After a month of disastrous service from Audi Wynnewood, this place was my last hope. They ended up saving the day. For over a month we had no heat in our car and Audi Wynnewood was useless. I called Conshohocken Service to ask if any other customer had been experiencing this issue and I spoke with service manager, Javier. He immediately had thoughts as to what it might be and invited me to the shop without an appointment and offered me a loaner as well. I showed up about 30min later that day and was greeted by Reggie, who actually listened, CARED, and quickly got me into a loaner. Two days later my car had heat again. Aside from this being proper service from a luxury car dealership, this was simply outstanding customer service all-around. Reggie kept me informed with constant communication, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want it done right the first time, go here! read more

Two weeks ago my relatively new Q8 was having electrical errors and I was able to pull over at Audi. Luckily they opened in 30 minutes so I could figure out what was going on. They were able to address my car needed a new alternator and they stated that Audi was aware of the issues. They were so accommodating and provided a loaner to me to use while they ordered the parts. Karli kept me updated throughout the past two weeks which was great. Surprisingly it was ready after two weeks and at no cost after leveraging this issue to Audi. I was so appreciate of the loaner during this time given I travel a lot for work and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't have to visit again soon but I know where to go if I need to. read more

Audi Service Conshohocken is a complete rip off. I had a battery replaced and oil change (nothing else). The charge for this was an astonishing $950. I received no warranty for the battery or other invoice showing detailed charges for parts or labor. I would seriously recommend you have all Audi services done elsewhere. read more

She was extremely helpful, dealt with my roadside assistant and managed to get my car fixed at no cost other than tire rotation and alignment. I was pleasantly surprised, and was a beautiful ending to my nightmare as I have to drive back to Virginia. We purchased a couple of Audi's a few years ago and the overall sales experience was better than I thought it would be. My wife and I did the test drive on a Saturday, but we didn't make up our minds until Monday. I was out of town that week so the rest of the transition was pretty much handled over the phone. Unfortunately, our sales lady is no longer there, but someone calls me every year around this time to check up on how things are going with our vehicles. Since we basically prepaid for the service, we take our vehicles back here for all service visits. I like the fact that you can schedule your appointment online and they do offer Sat hours. All of the service personnel people I have interacted with over the years have been pleasant to work with and you get a complimentary car wash during your service visit. It appears to be just an exterior wash...an interior vacuum would be a nice touch. The place itself is pretty small and the waiting room on the Audi side is pretty bad. Most times, I just go across to the Porsche side and wait there. The Porsche side also has a couple of work areas, so if you are there on a weekday, you could potentially work remote. Free WiFi, coffee and water is available and they usually have some small snacks as well. For an Audi dealership, I would like to see this place feel and be a bit more upscale than it is. They are tight on space there and maybe there is simply nothing they can do to expand. Overall though, not a bad dealership. read more

I was very happy before today's visit. The service advisers are always nice and knowledgeable. The technicians are helpful on answering technical questions. In addition, they take care of the cars in the way it should be. I was glad to pay the premium. Today, I'm completely pissed off by the service director Joe. I simply want to talk with him on the issue I have on the car. He just through hash words on me. He's very impolite, rude. I've never met anyone as rude as him in my life. Oh, maybe a few drunk homeless :) I'm very surprised he became the director. What a misfortune for the company! If you want to go there, just deal with the normal adviser. Every time I pull into this place, I already feel my wallet getting lighter. That's because they will charge you anywhere between $155 and upwards, even if they do no work. That's correct. Their fee to "diagnose" a problem is $155...and by diagnose, I mean find additional ways to screw you over (e.g. their price for an oil change is about $100). There have been several instances where I dropped my car off to "diagnose" an issue, and they went ahead and did work that I did not authorize, after explicitly telling them that I will get someone else to do the work because their prices are outrageous. Now, maybe I would understand premium prices if the customer service was on par, however, this is a far cry from the truth. The customer facing associates are clueless and pretty sure don't understand the meaning of "customer service." The only person that's ok to deal with is Javier. Unfortunately, he quickly realized the scams that the service dept. pulls on customers, and now distanced himself from front facing work, to avoid the constantly irate and dissatisfied customers this place sees...I don't blame him. read more

