    We really appreciated the service advisor Chris. He was responsive and helpful when we brought in our 2007 Porsche Carrera 911 Manual. Positive and friendly attitude! There are other service advisors at other auto dealerships who treat their clients in a snooty and stuck-up manner. Not here! Thank you Chris! Keep up the great work!

    Courteous. Professional. And busy. It's no wonder that this location is especially busy because, well, they are. The quality and the professionalism of the staff can't be understated. I made the silly mistake of losing the key fob for a loaner car that I had from them . And even though I'm based in San Francisco, the folks here were able to ferry me the extra key so I could use the car - good thing I found that other key because they're expensive to replace. But that and being super friendly and courteous to my four legged family member gives them super high marks in my book. Also, I did get my latest electric car here in the process was smooth, easy, and affordable.

I had the opportunity in brokering a Mazda vehicle purchase for family members located in the greater Sacramento area and Putnam Mazda was able to provide the best competitive offer for the vehicle over nearby Mazda dealers at Elk Grove, Roseville, etc. Putnam Mazda alongside their other dealership brands represents a massive inventory and higher volume sales that is apparent through their commpetitive pricing and scaled professionalism compared to the smaller local dealerships. It was literal minutes after I sent my offer letter to Putnam Mazda when Will Browning called me and soon after agreed to terms. The very next morning, I drove the family members and myself 2.5 hours to Burlingame, CA and was in and out of the dealership with key fobs in hand in less than 3.5 hours. I understand that not many people would drive that far out to purchase a vehicle but how we spent the majority of the time to facillitate this deal on our time and terms mattered the most to us vs wasting time with the local dealerships who clearly are not on the same competitive level as Putnam Mazda / Bay Area dealership on the sales side for a higher price.

Recently, just two days after another service visit, my car was again targeted for theft , this time the attempt was unsuccessful. Same day my credit card was also used fraudulently. It was the same card used at the dealership. I'm not making accusations, but the timing and repetition are alarming. Customers should be aware and take precautions after servicing their vehicles. David explained the technician would take a look at my concern and get back to me shortly with a diagnosis and plan for repair if needed. Three hours later, I received a call from David with a clear update on what they found and the next steps for repair. When I initially arrived, he asked if I had an extended warranty so he could start a claim. By the time he followed up, he had already taken care of everything and was just waiting for approval, which I really appreciated. About an hour later, David called back to let me know the warranty work had been approved. He also informed me that the required part had been ordered and was expected to arrive Friday or possibly Monday. I let him know they could keep the truck over the weekend, with the hope it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I received a call from David at 3:30 p.m. the very next day (Friday) letting me know the repair was already completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup at my convenience. Talk about fast and efficient service! When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was greeted by Kevin, who seamlessly handled the checkout process and personally brought my vehicle up for me. After dealing with less-than-great service at other local dealerships, I decided to give Putnam Chrysler Dodge a try--and I'm beyond impressed! I waited until 330 and went inside the lobby. Another advisor kindly decided to help me. I showed him the issue (water condensation inside the light of a 4 month old Cadillac). He said that it would go away after a couple of days. I informed him it's been that way for 1.5 weeks. He then informed me that it was common for all of their cars including corvettes. I then informed him that I'd go to another dealer who actually cared. I went to the SSF Cadillac location this morning, and they were prompt, helpful, and the warranty part will arrive on Monday. Honestly, Joe Putnam would be embarrassed at how badly the service has degraded at his dealership. I would skip this location in the future and recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.

Noe Sanchez was the sales person and he was knowledgeable, affable and considerate. Raj, the finance manager, was great despite having to fight with some of the worst software I've dealt with in a long time (No fault of Raj's, the software crashed on him multiple times during the signing process). Even so, Raj and I had a nice conversation and I was done and out in a reasonable amount of time.
