I bought a preowned Audi A6 3.0t from Audi Northpark. I noticed the car was missing a few parts after delivery and asked the dealership to provide them. They told me they confirmed the parts were there before delivery. Dealer rep also questioned my integrity/honesty. I can tell you that Audi Northpark does not bring the same level of service that other Audi dealers do. I can also tell you that they do not have the right mindset for an Audi dealer. This is my third Audi and have had such great experiences with Audi dealers in Birmingham, San Francisco, and Austin. Will not and would not do business here. read more

Went there for a used 2014 Honda Civic LX TLDR; SALES LADY LET ME TEST DRIVE A 9 YEAR OLD BROKEN CAR AND TRIED TO SELL IT TO ME FOR $11K! Car was nothing like the pictures. It had a clean CarFax and One owner, yet when I went to go test drive it the car had several dinks, paint scratches, and was repainted poorly from previous unreported damage. In the interior, all of the previous owners stuff was still in there with a ton of nuts and bolts. This car was on the lot for 32 days ! During the test drive, I was testing functions of the car and she condescendingly said "everything is inspected before we sell you the care, you don't need to check." The sales lady was trying to sell me this car for $12k. I told the sales lady how poor of condition the car was in and she stated it hadn't been reconditioned yet. I told her the car was on the lot for 32 days and that a different salesman who sent me the pictures said it was being reconditioned a week ago, LIES ! She insisted the "dealer prep package" would cover everything including the front brakes. I said, "wait the front brakes are broken and you let me test drive it??" She said, " yes but we are fixing it." Her mechanics did a 150-point inspection report and I asked for it. She handed it to me and it said there was a leaking battery, transmission failure at highway speeds, and the brakes being broken. She tried to assure me if I bought the car, the prep package would have the mechanics fix it. I asked her "why would you sell me a car if you haven't fixed it yet?" Her response was that it doesn't make sense for them to fix it unless someone buys the car. "Why would we fix a car that would go the auction instead of a customer?" Absolutely ridiculous. I told her I would give her $10k OTD contingent on a pre purchase inspection AFTER a they "would fix it." She had the audacity to ask me why I would want another mechanic to inspect the car. She then came back from her manager and offered me $11k OTD. I left. She should've took my offer seriously, that things going to the auction for so much less. I'm glad she didn't accept my offer, car was terrible ! Dealership is terrible, go elsewhere !! read more

Strike one for the dealership was when I bought my car. They did not have the charger with the vehicle (A3 etron) and we agreed they would provide me with the OEM charger. They had to order it. They handed me a box from amazon with a $125 Ford Focus e charger, that would not even work with Audi. I reached out to corporate and was delivered the correct, agreed upon OEM charger shortly after. Strike two was this Thursday and Friday. I scheduled two recall items, One involving the hybrid battery, and one with a system update. They knew when scheduled that their master tech was out on disability, but took my car stating "we'll get it all taken care of" I received a call shortly after leaving the car there stating "our master tech is out and we will have to reschedule the battery service for next month sometime, but we have the rest." ok, I guess... I receive a message Thursday afternoon that my car is ready! Great, I'll pick it up first thing in the morning. I adjusted my day's schedule and drove to the dealership, was a mile away when I was called and told that the service rep was mistaken, the update had failed and there was an error on the screen, they still had to work on it, it would be a couple of hours but they would bring my car to me and pick up the loaner. Ok.. that was at 8am. I couldn't reach anyone until around 1-130, and when asking about my car, there were mentions of errors on the screen and failed updates, that they had no one there that knew how to take care of it. --No one there that knew how to take care of it-- At that point I stated I wanted my car back immediately. When my car arrived - The hybrid battery was fully drained the interior smelled strongly of gasoline - this we found was soaked in to the front seat, a day later I still had to keep the windows open. (We were able to get the smell out once we cleaned the driver side seat thoroughly and the steering wheel, which also had some food or a booger stuck to it, it was gross) There was a red stain of some sort of the front seat's leather. After detailing, We have found it is melted red plastic, how does that happen? There are still remnants on the leather. There were cigarette ashes everywhere in the vehicle ( we don't smoke ) , after detailing the car twice, they still occasionally blow out of the defrost vents. My navigation system was completely reset, all my stored addresses and custom settings are gone. This will take me hours to re-enter all of my clients. My infotainment screen once the car is done starting up, defaults to a screen asking me to enter the telephone PUK, every time. I cannot manage my telephone on that screen and have to use the dash display. (someone put in/tried to activate a SIM card in the car, I found out after speaking with Etron support, pulled SIM, rebooted MMI, this is fixed) My God Damned valve stem caps are missing. really What the fuck?!? Shame on me for giving their service department a chance after the charger debacle. Shame on them for this horrifying experience. Dealing with Corporate to take care of their fuck-ups, I haven't heard from the dealership since Friday though I was promised a call "First thing Tuesday morning". Even if the I-10 traffic is still a disaster, go out of your way to Dominion Audi. This dealership should not exist. read more

