I knew that this dealership had a good reputation and their used inventory had three SUVs that would meet her needs. I contacted John, their used car sales manager, and set up an appointment. John greeted us with the three vehicles I requested ready for test drives. He was low pressure, informative, and best of all, he listened to her personal concerns. She found one CR-V with options she wanted (recent service, new tires, Apple CarPlay radio) and together with her husband worked out the price and financing. Especially helpful, he took their old Cjvic (not running!) in trade, rolled the trade into the purchase and towed it to the dealership with no towing fee... finally, he researched finance deals and told her he could get a lower interest rate for her by delaying the purchase one week. Like I said, he listened and was low pressure. Spotless dealership, well prepped used SUVs, market correct pricing, low to zero pressure, and a friendly salesman who seemed (and acted) like making the customer happy by meeting her needs was all he was interested in doing.

After a long misogynistic, gaslit conversation with manager, he eventually agreed to honor his initial offer. We agreed that I would come in with a check and car would be ready for me. When I got to the dealership a few hours later I was told the car was sold. The buyers were still sitting there completing their paperwork while I was there. It's obvious this dealership lacks professionalism and integrity and does not care for their customers.

All have been great! The sale was smooth and honest - very straight forward and easy. Everyone in the service department was nice and helpful and I've been in and out quickly. Nick was my salesperson and he was excellent. He was very helpful and honest with the sale and has since assisted me with additional parts and service as needed. I definitely recommend this dealership - but ask for Nick!

The…read moresalesperson I worked with (I forgot his name), worked numbers with my father who used to work for a dealership, then after my father left, began to badmouth my father to me. Completely unprofessional. Then, I separately brought my car here for its free oil changes. They spilled oil and did not clean it up, causing a burning oil smell on my way home. Following this, I recently brought my car in for a transmission fix. Over the phone, the service tech quoted me $10k and told me ins probably wont cover it. Well, I submitted to ins anyway and they covered it. I looked at the quote for the fix and it was actually around $12k. While picking up my car, the service advisor didn't note that my ins paid for the repairs and they tried to charge me $12k that day. Luckily a manager rummaged and found my ins providers check. During the time my car was being fixed, I informed my advisor I would need a loaner car and was initially told that would be no problem. Then, was told they didn't have any available at the time so I ended up Ubering for the week which was costly. Overall seems unorganized and unprofessional just from my three visits here. Each time something has gone awry.

Did a great a timely job. My service advisor is Cole Hansen. Kept me updated while work was being done. I will request him when I need service in the future. We own 3 Volkswagens. I recommend Volkswagen world of Newton for both sales, services and parts as needed. Also Colleen the service scheduler is extremely nice and wants you to be pleased. And also let me say Alex in parts is terrific. He spends the needed time with you to ensure you ordered what you need is correct. I would give this stealership 0 stars if I could my one and only visit their it was not good at all…read moreafter I explain to them the problem I was experiencing with the car they said they know what was the cause long story short they finished working on it I paid a pretty penny and boom got in the car and it was still having the same problem I went back and forth with them and of course they didn't want to admit they couldn't fix it instead fixed something else's I didn't come there for and tried to get me to pay again so they can fix it again I said hell no so now I'm giving them a few days to resolve this issue or I'm taking it further this kind of business practice is unacceptable

Great service here from start to finish. I noticed my car was eligible for recall work so I called…read morehere and spoke with Michelle who could not have been more patient, responsive, and helpful. I had a few schedule changes before my appointment and every time she was able to sort it out for me and make sure I had a set date and time to come in. They also followed up with a text and phone call to confirm everything which is great. I brought the car in for the appointment and was helped by Paul who was knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Turns out my car didn't need the recall work and I was in and out in about an hour. Paul was very pleasant throughout the experience and even complimented the shape my car was in. I was glad I didn't have to stick around for hours while they worked on my car but if I need any work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to bring it into Sussex Honda.

I brought my 2019 Honda CRV limited edition in because the airbag light came on there was a recall…read morein 2019 of a part. They fixed it back in 2019. I just need to make sure that the airbag deployed if something were to happen I made an appointment for 9 o'clock got there at 9:15 had a loaner. Everybody was nice. I came back almost 1 o'clock they still had not taken my vehicle in and they were like it could be another hour or two or maybe even longer so I had a 9 o'clock appointment they didn't even look at my car and the man who was checking me in said well you know we're busy we had to take everybody that wasn't so complicated first so everybody else went first and I had to sit there all day long. Yes they gave me a car --I had no idea a diagnostic test of the airbag could take --6-8/9 hours!!!!!!Why on earth did I make an appointment to begin with. Have I known it was gonna be an all day project I would've set it up differently. I was told it would take an hour or two yes, it was frustrating and my experience was not that good. I took my car and I left. I did not get it diagnosed
