    Error from Stuck Plug

BUYER BEWARE_ My wife and I purchased a 2025 Audi Q4 EV from Audi North Park in Selma, TX in March 2025 (VIn # WA1a5bfz0sp022589). Since the purchase, the service experience has been extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, we experienced brief power outages due to severe weather in the San Antonio area. After the outage, my wife attempted to unplug the charger from the vehicle, but it was stuck and would not release. We contacted the dealership for assistance, but no one there could provide a solution. We then called Audi Roadside Assistance, and they were able to remove the plug--but once it was removed, the vehicle would not operate, and numerous error messages appeared on the dashboard. The car had to be towed to the dealership, and to our frustration, no loaner vehicle was available. We were without our vehicle for 7-10 days. Adding to the frustration, we were just informed that the issue is not covered under warranty and that we will need to file a claim through our insurance. We are extremely disappointed in both the lack of product knowledge from the dealership and the poor customer service throughout this ordeal. This is not the level of support we expected from Audi, especially after investing in a new EV. This is our first Audi from Audi North Park and our last purchase from this dealership.

My new baby. Thanks to Erick and North Park!

I purchased a brand new car here on December 31st and was fortunate enough to work with Erick Solorio. Background: I emailed a bunch of Audi dealerships through True Car on Dec 30th and Erick got back to me super quickly. That night and next morning, he provided me with all of the information I needed via prompt emails and calls. The morning of the 31st, I quickly hopped in my car and headed over to test drive the vehicles he sent over to me via email. From the moment I walked through the door, Erick made me feel welcome and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was straightforward and trust-worthy. One of the things I appreciated most was his willingness to listen to my needs and preferences. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car and offered a number of great options that fit my budget, lifestyle, and (very VERY particular) preferences. He was also patient and never once tried to pressure me into making a decision that wasn't right for me. He made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, which is not something I can say about other car dealership experiences I've had in the past. The dealership was extremely well-kept and had excellent inventory as well! I drove away (happy as could be) in the PERFECT car for me. Hybrid, 2023, gorgeous exterior, interior, smooth drive, EVERYTHING!!! I would highly recommend Audi North Park and Erick Solorio to anyone in the market for a new car. They are truly top-notch and I am extremely satisfied with my new Audi. Erick, thank you for making this process so smooth and enjoyable!!

I was able to find and purchase a 2016 740i BMW with only 13K miles at Audi North Park. This gem of a vehicle had been pampered by its previous owner and it really shows. Victor, Jackie and Diego were all professional and extremely helpful with my car buying experience. I spent maybe three hours during the entire purchasing process. I highly recommend Audi North Park for anyone looking for a quality vehicle and professional service.

I'll spare the individual's name we worked with, but to put it simply, he was full of it. He talked really fast. Continuously made it feel like he was doing us favors and like this was the opportunity of a lifetime. It wasn't. He has several salesman awards and it makes sense. It seems that his tactic is to make you feel like the demand is high so you'll feel pressured to buy and then you eventually do, thus making him an extraordinary salesman. It's so unfortunate in today's economy. If we didn't have good judgement, we'd probably be in this vehicle having paid $1k-$3k more than it's worth because we felt pressured. We inquired about the price over the phone and let's say he told us it was $35k then miraculously upon reviewing paperwork the price jumped to $36.9k. Nearly a $2k jump, and like nothing. Needless to say, we will not be back. If you go to this dealership, don't feel pressured to buy anything. Don't believe them when they say they have several interested buyers and do not make them rush you to make a decision. Stay away if possible. They employ many predatory sales tactics.

I also want to thank Hannah Moreno, the financing specialist, who clearly explained all of the warranty options (I did not require financing, so I can't speak to that). She did an excellent job educating me not only about the Outback's unique features but, importantly, about the potential replacement costs associated with them. I really appreciated having the information presented clearly so I could make an informed decision. All in all, the entire experience was seamless, straightforward, and painless. However, after my experience with Import Euroworks LLC in 2026, I feel compelled to share my experience so other BMW owners can make an informed decision. On June 4, 2026, my vehicle developed a serious issue. While parking, the cooling fan came on at full speed and I received a yellow temperature warning. I immediately stopped driving and contacted Paco. I was initially quoted approximately $1,300 for a water pump and several hoses. I also experienced what appeared to be an electrical issue. I heard what sounded like an electrical surge near the glovebox and hazard-warning area. Subsequently, my rear lights remained illuminated and my battery died. Paco identified several possible causes, including a ground strap, failed module, or relay. He advised me not to purchase additional parts and recommended towing the vehicle to his shop so he could install/register the battery and perform a computer diagnostic (Computer). I was later informed that the vehicle would not start and that work had already been performed under the hood. I was subsequently told that the engine had zero compression across all six cylinders. My valve cover was removed and additional work was performed before I fully understood the extent of the diagnostic process or engine disassembly. My vehicle remained at the shop for approximately a month. During that time, communication became increasingly difficult. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, and I repeatedly had to contact the shop or physically visit the business for updates. I also found myself repeatedly explaining the history of my vehicle. Because I was not receiving clear answers, I conducted my own research regarding possible causes and appropriate diagnostic procedures. I repeatedly asked what testing had been performed and what conclusions could reasonably be supported by those tests. I did not receive the level of documentation or explanation I expected. I was eventually told that the engine had overheated so severely that it was effectively destroyed and that an engine replacement was necessary. I was quoted approximately $5,000 and asked for $2,000 down. On August 28, I went to the shop to inspect my vehicle. I was shocked to find the engine compartment substantially disassembled. The valve cover, spark plugs, ignition coils, intake manifold, cooling fan, intake air box, wiring harness, and other components had been removed. Some parts were in the passenger floorboard while others were in the trunk. The vehicle had also been sitting outside with the engine substantially exposed. I was subsequently told that a leak-down test indicated air was leaking between cylinders 1 and 2 and that no further testing was necessary. The recommended solution was essentially an engine replacement. Ultimately, the replacement engine did not happen. I was told it was no longer available and that the business had determined repairing my vehicle was not worth their time. I ultimately arranged for the vehicle to be towed elsewhere. Afterward, I discovered additional concerns, including a missing rubber grommet, missing intake-snorkel screws, missing screws for the cabin air-filter housing, damage to that housing, and a wiring harness that appeared to have been reinstalled incorrectly. I provided Paco with photographs documenting these concerns. I was told the missing items could be put back if I returned the vehicle, but I was not comfortable bringing it back. To be clear, I am not a mechanic, and I am not claiming to know exactly what caused the mechanical failure or whether any particular person caused the damage. I can only speak to what I personally experienced, what I was told, and what I personally observed. I have photographs and documentation supporting my concerns. Paco, I genuinely hope you take this experience as an opportunity to reflect on how customers and their vehicles are treated. The level of trust I once had in your work is no longer there. Be better. Do better. Customers deserve nothing less.