Terrible service department. I called in July for a service appointment. Originally I was told it would be about two weeks out, but when I mentioned I needed a loaner they said the next one would be available in mid-August. Ok, no problem, we setup the appointment for mid-August. Then at 5:50 PM the night before my appointment they call to let me know that I need to be on the wait list for a loaner car for my appointment. Ok, but why wasn't I put on the wait list a month ago when I made my appointment? Why is this just being found out the night before my appointment? When I called back I didn't even bother complaining about why I wasn't placed on the loaner wait-list a month ago when I made the appointment. I just asked since I'm just getting a software update and minor brake work done, if I would just wait while my car was worked on. The advisor said she would need to check with someone in the shop and that she would call me back. She never called back. I just assumed the answer was no, but who knows. I guess I'll just wait for a loaner. Fast forward to October, yes October. I still haven't heard from Audi North Park. I call to see if there was an ETA on a loaner. I was told that updates/calls were going out right then and that someone would call me back that day with an update. I never heard back. It's now November and I still have no idea what's going on with my appointment or a loaner. Audi North Park is the place to go if you're looking to have five months of your time wasted. I got an appointment elsewhere now and won't even try to bring my car here again. With this kind of poor communication who knows when you would see your car again. read more

This has been the worse service department I've ever dealt with in my 43 years of owning vehicles. they really don't care about the customer & sadly your vehicle either. I have ysed them due to proximity & place where I purchased vehicle but in retrospect that was a poor decision considering the continued issues I have faced with a luxury vehicle getting a little over 6K miles year put on it. The service manager here is so out of touch with his section & customers...I've engaged on several occasions with him and he is just showing up & drawing a paycheck. Recent and final episode occurred with me scheduling appointment and dropping vehicle off. The next 3 weeks I called every Wednesday to check on status of my vehicle (I mean let's face it they charge $190 per hour for diagnostics) and each day they'd tell me I'm next in line. After 3 weeks I called them & advised I'm coming to get my vehicle After they informed me no one has even looked at it. I showed up, not one person offered an apology the service manager Mr Zapata saw me and just walked on by. When they did give my vehicle back it was covered in dust...the technician stated "got dirty sitting there so long, want me to rinse it off"...I just took my keys and left before I exploded on someone. This service department alone has soured me on Audi... I have contacted both the CEO of Audi in Germany and Audi USA to share this with them. if you should choose to buy and Audi I'd advise you to find a different location & if you love your vehicle never ever come to this service department! On top of that their computers in their cars suck and don't work and had mine bought back thru the by back program and got all my money back after 1 1/2 of my car being in the shop. They even forgot about my car being on the lot to be fixed for over 4 months and admitted it to my husband and myself. This whole time I was paying insurance and car payments on the piece of shit! Glad it gone and they are out of my life. Oh, and tried to charge me $1464.00 for one oil change as they would not give me a refund on my warranty and I had the car less than a week after the oil change. So, I wrote a letter to the CEO, 4 typed pages of the issues we had and how we were treated and I got my money back. The general manager is a real jerk and is very ugly and rude. Do not take your vehicle to the Audi North Park dealership location. I had my vehicle brought in for an inspection of my starter, battery, alternator and my back up camera. It ended up coming back to me with a broken rearview mirror. The manager had the nerve to say that even if they touch my rearview mirror they are not responsible. I am taking my complaint up to the corporate office. This is unacceptable and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Oh and it's $1200 to fix what they broke. read more

