He patiently walked me through the steps of leasing my new car and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The price he offered my on my trade-in was more than fair. Once my car was delivered, he spent a great deal of time going through the manual, and showed me how each of the systems in the car worked. Salesperson very knowledgeable however waited too long to follow up so took it upon myself to go to another dealer and look at the same car with the colors I loved. Told him this was the car I wanted and he said he'd follow up on it and make the deal work to get me the car, then never heard back. At the very least he should have said "hey it didn't work out, is there something else I can help you find?" This will not entice me to return. read more

Bought a car here a while back. They had my credit pulled 18 times, pretty crappy thing to have sitting on your credit report for 2 years. I recently purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 from Audi in Peabody and had the pleasure of working with Zach Powers in sales. I will preface this review by mentioning that I did not see myself purchasing an Audi when I first walked into the dealership, as I had my heart set on a Land Rover Discovery. Having owned Audi's in the past I knew what to expect in terms of quality, I really just wanted something different. Zach went through the sales routine, but was never pushy or annoying like many car salesmen tend to be. Zach also knew full well that I had every intention of purchasing a Land Rover and that my visit to Audi was nothing more than due diligence.. To put it bluntly I was a very tough sell. Well as the first line states Zach sold me on the Q5, he found me a great deal on a new vehicle as well as for my trade in (a 2012 Volvo S60). Zach did everything he could to make sure I was happy and to alleviate any concerns that I had.. he even threw in a few unexpected goodies when I went to pick up my new SUV. In the end my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase and even more so that I never moved forward with the Discovery. A big thank you to Zach in sales, if not for him my daily commute would be much different right now. The dealership itself is brand new and pleasing to the eyes. If you are in the market for an Audi I would highly recommend Audi of Peabody, and definitely ask for Zach Powers in sales. read more

Came in looking for an A3 and things were going fine (sales manager Brendan was helpful). Then enter the used car manager who ruined everything and was very insulting. After he wanted to steal my trade in off me and not budge on the asking price of the new car, he told me he didn't have to negotiate on his end and admitted that all prices at the dealership are non-negotiable because they price their cars to sell. He then proceeded to lecture me on the car buying process and offered me 50 cents off. Last I checked the car that was "priced to sell" is still for sale. I don't have high expectations for customer service at a dealership, but this one was the worst I've seen. read more

Horrible experience, will never go again. I ordered the car in January was told that I'll get it by end of February. I was also promised frequent updates. As it turns out, they messed up the order which pushed the dates out by a few weeks, and then for some strange reason, it had to be pushed out for 3 more times. Only explanation given was that they say what Audi's system tell them. I would be OK with that if they kept me informed but they decided not to. The only call I got from Henry after the deal was made was when the car had arrived 4 months later. In between those 4 months, he never returned my voice mails or emails. The only way for me to talk to him was to dial his numbers several times a day and hope that he will answer. I normally don't write negative reviews and would have let this one slide too but my final encounter with Henry changed it all. When I was about to drive off in my new car, Henry promised me yet again to give me a call few days later to follow up and see how I liked my new car. Guess what, he never called back again. And that too when I had told him how disappointed I was with his lack of communication. All in all, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back again!. read more

