They said warranty was one year but battery company (Deka) would just send it back to them so they said they would not honor the warranty. They said I should have used a battery tender. What is the point of a warranty? Enough is enough. Find another store to buy your products from. Ironically, I ordered the same battery on line for almost half the cost and it will be delivered tomorrow. Run don't walk from this store!

Our car had a lot of damage to it and parts were on backorder till November. We had to rent a car and pay out of pocket which Bob 's auto insurance (selective insurance) said that they would reimburse us. The total was $4,678.75 which they paid the deductible $500 and $839.88 leaving us to pay $3,838.87 of are own money. I reach out to Bobs Auto a few times to discuss the matter and they basically would say we will get back to you. I reach out again and Debbie said not are problem we had are insurance close the claim and hung up on me. I understand accidents happen I don't understand why we are out $3,838.87 because of one of there driver hit my wife. We have been nothing but patient. I hope they understand I'm going to every news outlet every local Facebook page and as far as I can go until I get paid back the money that's owed to my family.

    Do you know how to test transmission issues, a test drive also checking the dipstick for burnt…read morefluid smell is an indicator, it's almost impossible to catch a transmission that's going if it's only showing intermittent signs because you must duplicate the customers complaint and without the proper automotive technology it's practically impossible to catch transmission failure the carriage trade knew my vehicle had transmission issues knowing I wouldn't know that until after I purchased the vehicle driving it off their lot, also structural damage, in the state of Pennsylvania it literally states that a vehicle with structural damage is deemed unsound and unsafe which is also one of the few things that's covered under arbitration laws so imagine my surprise when a third party mechanic told me a vehicle that I paid over 2000 dollars was structurally unsound and the carriage trade knew about it, they sold me a damaged unsafe vehicle that I purchased for my wife I'm so grateful my wife wasn't injured or worse killed due to the carriage trade public auto auction negligence, after I visited the third party mechanic I immediately went back to the carriage trade and I was told it was (as is) and the only thing they can do is run the vehicle back through the auction for someone else to deal with, so consumers beware! This business do not do good business and will take your hard earned money and not care about the position they put their consumers in. I purchased this vehicle in 11/24 it is now 04/25 still no title! I repeat consumers beware!!!

Yeah there was the little things like they forgot their tools in my cars forgetting to take them out. I'd gone out of my way to return the tools. But not this time! This time they forgot to use the tools and the poor service they did on my car almost killed me and others on the road. John's Brothers has gotten complacent with their service! Has there been any recent posts with good reviews? They forgot to put the nuts back on the rear wheel. Drove off got to Ridge Pike after paying for the service got about 3 miles down the road and the rear wheel went flying off the car, the car slammed down to the street, damaged the rotor, brakes, wheel and tire and scared the living shit out of me. The wheel flew down the road about 100 ft and just missed oncoming car and the tire tracked up onto the curb and sidewalk in front of a parking lot. Close call. Ask about this next time you use these guys. Ask them if they remembered if they tightened the nuts in the wheels!

For over a month we had no heat in our car and Audi Wynnewood was useless. I called Conshohocken Service to ask if any other customer had been experiencing this issue and I spoke with service manager, Javier. He immediately had thoughts as to what it might be and invited me to the shop without an appointment and offered me a loaner as well. I showed up about 30min later that day and was greeted by Reggie, who actually listened, CARED, and quickly got me into a loaner. Two days later my car had heat again. Aside from this being proper service from a luxury car dealership, this was simply outstanding customer service all-around. Reggie kept me informed with constant communication, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want it done right the first time, go here!

    Two weeks ago my relatively new Q8 was having electrical errors and I was able to pull over at…read moreAudi. Luckily they opened in 30 minutes so I could figure out what was going on. They were able to address my car needed a new alternator and they stated that Audi was aware of the issues. They were so accommodating and provided a loaner to me to use while they ordered the parts. Karli kept me updated throughout the past two weeks which was great. Surprisingly it was ready after two weeks and at no cost after leveraging this issue to Audi. I was so appreciate of the loaner during this time given I travel a lot for work and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't have to visit again soon but I know where to go if I need to.