These guys sold me a brand new Audi e-tron with all the bells and whistles. Turns out the tint they put on the car is 4 times the tint limit stated in Texas State Law. So, my new Audi is not street legal. I have emailed the sales person and Todd Vagi (the GM) and have had no response whatsoever. Do not trust these guys. Crooks and criminals. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a graduation gift for her. We were looking into purchase a vehicle, a really nice vehicle. First and foremost, our first impression of the persona of our sales person (Daniel) was not very welcoming. It's was very obvious that he was just going with the flow. No enthusiasm or motivation to sell any cars. Stated how his dad is this and that with the Audi company and of all the cars he's owned. My girlfriend and I both looked at each other with "how is this relevant" We test drove 2 cars and she was in love with the cars and found the one she liked. We started to press forward with applications. They stated all looks good. Tried to negotiate a price and salesman would not entertain the idea of that. We waited a day, didn't hear anything. We waited 3 days, nothing. So I called and decided to speak with another sales person, Val . Explained our issues about the poor customer service that we received. He listened to out concerns. I would never expect to receive that level of service with such a prestige make of vehicles. He stated that he would take care of everything and would call me the next day to help. You guessed right, we did not receive a phone call. This company is out! Out due to poor service and follow ups. This is not a 5 star company. I feel that this company sole relies on the Audi brand itself and not what brand North Park sets itself. I gave plenty of opportunity to make it right. Update: after my girlfriend feeling discouraged to purchase a car due to the fail system of Audi of North Park, I told her to get ready because we're going out shopping! I purchased my car online from Austin using Audi North Parks' white glove delivery service. Nick Morrison went above and beyond to send me detailed photos and car history before driving it down. After I purchased the car, there was one item that needed to be fixed within warranty and they stood by their word to refund me for the service that took place in Austin to make it convenient to my work schedule. The dealership never even sent my title to the DMV until July. The communication surrounding this issue has been horrible - they have been giving me the runaround and I had to threaten legal action to get any real response from the General Manager, Todd Vagi. I have been driving around in a $50,000 car with expired tags for over a week - just hoping I don't get pulled over. I had a great experience at Audi Noth Park!  Jeaqueline went out of her way to get me the car of my dreams. I had a specific color and interior in mind and they found the SUV when other dealerships told me it was not possible. I normally hate talking to the finance people but Craig made it easygoing and fun. He answered all my questions and gave me some advice about our future. We had to get the car delivered to us and Carlos drove the car down, put a big red bow for pictures, and set up the awesome tech. He even hooked up the SUV to our garage door opener. By far my worst experience with any Audi dealership in Texas. Hendricks Audi of South Austin and Audi of North Houston have always shown respect, punctuality,and honesty. I purchased an Audi from each of the aforementioned dealerships and anytime I had any issue they took care of it and me promptly. I took my A5 S-Line in to have my sunscreen shade repaired on August 2,2023.I got my vehicle back on August 22,2023. Lack of communication and double talk was prevalent. I never received my my inspection that I was supposed to receive in the mail last week. Alex is hands down one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered in my 45+ years on this earth.. I have the texts and screenshots saved for proof. Mr.Zapata informed me last week he was looking into the issue,but I'm still waiting on a response from him. North Park Audi is still a rather new Audi dealership in comparison to Audi of South Austin and Audi of North Houston. The brand is awesome,but the service department leaves a lot to be desired.I'll just take the hour drive to Austin from this point on the local convenience isn't worth the condescending behavior and headaches. Wish there was a way to show negative stars. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Took our A6 in for an oil change and afterward it wouldn't start. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to contact us with updates and all we ever got from them was a bi-weekly text that said, "no new news about your car". After 4 months and not even a diagnosis as to what the problem is, we asked them to buy the car back. We were told they don't do that. Enter our lawyers and another 4 months later, paperwork is complete and the car is finally repurchased. No apologies, no sympathy, and to this day, we still don't know what was wrong with the car. The entire motor was replaced a few weeks after the paperwork processed and I was finally allowed to get my dash cam out of the vehicle that was mysteriously broken during its 8 month stay at the dealership. Oh, but that wasn't their fault according to the service manager. Do yourself a favor, avoid doing business with these people. I raised concerns to the service manager Albert Zapata early on in this process but he was worse than our service rep. I even tried speaking to the GM but he was too busy to talk to me so I spoke to his assistant. I was assured that he'd get back to me as what I explained to her was "very concerning". In typical "North Park" fashion, I never got a call back. These people are 100% focused on selling you a car and couldn't care less what happens to you afterward. Personally, I will never own another Audi or purchase a vehicle from the Kahlig Auto Group. If by chance you too are in need of a Lemon Law lawyer, ours were great. Long story short, I needed some cosmetic work done to my front bumper. I live within two miles of Cavender Audi, but I've have had such HORRIBLE service from them in the past that I decided to give the new Audi North Park a call, even though they're a 25 mile drive from my house. Anyway, I called the service department and spoke to a Mike Brehm. I explained my problem and to my pleasant surprise he said I could drop the car off that day if I wanted. I showed up a few hours later and was introduced to Mike and even the Audi R8 master technician that would perform the work on my car! Mike was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Early the next day I received a call that the work had been completed! Upon "inspection"of the work, I was pleased to see that it was done properly. All in all, my experience with Mike and the R8 technician could not have been better. Audi North park is a beautiful dealership with what I found to be a great crew. I'm a pretty picky person and I have to say they've earned my business and trust for any of my future service needs! Good luck with the new dealership! read more