The salesman showed us 1 car which we were not pleased with, we then asked him to show us other cars on the lot. He disappeared and several minutes later a manager came over to us. He said "I understand you do not like the car you were shown?" we confirmed and he replied "thank you for coming in". I came here with my husband after a horrible experience with Audi of Natick. I literally called them as my husband was leaving Natick- the CSR at IRA not only sent me a list of cars within 15minutes she made me an appointment AND sent a confirmation for 7:30pm. When we got there Ben was our sales guy. He was pretty cool- kinda talks fast but I think he is just super enthusiastic. We got there 15minutes before closing and he waited as my husband agonized between grey and white for a car choice. By the time the car was chosen and paperwork signed it was 9 and he stayed the whole time. The next day he said he would follow up to let us know when to pick up the car and he sure did giving us many choices. He was also willing to stay past 5pm even though he was to leave at that time and I insisted he can go. When we got there he walked my husband through the features of the car-I was in the back groaning since my husband can be tedious about learning new things but Ben took it with strides. We paid cash for our new Q7 last Sunday. Very minimal haggling, easiest sale they've ever had. The car had no gas in it, so our test drive was hurried (first sign of trouble). Then, after agreeing to purchase, we waited, waited, and waited for "paperwork". Hours. Finally, we were led into an office for "paperwork" which entailed a hard sell to buy all sorts of extra, expensive warranties. Now, we're annoyed. We nicely told the guy we weren't interested, but he wouldn't let it go, actually saying to us: well, you just paid more than 60k, what's a bit more? So obnoxious. By the way, both the sales lady and this tool schooled us on the importance of leaving them high marks on the survey we'd received or it would just hurt x (name of our sales lady). Really? Then the real fun starts. Confusion about how to get the car inspected. My husband waited for an hour for a promised return call from the manager that never materialized (he just drove the car to the dealership and addressed it himself). Then we had our in-depth tutorial on the car today. This guy (liked and respected him) pointed out a serious deficiency in the AC during the tutorial. So, not even owning the car a week, back it goes to the shop for repairs right before Christmas. Is there not quality control for these expensive vehicles? So far, this dealership is proving to be a clown car. Stay tuned. read more

From Rolando-Justin-Robbie-MICHAEL-JUDE PEARSON-NIGEL, I couldn't have envisioned a better, more professional, through, relaxed or fluid new car buying experience than what I experienced at IRA AUDI. I capitalized Michael (Sales Manager) & Jude (Sales Person) & Nigel (Business Manager) because my engagement/interaction with them was the most critical. As for Michael, I barked @ the receptionist that they better get him on the line ASAP while I was sitting @ a competing Audi Dealership---Michael got on the line & confirmed that the numbers quoted were precise & then sent me an email confirmation. He was totally cool, relaxed, and immediately responsive. As for Jude, she is the best car salesperson on the Planet per my Wife & I concur. Nigel was seamless in his execution of the paperwork & engaging at the time. Experiencing IRA AUDI was unlike any experience I've ever encountered @ a car dealership. A calm, personable, zero pressure environment existed. My transaction was a little complex in that I was selling a car rather then trading it in & the Title was lost. I alerted Jude to this fact---and yet again---zero pressure, it was of no consequence if the transaction was delayed from March to April...the specific car I wanted was mine, period. Jude recognized that I was a bit freaked out by the Title delay & particularly my horrific exposure to competing dealerships...so, what did she do? She took photos of the car, sent them to my cell phone & told me to call if/when I was having a freak-out moment...and I did...on her day off...and she took the call & was totally responsive. THIS IS NOT A "OHHH I HAVE A GREAT NEW AUDI & I AM SO THRILLED WITH THE CAR THAT I AM JUST GOING TO LOAD ACCOLADES UPON THE DEALERSHIP THAT SOLD IT TO ME" REVIEW. I am totally perplexed that a single negative review would exist in regards to IRA AUDI. For the past 15 years my family has bought BMW's from Rallye BMW in NY...the General Manager is a close friend. When we walked into Rallye, everybody was always very gracious...but I think that was due to them knowing we were personal friends with the GM. The GM left last fall (10/2012)....so I totally reluctant to engage with a new dealership. We purchased a Honda Odyssey Touring Minivan from a dealership in Burlington MA (I don't like naming names when going negative) in January to replace my Wife's X5 & it was a totally neutral experience @ the dealership...actually it sucked, but I didn't really care because we got a great deal. So I went to the Audi dealer in Burlington & aside from the test drive & basic pleasantries...it was as if I had walked into the gates of hell when it got "serious" in regards to pricing & purchase. I was totally bummed out...my Rallye BMW connection was gone...so now I had to deal w/ a bunch of charlatans & fools. I'm not particularly poetic---but stumbling upon IRA AUDI and all of the fine people who worked on my behalf was like arriving instantly @ the light @ the end of the tunnel. I will buy & buy & buy from IRA AUDI & I recommend the same for all others. I write very few reviews on this site, maybe 3-4 total...the very fact that I would take the time to be so laudatory of IRA Audi reflects the reality that they are perhaps the best dealership for anything in New England. Don't do business with this dealership. I had my brakes done there - front & back - to the tune of $3000 by the time it got out of there. My husband picked it up on Friday and returned it back on Monday due to a noise in the engine. They then proceeded to tell me it was my timing chain and it would cost me $10,000 (yes, $10K) to get it fixed. Not being worth $10K to sink in to it, we picked the car up and it died on exiting the dealership. I asked the dealership to contact me but haven't heard from them yet. My wife and were shopping for a used car and found a Volvo XC 90, we went up and met Joe, he was very friendly and no pressure. He quickly sent us on our way kids in tow on a test drive. We ended up buying the car, which included a double trade and a bit of negotiating with Rob on the values of our old cars. However in the end he worked with us and the deal was closed. I would say we had an exceptional experience while buying a used car, which nobody really wants to do. We had been to other dealers in the area and were frankly disgusted by the slime and pressure factor.....would recommend a trip to Ira Audi. read more

