midnight. Not a pleasant experience. The icing on the cake was upon checkout I stopped at the office to inform them of the issues we had experienced the previous day and night and they just threw a comment card at me - didn't seem much interested Last time I'll ever go there. After checking out the South Fork rapids we then went over to North Beach and floated around while we watched all the rafters go by. The hosts, Troy and Janna, were very accommodating and also very friendly. We booked site 5 online and when we got there we asked them if we picked a good site. They said yes, but that site 6 would be better for this weekend because we wouldn't have anyone directly next to us so they switched us to 6. All the sites are spacious with shade and pretty level. (I will add that they did lay some gravel at each site but the sites are all dirt for the most part so it does get dusty. We travel with Astro turf mats so we laid those down and it did a good job mitigating the dust.) Troy and Janna have owned the park for a couple of years now and have put so much work in to it to making it a nice RV Park where people will want to be returning guests. They have an awesome bar area where they serve cold beer and wine. On Friday nights they grill burgers and on Saturdays they make pizzas. So if you don't want to cook, they'll cook for you! They've built a stage in the hang out area and every Saturday night they have live music!! The band last night was great. We hung out at the bar for a few drinks. Met some other campsite guests who were all friendly to chat with, and then we went and sat in front of the stage and enjoyed the music. They've got some picnic tables in front of the stage but we just brought our own chairs. They've also got a pool table, bocci ball, darts and other fun games to enjoy. This was our first time visiting this campsite and we'll definitely be returning. Thanks Troy and Janna for making our first visit a fun and memorable one. We'll be back soon to drink your cold beer and enjoy some live music!