Extremely poor shopping experience. Went in today to purchase a Q5. Figured that it being NYE and all, it's a good time to try to get a deal. So far so good. Greeted as we walk in (check), test drive arranged quickly (check) and a good test drive route selected by the sales person to give me a good feel for the car. So far so good--- I'm getting a good feel for this dealership, indeed they have a car in stock that's a good color/ trim combination for our tastes. So we get to the part I hate. Haggling. I try to keep this to a minimum, but hey, we're talking about a 55k car, so even a few percentage points moves the needle. We start negotiating, and we're a little far apart, when the sales lady (whom we liked) pulls in the manager (whom we disliked a LOT). First, he starts talking down to us ("if you want a car at this price, maybe you should consider a cheaper trim level"). Dude. I drove in in a fully loaded Jaguar, which I told you I have no money owed on. I also told you I plan to pay for this car straight up, no financing. It shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out I'm probably reasonably well off and don't need you telling me what I want. Just tell us you can't do this number for this car and tell us what you can do. Then, as we're getting closer to a final number (maybe a 1000 off from shaking hands and walking away), he tells me oh this car just sold, maybe I can interest you in something else (probably about 20 mins since we settled on a car and started talking numbers). We're clearly a little surprised, so the manager follows by an "oh you can't be mad can you, we told you these cars were popular" (or something to that effect). Anyway, if I'm the owner (or really any responsible adult running this business) reading this, I'd talk to this manager (can't remember his name, young fellow) about not pissing off the people who might be paying money for cars. I'm surprised I haven't rated this company yet...O wait I know why because every Audi dealership/Service center is the same. 145 for an oil check, Twelve hundred for a heater core, 175 for a replacement key... you get the drift They do offer you free cars to borrow...ONLY if you brought from them. So for people that just moved up from Atlanta(or really anyone who didn't buy/lease from ole' Donny boy) you will be chauffeured around. Can't complain but if I am spending money on getting my A4 fixed I would like to be able to come and go as I please. Reason why they still get 3 stars? You buy and Audi you HAVE GOT to know what you are getting into. You can't plead ignorance that anything and everything will cost you 300+(easily) more than your old Honda. Plus getting picked up and dropped isn't too bad, better than most places. Be sure to stop in and get the Audi fleece sweater for 80 bucks in the gift store so everyone can know what you drive. read more

So a few of you are well aware that I have been searching for another new car for the past few months. In that time I've been all over the area from Reading to West Chester to Allentown and all points inbetween. My experiences have ranged from the good (BMW of Reading) to the bad (BMW of Devon) to the ugly (Vision Auto Group, 2nd time I have been there where absolutely NO ONE helped me or was even around). Then there wsa the little issue of deciding what kind of car I wanted (BMW, Porsche, Audi, etc) and then even when I had the manufacturer chosen what car to get (M3, new 5 series, Panamera, 911, Cayman, S5, A7, etc. etc). I know, life sucks when you have to make these kinds of decisions right? After dealing with the other dealerships mentioned above, I always found myself right back where I bought my other car, Don Rosen in Conshohocken. Every time I stopped in I was always greeted by my salesperson, the GM, and just about everyone else that worked there. They understood that I am fussy and particular with my money and were incredibly patient with me through the process. Time and time again I came into the dealership "thinking" I found the right car then after taking a test drive or, on more than one occassion ,given the car for a weekend, finding out that there was just something about it that I didn't like. Not once did anyone roll their eyes or make a stink about me basically racking up miles on a car I didn't own without a guarantee of me buying it. This says something about the dealership itself. They want to make sure you buy the right car for you, not the right car for them to make money off of. Obviously they want to make a profit, what business doesn't, but they are genuinely more concerned that you find exactly what you are looking for so you do not regret the mountain of money you are about to pay for your dream. For this reason I cannot give anything but 5 stars for this dealership. Always professional, completely easy to deal with (ZERO pressure, seriously) and one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. As stated in my other review, if you are looking for an Audi or Porsche PLEASE go see them first. You will not be disappointed and tell them I sent you!! P.S. Called and scheduled an appointment for recalls on my car. At the time of requesting the appointment I advised them that there was a bubble in one of my tires. I was told that I would have to replace it & pay out of pocket although I have wheel and tire insurance... ok no problem. On the day of my appointment when I arrived at 8 AM I was barely greeted. Whose miserable that early in the morning?? When the service person began to take my information she immediately said we can do your inspection today. No Ma'am I have 3 more months before my inspection is due. I'm here for 2 recalls and my tire. Her reply was let me call to see if the tire is in stock. At this point I'm confused because I advised days ago when I called I stated that this was an issue I needed addressed. After a phone call to the parts department my tire wasn't in stock. I asked if it can be checked anyway as my tire pressure light was on. Long story short they did nothing to my tire, just the recalls and a awful car wash job, mind you my service paperwork reflected the fact that I requested my tire to be replaced. This is not my 1st unsatisfactory experience with this service department or their customer service but I figured since they moved things could have possible changed. I was sadly mistaken. Doesn't matter how much you dress up the outside if your employees lack basic communication and customer service skills. When I visit other Audi dealers I don't have these experiences. My first visit here for an annual maintenance / oil change was a less than optimal experience. I arrived in the store 15 minutes after I received a phone call informing me my car was ready for pick-up. Once I arrived in the store and paid for the service, I waited another 30+minutes for my car to go through the car wash. Not only that, but the interior of the car was dirty and they didn't even vacuum the carpets or put down paper treads on the floor of the front seats to prevent the carpets from getting dirty. Finally, after paying 120+ for an annual maintenance, I received no written report of the inspections, only a brief video from the mechanic who inspected my car. I have had much better service with my non-Audi car at other car shops ... very disappointing service for an Audi car shop! read more