Traded in my 2009 Q5 for a 2017 A4 Allroad. Didn't have a great experience with my local dealer-they were unable to locate other colors/trim combinations or discuss price until the 'sit down' without a manager with search credentials. Anyhow did my own through Edmunds and they had a car I wanted, Mark contacted me immediately and was able to ball park reasonable numbers via phone. I was totally expecting a bait and switch but they didn't do that. I got a very fair price for my trade in and a nice discount on top of a $2000 Takata recall loyalty rebate and $750 customer loyalty credit. Alan, the salesperson I dealt with was great-knew his stuff and brought the car up to NH for delivery and made the title transfer seamless. I think I was out of the dealership, papers in hand in under 90 mins! We'll see how service goes, but I'm really interested in their valet service when the time comes. Most positive and efficient car buying experience I think I've ever had. read more

Honestly, I have never once been treated in a positive way at this location. At other Audi dealerships I have visited I had exceptional service and more importantly, the employees have been polite. There is an air of extreme arrogance at this location for some reason. I remember going to this dealership in the early 2000s when I was younger with my mother and having a negative experience. She wanted to purchase a convertible but ultimately ended up going to BMW instead because the sales people were so rude. I recently went back in 2017 and had an equally negative experience. What I find funny is that I walked in looking to purchase a new car and multiple employees walked straight past me, brushing me off. (Not a huge deal as I did want to do some looking before asking questions and I more than capable of going to find an employee myself). 5 minutes later a woman dressed very well came in and almost three employees were immediately at her service. Perhaps my issue is not so much with how I was treated but more so the notable difference in treatment between me and the other customer. My bad, I guess I should have remembered to bring my Louis Vuitton! Seems that is the only way to get polite service by many of the employees. To be a young female purchasing a luxury car is quite an interesting endeavor. The bottom line is that I feel many of the employees seem to make assumptions. Just because I am in my mid-twenties, a female and wearing a sweatshirt (I mean, come on, it was a Sunday!) does not mean I should be taken as a joke. No one knows anyone's personal situation so why make assumptions? A 17 year old needs a car just as much as a 50 year old. And quite frankly, with a Q3 with an MSRP of ~$31,000, these employees need to recognize that their target demographic is changing. Looks do not mean anything! Some of the richest people in the world wear sweatpants and sneakers. When I approached an employee to ask some questions he was quite rude until he asked me what I was driving currently. The look on his face when I told him it was a Porsche may have just been worth the trip- got me my daily dose of humor. His rude demeanor instantly vanished. One of the sales people suggested I go to Audi of Stratham, so that's exactly what I did! They gave me a significantly better deal as well and were extremely polite. Audi of Peabody should focus more on the customers and fostering positive relationships, that is how you are going to make deals and continue to make deals in the future. Every other luxury brand car dealership I have been to can do it. Why not them? read more