This situation goes beyond inconvenience it reflects a lack of accountability, and disrespect for customer vehicles. I returned to the Gunn Service Department due to a thumping noise coming from one of my tires. On my way back to the dealership, that tire suffered a blowout. Thankfully, I was close enough to make it back safely on a flat tire. Given the heavy construction in and around the dealership, this could have resulted in a serious and dangerous situation. That alone raises concerns about how the issue was handled during my prior visit. The tire was eventually replaced, but not without unnecessary resistance. I was told by the service manager that Gunn would only cover the remaining balance--approximately $9--after my tire and wheel insurance paid the majority of the cost. While the amount may seem small to Gunn, I returned due to an unresolved issue from my morning routine maintenance, that resulted in a blowout. More troubling than the billing issue, however, was the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. The attached photos clearly show that the technician failed to clean excessive grease from my rim after installing the new tire. The grease was left to harden, leaving my wheel visibly dirty and neglected. This is not a matter of preference--it is a clear failure to perform even the most basic level of professional care. This demonstrates: - A lack of pride in workmanship - Poor quality control - Indifference toward customer property It likely would have taken no more than a few minutes to clean the rim properly. The issue is not the time; it is the message it sends--that the Gunn Service Dept. does not respect its customers or their vehicles. Considering the cost of today's vehicles and the trust customers place in authorized service departments, this is completely unacceptable. I am taking this directly to ownership, corporate and social media because this experience points to a larger concern with service standards and oversight at that dealership. Customers should not have to inspect their vehicles for careless workmanship after routine service, nor should they leave feeling unsafe or dismissed. I would like acknowledgment of this complaint, and a clear explanation of what steps will be taken to address these service failures and prevent them from happening again

I called Cavender Cadillac to schedule service for our 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, which has several recall items that need to be addressed as well as an issue with the electric charging door not closing properly. I spent approximately a minute and a half explaining the vehicle and the service needed. At the end of that conversation, the receptionist told me they could not help because their system showed that I owned a Chevrolet. I explained that yes, I had previously purchased a Chevrolet Silverado EV through Cavender, but I was calling about a completely different vehicle--a Cadillac VISTIQ that I did not purchase from Cavender. I offered multiple times to provide the Cadillac's VIN so there would be no confusion. When she finally agreed to take the VIN, I began reading it to her--and the call disconnected. I called back about 30 seconds later, reached the same person, and after beginning the entire explanation again, asked whether she had been the person I was just speaking with. She acknowledged that she was and casually said we must have gotten disconnected. Eventually, I was able to provide the VIN and explain the situation yet again. The interaction continued to feel disorganized and surprisingly inattentive. I was told they could possibly get the vehicle in several days later and that a rental might be available later in the week. At that point, I simply said not to worry about it. Two minutes later, I called Sewell Cadillac. The difference was remarkable. Within roughly 90 seconds, the representative understood exactly which vehicle I had, took the VIN, addressed the reason for service, offered me multiple appointment times that same day--through the evening--and confirmed that a loaner vehicle would be available. Same Cadillac. Same service concern. Same city. Completely different customer experience. And to be clear, this is not coming from someone who believes Chevrolet customers should somehow receive lesser service. My Silverado EV was approximately a $100,000 vehicle as well. Good customer service should be good customer service regardless of the badge. But when a dealership represents Cadillac and sells premium vehicles approaching or exceeding six figures, there is understandably an expectation of organization, attentiveness, and a certain level of service. My experience with Cavender fell extraordinarily short of that. Cavender did call back approximately a day and a half later to say they now had availability. By then, Sewell had already taken care of everything. When I explained that, the response was essentially, "Okay." That interaction really summed up the experience. For anyone in the San Antonio area considering where to service a Cadillac, my experience between these two dealerships was genuinely night and day. I will gladly drive the additional distance to Sewell going forward. Cavender may be perfectly capable of selling expensive vehicles, but based on this experience, the service side did not feel remotely like a premium dealership experience.
