I went in to see if these people could service my car and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait and a $150 to do an inspection off my vehicle. My car is under 25000K mileage and within warranty. The service guy adviser Guillermo Ramirez Suarez was rude and disrespectful. I talked to the receptionist and he had yelled over my shoulder discrediting me for not knowing about my car. I asked to see the manager and both the service and receptionist didn't comply with my request. Do not take your vehicle here. I took my brand new 2024 truck here for a standard service and recall. About a week later I got a notification saying that my coolant temp was high. I pulled over to the side of the road and searched the internet as to why it may happen on such a new vehicle. I come to find out upon popping the hood of my truck that the tech did not reconnect my coolant fan connector. I called the service department to try and speak with a manager multiple times with not response. When I finally get a call back they tell me they havent have a service manager for a couple months. They told me they would look into the issue and get back to me and still no response. This place is unprofessional and may have cause significant damage to my brand new truck and are not willing to take accountability. read more