I'm going to preface this review by saying it's possible my experience was a fluke. Initially, we thought it was a good buying experience overall when we bought a Q5 on 11/10/2018, but it quickly went south. First, we got a call a week after buying saying "we missed a rebate that we promised you". I had specifically asked about this during the close but the guy insisted he had included it. They had a driver leave the new paperwork at our doorstep and someone came to pick up that new paperwork the next day. Still, when the first payment was due on 12/10, the new monthly payment wasn't adjusted on Audi Financial's website. Second, I found out that day my previous vehicle hadn't been paid off and auto-debited my account. To my knowledge, the "10 day payoff" is called as such because it takes no more than 10 days to pay off a vehicle after purchase. Audi North Park didn't send the pay off until 12/5/2018. I emailed the general manager, Todd, about this issue but never heard back from him. Third, I had questions about my vehicle and emailed my salesman twice. I never heard back from him either. Fourth, 2 weeks later I receive a call from the Finance office at the dealership telling me the paperwork that was picked up the 2nd time was "lost" and they needed to have us complete paperwork for a 3rd time. It was sent overnight around Christmas time and we sent it back around 12/27. Still, Audi Finance is not updated with the new monthly amount. The finance officer told me the guy we used for closing quit after 10 days. Fifth, my temporary license plate expires in 2 days and I haven't received a call about my new plates. I called the dealership this morning and was told they would email me a new license plate that extends the temporary one. That isn't sufficient for me so they gave me the business office phone number and I've left a message there. Moral of this story, check your paperwork for rebates before leaving. Ask for accessories (mats for the back, etc.) before closing the deal. Know that they only care about you as a customer when you're ready to buy - after that, they couldn't care less. read more

I'm from out of town and over memorial weekend my kid had lost their car keys at New Brunnels. Did not have a spare key, so had to be towed to the dealership. They ordered a key for me and the car stayed there for a week. I got the news after a week that the key was in and it would take maybe a hour to program the key. Coming from Katy to Selma was a drive. I get to the dealership I noticed the people working there were acting funny. A gentleman pulls out my car I get into the vehicle and I noticed a really rancid smell. I go back inside the dealership and I ask did they wash the car did you guys vacuum and they said they did all of that. I noticed two other employees laughing in the corner. In that moment it dawned on me that they knew the smell I was referring too..but decided not to remove it for some reason. Employees are very immature. My two girls who drove up with me checked the trunk of the vehicle. And to our surprise we noticed a sack full of food rotten maggots and flies. I was in totally disbelief. No way did they not notice a smell so bad and did not check the vehicle?? Who does that. One it's very hot in Texas. Two the car has been sitting outside in the heat. A bunch of immature pricks. Never will I ever go to this dealership ever. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy. read more

If your car is going to be left in Audi's care for an extended period of time. This is where it'll sit and how it's cared for. The sales experience was memorable for all of the WRONG reasons. I mean who signs a contract for a new car and drives off without the new car??? Yep this lady here as I was told it would take some time before it was ready. "Rest easy though as we'll l be right behind you in 1/2 an hour max and deliver it directly to you". Three hours later I was back at the dealership looking for my car! LASTLY if you have water damage don't bring it to Audi thinking your car will be properly cared for and dried out, it won't be, they'll let it sit 8 days until you get a manager involved. Yep no one dried out the water. From beginning to end my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. read more

I would not recommend them for buying a used car. They definitely have some shady business practices. I came in from Houston to purchase the truck and David the salesman was very helpful although I was not even afforded a test drive. I ended up picking the truck up the next day. The following week I noticed some issues with the vehicle and brought these up to David. After a while of not hearing back from David I followed up again. Him and the sales manager Camden both denied these issues. Camden went as far to say that it was my fault because I could have taken it to a ranch and rats could of eaten the wiring. So my wife and I purchased an Audi A6 sometime in October. Upon review of the vehicle I noticed a loose bottom piece of trim. The salesman said it would be an easy fix. We took the car for a drive out and noticed a dent on the rear trunk. We liked the vehicle and told audi if they would fix the dent we'd purchase the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle after they fixed the dent. My wife picked up the vehicle and I noticed they didn't fix the loose trim. We let them know and the female salesman basically tells us that my wife didn't say anything about the trim so we'd have to talk with another salesman who assisted in the sale. We fix it ourselves and wait 3 months for the license plates. (Plates still aren't in) Every time we call them they tell us someone will call us back and they never return our phone calls. This has been the worst experience buying a car we have ever had. They are not a luxury dealership by any means. If you want a luxury car go to ken batchelor cadillac in San Antonio. Once again, Audi North Park failed to deliver luxury brand service (and honestly struggled to provide any service). They weren't prepared to service my car despite me calling to confirm 48hrs prior. They forgot to pick it up for valet service. They forgot about my car for 10 days, despite promising it'd be looked at. They failed to keep me informed about any of the above despite my calls, voicemails, and texts. They've grown too big and don't deliver the service the promise after the sale. read more