Great dealership if your going to buy an AUDI ONLY***... Please..if your looking for another "used" model then go elsewhere... I purchased a chevrolet here and things needed fixing... they fixed it ... at another dealership down the street... you might ask why would I do that? Because they do have reasonable prices on their inventory..I test drove the car I bought and knew more about the vehical than my sales rep did.. they fixed 90% of what was promised or a concern of mine at the time.. BUT I'm surprised they even knew how to start the car up to be able to move it in their lot...that's how little knowledge this dealership has about other make/model cars other than Audi.. Another thing I did NOT care for was that they were very nice until the deal was done...any questions I had right after purchasing the car no phone calls were returned...and they use the excuse that their phone lines are out...frequently (yea right) many voicemails and calls back in I gave up.. (30 day rule where was that?) waste of my aggravation with these people never again will I do business here.. anything that may go wrong after the purchase they don't care as long as that little MA inspection sticker gets on that windshield.. I had to replace a mechanical part that should have already been replaced.. it cost me $150.00 to fix out of pocket with no help / return phone calls from them..typical sales.. its all about the money and how to get peoples business by playing an act to get the sale...its never about the customers anymore.. very unsatisfied in the end. read more

After owning 5 Audis all purchase from different dealerships, I must say Ira ranks with the best of them. Of the 4 Audi dealerships in town that I have dealt with from service, parts, and sales #1 is Ira. a close #2 is Westwood #3 is Herb Chamers and and distant #4 is Brookline. At Ira I dealt with Marc Arvilla, George Maria, and Michael Ackroyd. My car arrived Jan 7th. 2011 and my wife and I could not have been more happy with our choice of dealership. Our total savings at Ira Audi was well north of $2,000 from the next closest dealership. When I was shopping for my Audi S4 I check with every Audi dealership within 425 miles. I live in Boston and went as far as New Jersey and spent 7 months dealing with the dealerships by phone and email. Ira never took longer than 24 hours to respond to an email or a phone call of mine. I can honestly say that my wife and I were not the easiest customers to deal with. To give you an example how bad we were this is what happened. We ordered our S4 and put a deposit down, waited 3 months, when the car arrived we went to pick it up and decided we wanted different wheels and another paint scheme. To my shock, Ira accommodated us. Now never ever would I suggest to anyone in the right frame of mind do what we did but somehow they never flinched as if we made life difficult to them. We went to a lot of Audi car dealerships before we wound up at Ira Audi (it is a bit far for us). We actually walked out of a few of those dealerships after getting a bad vibe or dealing with some people who really didn't seem to care about us at all. Audi Peabody was very different. We found the perfect car and John was incredibly helpful and patient with us. We walked away with a great price as well. The ONLY negative part of the whole experience was with financing - I dealt with a woman named Gloria who was incredibly unclear. When I brought this up with the manager that evening, they went out of their way to make sure that I was walking away feeling comfortable with the deal. They went through every single line of the contracts again and were incredibly helpful. Their regional finance manager for New England also followed up with me after to make sure that I felt good about our deal. I now have an amazing pre-owned Q5 that I love! read more

So...got to "Go Back to the Future" with the purchase of my 2016 Audi Q5. They are expanding & bringing the whole physical dealership into the future & it is quite a project! However, in the interim, they are still striving for & "earning your business". A phrase coined by a long ago car salesman. Don't let the trailers housing the various aspects of the dealership throw you off as they are functional. It reminded me of long ago with my first car purchase of a (then) new brand to America. They too were in a similar situation, very keen to find a car to meet your needs. My salesman (Roger Gomez) is a most helpful human being who brings to the position a soft spoken, yet keen desire to help you choose an Audi that will meet your needs. Patience & good listening skills are also what made the process so pleasant. I also had the wonderful opportunity to work with the General Manager (Mark Giovanni). Rarely do you find the attributes of patience, good listening skills & the ability of encouraging you to want to do business with them. Both Roger & Mark went the extra yards to create a wonderful Audi car purchase! It was my first Audi purchase of a life time of ownership of many brands. I can only report my personal experience, but encourage you to give them a try......not something I say lightly as a fellow consumer/car guy!! Also, the last person you always work with is the Business Manager or F& I person. Benny DeloSantos kept the exemplary customer service going & provided me with all of my requests.
