I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this dealership's service department. When I purchased my vehicle in 2024, the used car manager displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the beginning. At the time of purchase, I was sold a vehicle with a cracked windshield and was promised that it would be repaired. That promise was never fulfilled. Additionally, I purchased the rims and tire protection package through the dealership. Despite this, I have repeatedly experienced difficulties when trying to have my tires replaced. Each time I visit for tire service, I am given a hard time and asked to pay out of pocket, even though I was told the package would cover these issues. I have asked the service department to verify my coverage with their finance department, since the package was purchased directly through them, but they have failed to properly review my account. On multiple occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Most concerning, they failed to properly inspect my flat tire and told me it was fine, when it clearly was not. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. Neglecting to properly assess a customer's vehicle could have resulted in an accident. This has not been a one-time issue -- it has been a repeated pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. I expected much better service and integrity from this dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to spend their money. read more

Bought an Audi S4 from James about 2 years ago, custom order from the factory. Waited 5 months for it, and James kept me posted on status during the long wait. Though list price increased during the wait period, James honored my original price and actually provided an additional discount. This review relates only to the Parts department. Fair warning -- their parts department doesn't accept voice calls, it will only communicate via texts. This condition is only conveyed to potential customers through their automated phone system, which will send an SMS to the number it has identified you with through Caller ID. I would have been fine with this if the system worked as designed, but days later, I have yet to receive a response to a relatively simple inquiry about a common item. In this day and age, I don't expect to be waited on hand and food, and do understand that things can get busy, but without the courtesy of a simple reply, the impression I'm left with is that they don't need my business, and thus, will not get it in the future. read more

Can't believe I'm even writing a review for a car dealership but Audi Burlingame is a great car dealership - good sales service, good car services, etc. I believe it's family owned which likely is one of the reasons it doesn't feel slimy like many dealerships owned by the large corporations do. I went to Audi SF for my car check up for my lease and I regretted it - bad attitude, wouldn't answer my questions, made me wonder if they really took care of my car. Wish I had just gone to Audi Burlingame for their quality of service, even if took more time out of my day. But my biggest reason for loving Audi Burlingame is Anthony. He handled my first q4 etron lease. And I wasn't even planning on getting into a 2nd Audi lease, really wanted to explore another European brand but bc of Anthony specifically, I decided to move forward with a q6 etron lease. I work in sales so I have very high standards for honesty, intelligence, efficiency, integrity, fairness, value, and client advocacy. Anthony is all of those things and it won't surprise you that half his business is via referrals and repeat clients. For all previous leases I had always taken the approach of calling as many dealerships as possible to ensure I'm getting the right price but I enjoyed working with Anthony so much for my first lease and trusted his integrity that I didn't even call anyone else for my q6 lease. I knew he would be fair and transparent and now my I'm happily in my 2nd lease with Audi Burlingame. Btw, when I mentioned to Anthony some of the other brands I was exploring, he even offered to introduce me to people he knew at other dealerships. It's one of the many examples that I know I can trust working with him and actually increased my confidence to go with my q6. Anthony loves Audi, knows the products well compared to the market, but he ultimately wants clients to do what's best for them personally, which I believe is what great sales people do - is consult people into the best decisions for themselves. They have tons of space, snacks, fast turnaround, nice coffee machine, competent knowledgeable staff and great attitudes. I know he had ton on his plate yet always was patient and thorough with his explanations and what the process would look like. They also have hooked me up with a loaner or lyft when needed. Here is my friends feedback: I got a check engine light just after purchase, I replied to an email from the dealership that offered a "second delivery" and Larry (THE MANAGER) literally said, I cannot help you and hung up. I called on the Tuesday after Christmas when my passenger side window broke upon me closing my driver side door. Yes I did park in SF overnight Christmas Eve so likely an attempted break in. Victoria was so empathetic and helpful. She immediately explained that the window needed to be ordered, took my info and said she'd call back when she was confirmed on the parts arrival. Within a few hours she had automatically booked me into a service appt Thursday am. When I arrived for my 8:15am appointment, Carlos was ready for me. Checked me in and got me a loaner car within 15 minutes. I have owned this Audi since July 2018, and have had it serviced 5-6 times (at another location). This is the first time I had a loaner car without reserving it, received a video walk through of my vehicle inspection and repairs and actually had it serviced same day. Untrustworthy service manager--Mark Martinez. I brought my car in for a multi-point inspection because I was moving. Mark called me at close that my car needed timing belt replaced and something with the suspension needed replaced that was absolutely crucial and was a huge safety issue and quoted me about $4k-$5k. I agreed to the timing belt service at around $1400, but will get back to him the next day regarding suspension (so I can ask my dad). I reached out to him the next day to get the details on what I needed regarding the suspension since he was super vague but he was an absolutely hard person to get a hold of. Even with texting, he avoided the question or just not responded at all. Maybe because I wasn't a priority since my car is older (2013). I gave up at some point and thought that it must not have been as crucial as he mentioned. Upon pick-up, I couldn't find him to ask about it. I moved states and for 6 months(my next oil change/inspection at out-of-state Audi) I was super worried about it. The way he presented it initially was alarming and it was always in the back of my mind with every sound my car made. I called their office 4x, a combination of voice messages and leaving messages to the front desk to have him call me back so I can learn more about it. NOTHING. At Audi (out of state), I was expecting for them to mention this necessary repair and I was ready to have it taken care of, but nope, nothing was wrong and my car was in great shape. Yes, I had them confirm this. If I wasn't leaving the state that week, I would've dished out a few thousand dollars with Audi Burlingame for no reason. Granted this is a team effort, but they do not operate with honesty and integrity in mind, just profit$. If you had a plethora of choices, I would advise not to come here. But be warned that just because you're taking your vehicle to Audi Burlingame rather than some other regular shop, doesn't mean you should let your guard down and trust that they are acting on your best interest. read more

I leased a car from here in Dec of 22. I worked with Jonathan Luckey from sales, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing but 5 stars for my experience with him. However, my interactions after sale have been painful. Since a few weeks after the purchase, I have been trying to cancel optional service plans that I was entitled to cancel for at least two months after signing. I have had an incredibly difficult time getting ahold of, or getting responses from, anyone in the finance department. I have had to result to reaching out to the dealership owner to get this resolved, and I'm still waiting to hear back on that front. I hate to have my mind go to this, but I imagine the margin on the service packages is incredible for them and they're reluctant to help me recuperate my money from this. Again, I've sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails, and I still have not managed to get this taken care of 9 months later. Considering people who lease often return to the same dealership, I'd expect a more prudent approach to long-term customer service. At this point, I'd be inclined to entertain a different Audi dealership after my lease is up. read more

Yes, we actually had fun. Anthony was so easy to work with. Everything was done by text, there were no hard sell phone calls, no emails saying I have 5 other people interested in this car...it was just texts. I was running around San Francisco and I sent him what I wanted, inquired about all the summer promotions, he got everything approved before I showed up. I showed up after lunch, took it for a test drive and got the paperwork going with Chris which was maybe 15 minutes.
