I called this business to inquire about installing a front and rear dashcam I bought on my SUV and spoke with Arthur, the owner. I described the dashcam system I have as basic that didn't need to be hardwired, and I commented that the installation "should be pretty straightforward" (especially in comparison to the high-end audio services/installations he offers). Immediately, he struck a condescending tone and stated "You think it's straightforward to get into the tailgate?!" and so on and so forth. I said I understood what he was saying, then asked for a quote and how long such a process would take, along with availability in his schedule. In response to each question, I received a whole lot of attitude, disdain, and impatience. In the end, because of this interaction, I chose to look into patronizing other similar businesses. I don't know if I caught him on a bad day, but things were unpleasant enough that I looked elsewhere. It's absolutely his prerogative to treat potential customers however he wishes, but customers will also make their own judgments as to where they take their business. read more

Arthur is fantastic! I brought in my 2017 Toyota 4Runner with a dead sound system and two blown speakers from... somewhere in the front-ish of the truck? I had gone to the dealership and was quoted something outrageously dealershippy for a Toyota stock system. Noped out of that and was recommended to Arthur from Henry at Tire Pros just down the street. Went in, didn't even really need to explain much to Arthur due to this sound system being a known issue with certain Toyotas, and then informed Arthur that oh, yeah, I'm going on a road trip in two days, would it be possible to have this all installed in a short amount of time? Arthur came through! He recommended a new Alpine system that would do all the audio things I wanted and then some, got all the ridiculous number of adapters and parts in record time, and worked overtime to install it - AND some new replacement speakers - in time for me to enjoy on the road trip! I LOVE my new sound system. Solid recommendation from Arthur. It's so much better than what I had originally, and just performs brilliantly. I enjoy cruising with tunes again! Yay! Arthur did a fantastic job on my 2005 Lexus when the stock Mark Levinson amplifier went kaput, along with the original speakers that were shot. He successfully replaced the old amplifier and old speakers with a new amp and matching speakers that sound so much better than the old system ever did, and Arthur managed to do it all without costing me a fortune. He was very reasonable. I feel as if I am listening to my music for the very first time. The system sounds so amazing when I am in the car and cruising down the road. The sound is clean with zero distortion at high volume, and the bass really kicks! Look, all I have to say is that Arthur has been THE best installer I have ever had. I have taken my cars to other car audio shops "trying to save" money looking for a "better deal" but in the end I have ended up paying triple the price because those other guys simply don't know what the heck they are doing. Other shops have installed pure garbage in my car, cheap cables, cheap connectors, installed incorrectly, loose wires all over the place, you name it. All four of my rear LCD screens came completely off and they are all broken and messed up. People out there simply don't know what they are doing and they don't care. Trust me, I have been there done that and I have learned my lesson the hard and painful way just for trying to save a few bucks. Is really hard finding technicians that really know what they are doing and that care how they install the equipment in your car. To make it really short, I am NEVER going to another place ever again, Arthur is a true professional installer and he has always taken care of me. I have always communicated with him as to what I want and what I don't want, if I like the sound output or not, and we work it out. But in the end Arthur does indeed quality work and he is NOT going to rip you off. His pricing is also really reasonable. Trust me on this one. Arthur is awesome!! He is super knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I purchased an aftermarket infotainment system from GROM Audio - the VLINE VL2. I saw on their website that his shop is an authorized professional installer. I called him and got a quote on how much it would cost to install. The price was reasonable considering all the work that needed to be done. I dropped the car off Wednesday morning at 9am and Arthur estimated that it'd be done around 12 the same day. However, at 1pm I got a call from arthur saying that my kit came with the wrong video harness (my mistake since I ordered it myself). He took the time and effort to call GROMs tech support to figure out the correct harness my car uses. To avoid further inconvenience I immediately ordered the correct part but it was gonna take 2 days to arrive at his shop. He was thoughtful and let me keep the car at the shop until it arrived. The part finally arrived Friday morning and Arthur worked quickly to install it and reassemble the center console. I got a call early Friday afternoon that my car is ready for pickup. When I picked up my car he did a quick run through of the product and I quickly noticed how well put together the center console. Brought my VW GTI in here because the audio has always been bad. Not a lot of power, distorted when I cranked it up over the road noise, lousy bass. Audio Crafters had great Yelp reviews so I thought I would give it a try. Arthur was terrific! He gave me some options and I originally elected not to add a subwoofer because I didn't want to take up the space in the car. So he added some component speakers and an amp and they helped a lot, but it still wasn't quite there, so I went back and talked to him about more options, and he gave me a great deal on a JL Audio subwoofer and now it sounds just fantastic! It's got a lot more power, the sound is nicely balanced, and the subwoofer is really very compact, not taking up nearly as much space as I had feared. Everything just sounds so much better! And my car audio is no longer losing in the battle with road noise. So many thanks to Arthur for his patience when I wasn't sure what I wanted. He clearly cares about his customers and wants everyone to get the sound they want. It was really a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. This is the second time I have been here and both times I couldn't be happier. The first time Arthur created a "work around" for me to listen to my iPod in a 2007 Ford Escape. He didn't try to sell me a brand new radio, just did a very clean installation of a device that I could plug the iPod cord into. Fast forward to last month.
