This was my first lash lift and she made sure I was comfortable and informed on each step of the process. She also took her time and made me feel very relaxed during the whole process- I almost fell asleep! After the service was completed, she noticed that some of my outer lashes didn't get fully lifted for some reason (stubborn asian lashes).
