I'm so glad I found this place! Tyler was so helpful in finding the right system for me. I came in with a sub that was gonna be wayyy to powerful for my car. Tyler gave me some options and we found the perfect one. I have had two subs before in my car. Each time I was disappointed because the bass would be super loud, BUT the music was still so low. With Audio Dreams I finally drove away with a huge smile on my face. The music was exactly what I wanted in terms of loudness, in fact i don't even go as loud as my radio can go now. And the bass is just perfect for me, not too overpowering now. The people here are great. They made sure before I drove away everything would sound great. By far the best stereo shop I have ever been to. Just purchased a viper alarm and a pioneer Bluetooth stereo for my 2012 Honda Civic. Talked to Sam I believe he is the owner he worked me an amazing deal. I had a budget of about $250 and Sam not only matched prices that he found on amazon he included the labor which blew me away. The techs had my stereo and alarm installed in 2 hours. When the job was complete the tech walked me through the features and showed me how to use everything. These guys went above and beyond to help find the issue with the sound system in my son's car. They diagnosed the issue for free and were very honest with me telling me what the car needed now to correct the issue, versus what they would recommend if we wanted to upgrade at a later time. He was straight with me about what HE would do if it were his car, plus he was the guy that actually worked on my car so I'm glad I got to speak directly with the person doing the work. Don't fall victim to high prices, careless work and no Integrity. This business is willing to take your money but not willing to take responsibility for their errors in workmanship. Don't be fooled by the nice sales man Tyler he is just as crooked. And will lie to back his owner. I brought my 2020 Raptor here. I've been a resident of LA Verne for 28 years and even though I moved an hour away chose to have a LA Verne business install a custom made sub woofer box, and Amp. Three top of the JL Audio 13 1/2 down facing shallow mounts. Of course the rest of the system needed to be upgrade so they supplied and installed the mids tweeter and components. I paid top dollar to have a back seat bolt which was not torqued down loosen and damaged all three subs. I found the bolt and nut lodge in the subs. The owner was absolutely rude and arrogant and pretended like there was no possible way it was the bolt that did the damage. He told me to get the F out of there when I suggest they pay for the repairs. They never even repaired the defective crossover or look at the rest of the installation erros he aggressively said I will see you in court. They even brought in a guy for intimidation. Awesome people! I meant to post a review last week, but I got busy w the holiday weekend. I brought my truck in last week after a bad experience at another shop. I was trying to get a mic installed and see if they could determine what was causing my audio to cut out at a certain volume. They were able to determine I had a damaged tweeter and because of it, may have damaged my amplifier in the process. They recommended replacing both. They recommended an awesome brand to go with. I brought my 2013 Camaro to Sam for some work on my after market touch screen radio. I provided the Scosche kit and the backup camera. I bought the Alpine double din radio from them. I left the car and they said 3 hours so i when for a hike after 2 hours and 40 minutes its done. Checked everything they did a clean job. Brought 2 Toyota RAV4's to swap radios. Mine had navigation which I had them swap into my daughters car. And I had an after market navigation system and flip down dvd system installed. They did both with several hours even though it involved extensive wiring since her Rav4 did not have a navigation antenna. They basically had to create one to fit her car! Anyhow I was really impressed with their willingness to do whatever it takes to do the job right and thoroughly. Their customer service gets an A+. Sam, Ferris,, Tyler and Red are very easy going, helpful, and they don't make you feel like your at your usual stereo shop. Because of my work schedule and the urgent service we provide at work our trucks cannot be at a shop for to long and our hours of service is 24 hours. Red which is an installer and that's his nick name does the work with a smile and always has ideas of how he can get what I want in our trucks without complaining or making excuses Tyler is very honest, very on time and his communication with us was amazing as he keeps you updated on wether they need more time or if they are going to be completed early. Sam and Ferris I believe are brother or family for sure . Show lots of respect for you. Ive let down by two previous stereo shops in Pomona, that either half @ss their work or did some bootleg installs. Did I mention that my power wire caught on fire under my hood? Long story short, I had this shop start from scratch. Run new lines (heavier gauge), and addressed any possible issue that that i might run into. I did the upgrades and now pushing 2000 RMS, with a steady 14.4v to 12.8v at its lowest. NOW, the only time I come back is for either a upgrade or work on my other cars. read more