Worst place ever wont go there again!! Let me star by saying I've been dealing with this place since 2011 when I brought my car brand new off the lot ( A8L) but today I'm done ... I went in for a routine inspection and since my car only has 14,500mi on it I thought this would be a breeze but then the fuckery starts first they tried to get me to get a tuneup @ a cost of 1400$ which I declined then about a hour later I was told my car wouldn't pass inspection because I needed new tires (which I knew if I would've taken my car anywhere else I would've passed) but even after I told them yes I still waited another hour only to be told the service guy ripped the tire an I had to wait until Monday to get my car off the lift and get tires.. of course my old ones were no where to be found and I had to get a crappy loaner... needless to say I was in there all day for a car that had NOTHING wrong with it!! So think again about getting a routine inspection from these guys ... PS bring your check book also my inspection is going to set me back to the tune of just under $2,000!! read more

I had the pleasure to bring my 2007 A4 in to this dealership two years ago, and I was really happy with their service. My engine light had gone on, and after a diagnostic test, the fault was in the crankcase valve and flapper motor. Originally, the technician said it would take $900 to fix it with no warranty. After I asked for a discount, they were able to reduce the price by more than half! During the time that my car was being fixed, the dealership gave me another A4 as a loaner car. I have to say, I really appreciated that they gave me something similar to what I drive. As I have learned later on, dealerships don't always lend you cars of the same brand or decent quality. Unfortunately, in these two years, I have had to go to other Audi dealerships for service as I actually live in Pittsburgh. I have not yet found one that has service anywhere as good as the one I have experienced at Conshohocken. That being said, this was two years ago. I really hope they have maintained their excellent service since then. read more

I am a buyer and do not need financing, I guess that could be a bad thing for a dealer not making money on the loan. I did get an e-mail with pictures of the seat I requested. I took my car in to get a scheduled maintenance with them after being told that they would take care of it and give me a free rental. Upon arrival, I have the awesome privilege to wait for "Mark" to get his paperwork done before actually helping me. Once he is ready, he tries to pitch me on some $600 service for my vehicle that would really safeguard the car better than the $180 service for which I had brought in said vehicle. Upon declining this offer, he proceeds to indicate all of the ways my car could fail were I to not go with this option. Again, I had to let him down the hard way with a simple, "no". With this, he shrugs his shoulders in a smug way and finishes clacking away on his dirty, Gateway keyboard. As he is finishing up, I ask him about the free rental I was promised over the phone and he quickly tells me that they do not do free rentals, but that if I wanted to go with the $600 service, then he could always throw in the rental for free. Hrm, sounds to me like he was giving a wee tug on my short and curlies there. When I make clear that I was told the day prior that a free rental would be included, he just shrugged it off and reiterated the $600 service option. Instead of snapping his slimy neck, I simply said no and reiterated that he should get his story straight with whomever answered the phone/scheduled my service. Fast forward to ten minutes ago and there is "Mark", calling to tell me that my car is in dire need of a number of fixes that will, combined, cost me around $3000 to $4000. He was nice enough to note that if I did not get them repaired today, that my car would never pass state inspection and would most certainly implode upon itself (I added the last part, although I would not put it past him to state as such.). I go through the prices with him and then ask, "Ok, Mark, what would it take to get it wrapped up and out the door without incurring any of these outrageous costs?" He responded with a price and then quickly added that it would be highly unsafe to drive on my tires and that he would be able to get them swapped out for me for a really, super high price. I told him to wrap it up, that I will take my chances and, would never think of buying tires or anything else through the Don Rosen Imports dealership. I dare say that he was a bit irritated with me after the last comment. About time he felt even remotely close to how I felt after talking with him this morning. I own three Audi's all purchased at Audi Conshohocken. Although the sales process was painless, dealing with the service department is like having oral surgery without anesthesia. I know a thing or two about cars as I have been building and racing them for almost forty years. The bullshit that the service department feeds you in order to sell non warranty service borders on fraud. The good and bad news is that my vehicles are almost out of warranty so I have no reason to return to AC in the future. read more

