EPIC SERVICE! I bought a battery here last month for a secondary vehicle that I'm selling. The…read morebattery light came on & the truck died at the dealership where it was getting appraised. The very AA location just happened to be across the street, (lucky me) so I stopped in to have them check the battery. Miresa tested the battery & checked the ALT to find it was failing. He didn't want me driving home & take a chance that the truck would die on the road as the battery was at half its amp rating & losing power. He asked that I'd stay so he could recharge it. In the meantime he matched a competitor's ALT price AND INSTALLED IT FOR ME!!! I mean WHO does THAT!!! Its an easy repair but it would have taken me a lot longer to do what he did in 15 minutes! 5 STAR KUDOS to Miresa!!! Thank you for the savings ALL the way around!!! Now with a fully charged battery, cleaned connection points & a new ALT, the truck quickly kicked over & I was on the road in less than 40 minutes! All I can say is WOW & TY, TY!!! He was going on about his personal car with his buddy he was checking out at the register, he pulled his phone out and started chatting about the car he was talking about, then he started asking the customer about his relationship etc, while several of us have been standing in line, patiently waiting. The other register opened up and I started making my purchases, I ask the clerk, "can you believe that guy is over there chatting about his personal life and sharing photos, while we all stand in line and wait?" The rude employee looked at me and scoffed, I looked over at the other register and the kid asked me if I had a problem, I told him he was rude, wasting our time talking about his personal life and sharing photos while we waited, he just parroted me. I asked to speak to the manager, he said there wasn't a manager there and that he would be gone for vacation for 2weeks. Then he said I don't care if you tell my manager. I went to the truck to get a pen, I came back into the store and asked for his name, he said " I dont respect you, I'm not giving you my name" so I went to the other register where the associate Arly was working and asked him for the clerks name, they both wouldn't budge, I will be bring my money to an alternative auto parts store from now on and recommend my neighbors also.

Cons: 1) I get passed through multiple service people while I'm there, because the one I start with never seems to be around after they get me started 2) I have to keep checking in with them on the status of my car, they never proactively follow up. I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one. The lack of customer care is astounding.