This review is for the service department. I have been there twice to have my Audi Q7 serviced. Both times the service department staff were courteous and helpful. They always called to give me a run down of what was wrong with my car and also what the estimated cost would be. My most recent visit was quite an expensive one and the service department actually gave me a little bit of a discount which was nice. The other nice thing about taking your car to be serviced here is that they do give you a loaner so you don't have to arrange for rides. The cons of this place are the labor costs, around $150/hr and the assessment fee they charge you which is 1 hours worth of labor. I would rate this place higher if they would drop the service fee as long as you agree to have the work done at the shop. Overall good experiences though. read more

I went there to buy an S4, Shaun could not find the car in the color combination my wife wanted. I searched online and gave him a vin to lookup the car (so I did his work for him). We agreed on a price and I asked him three times "what is the lowest APR Audi Financial is offering" he kept on telling me 2.9%, We agreed to get the car and next day I found out that Audi's lowest APR is 1.9%. Next day we cancelled the contract to buy from them as they were not straightforward with us. Shaun led me to believe that he was extending me the APR he is getting from Audi and not marking it up. Manager Suzana has no customer service concept, and dealing with her was worse than dealing with Shaun. The General Manager Keith is the only person that talked politely. I have been having ongoing problems with this dealership, I had brought a car in and it appears that they overlooked some issues before they passed the inspection. I was at the other Audi in Wilow Grove in the Fall 2013 and it was so much of the same hard sell BS ! and we left- but had the car in mind -A5- We came here on just a wim and 2 wks later had the car of my dreams! I have had a horrible experience with this dealership TWICE... should have learned my lesson the first time. I bought an audi pre owned first that ended up having a sludge problem and had to get my car towed from the shore to their location (after insisting that i did not want it serviced at the nearest auto shop). the car was a lemon and we ended up trading it in for the audi 2009 that we have now. This car has been nothing but PROBLEMS. we leased it and have been in and out of the shop upwards of five times for check engine light issues, manifold issues, etc. I have received NO help from our troubles and each time the light comes on I have to wait three weeks to take it in so I can get a loaner car because there are never any available. Basically we are stuck in a lease for another year and a half because they won't cut their losses and give us the $3k difference from what the car is worth vs what is owed. This is AFTER finding out that the car had prior damage to it that was not disclosed to us when we bought it NEW. NOT a happy customer and NOTHING has been done to fix this or give us the luxury of service that we deserve and pay for. Will NEVER do business at either of the Don Rosen establishments once my lease is up. read more

Would be careful dealing with this dealership. Was actively pursued by both a salesperson and sales manager about closing a deal on an A4. Was told they located a car exactly that I wanted but was later told the car did not have the wheels that I had stated. Told them the wheels were a deal breaker. They came back to me the following week and offered to change the wheels. At this point I was seriously considering a different nameplate vehicle. The sale manager continued to pursue me to close the deal. At the last moment they offered me a extremely good deal but I could not take advantage of it that day due to scheduled back surgery. I had just dropped off my A7 for normal scheduled maintenance when i decided to walk through the lot. I just so happen to spot an S3 that I had to drive..nonetheless I ended up purchasing the car with some perks via text with Guy Quigley. It was painless! I came back to the dealership and drove off the lot spooling the turbo in less than 15 min!! Super easy!! Guy is a solid dude that I would recommend highly. Stay away from Don Rosen. I bought a beautiful used 2005 Audi A4 from them- the salesman told me I was getting a good deal because Don Rosen makes it up on the service. My car was running great - it just needed to be inspected so I also had an annual service (just the basics: about $250). They installed a part they claim was defected because 4 quarts of oil plus the 3 quarts I had to put in leaked right out. That's okay - my friendly service rep just told me to go to Wawa and buy some oil and put it in. More hours and trouble later they allegedly repaired my car and paid me back for my Wawa oil purchase. And now here I am one week later, the car is broken down. It simply will not start. I think it is sabotage. The car was running great before they touched it. I took it for all the scheduled maintenance during the warranty period. It only has 30,000 miles. Now that the warranty period is up the car is broken down. A service team that expertly handled the car while under warranty now suddenly is installing defective parts. A car that was in top condition and expertly maintained through out the warranty period now will not start. The only thing that happened is that Don Rosen did an annual inspection. Something is severely wrong with Don Rosen. I will see if they make good on the damage they have caused my car. My prediction is that they will claim that the repairs needed now have nothing to do with the last problem that they caused. The saga will continue. read more

Have owned 12 cars over the past year and my experience with them has been one of the absolute worst. The audi my daughter owned broke a rear timing chain and effectively they would do virtually nothing about it. Worked through Audi of America and they were nothing more than a sounding board.
