He requested for a custom touchscreen radio job that countless specialty stores would not accept. Audio Dreams was one of the only stores out of many that would take this job I almost never write reviews, but these guys deserve one, so here goes! I came with my bro, not looking to buy. A scruffy gentleman named Tyler approached us and asked how we were doing, then asked what kind of service we were looking for I drive a Scion xB and it comes stock with a light tint. I went to a tint store and had them put limo black on my back windows on top of the stock tint. Needless to say, I can see nothing from those windows at night. "Darker than limo black" can't even describe how "un-seeable" these windows are, but I'm cheap, so I didn't want to spend money for a backup camera After my bro got his quote, I told my story to Tyler. He gave me options and thoroughly explained what things were, then patiently waited for my cheap self to make a decision. He politely excused himself as I took forever to debate with the logical half of me, and the cheap half of me. Tyler would continue to check on my inner struggle with myself and masterfully planned his next steps to persuade me I was heavily on the rocks, leaning on not buying. Seeing this, Tyler and I continued to talk, then he excused himself to make a phone call. He later came with offers that my bro and I couldn't refuse The process afterwards was smooth and easy. There was a slight error on Tyler's end, and he upgraded me for free for the inconvenience My schedule conflicted with the appointment date and they were very easy about rescheduling. My appointment was early, so the wait wasn't too long. I was given a call once my car was done, and Tyler sat with me to show me how everything works My particular car model needed a little extra programming for the steering wheel control module and Tyler had it fixed without a problem. If there were ever any more issues, I was welcomed to come back any time I am very happy with my purchase, and now I can reverse my car with peace of mind without running someone over read more

I got a brand new car audio system for my 2006 Acura TL and looks amazing. I looked up videos online about installing it myself and ended up with the notion that it was going to be doable but, could maybe mess up my audio system. I found another place close by but, they told me it would be over $100. I got there and they tried to charge me over $200. I was furious and kept calling. I called this place and he told me to come in ASAP (it was also on a Sunday as well where other places were closed). He took my car in, installed the new system, made the audio sound better than before, and charged me $90. That made my day the fact that he gave me a straight up price and was under the price of other places. I was having problems with my stereo so I decided to see if I can get it checked out. My girlfriend recommended them to me, so I checked it out and everyone there was happy to help out as soon as I walked in. The environment was great in there, everyone wasn't an "employee" but more like siblings working together. They recommended products off of my preferences in stereos and didn't try to force the higher end model stereos onto me, even though I had questions, they answered immediately. Went in with my husband and son today around 12:15pm wanting to upgrade the radio and camera in my car. Walked in, no one acknowledged us. Stood around for 10 minutes, I guess we were invisible cuz no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. There was a guy at the register having a casual conversation. Another guy taking an order, walked passed us without a "we'll be right with you." Another guy with glasses sitting behind the counter. Since we weren't being helped, I decided to walk out. I guess that's when our invisibility spell wore off cuz a younger guy walked out and asked if we didn't find what we were looking for. The owner sam will promise you all sorts of things and be super nice to get your business. After he is kinda disrespectful and will tell u that if something is wrong he is 100% sure his team did not mess anything up. I went i to to a full set up stereo,speakers 3 amplifiers and a moscani sound processor. He told me it would take 4-5 days max i said fine.12 days later and a ton of excuses later my truck was finished. And the work wasn't great. I drive home and my stereo starts making a really bad noise i call him he tells me he can fix it but i have to wait 3 days ok fine i take it back in they fix the noise but leave my subwoofer sticking out and not properly/ flush to the box so air was escaping. My ac ven would not open either so i take it back a 3rd time he tells me they had nothing to do with my ac and argues with me about it. I finally get them to check it out turns out it had one of the wire connectors stuck in the vent so it wasn't opening properly so it was 100% their fault i spent 2700$ at this place and if i could do it over I would not go to them I would not recommend them To My worst enemy! Hahah the owner sam seems to think by replying with my stereo was faulty that changes the fact the he did not keep his word? Wow goes to show you that he is a liar he never addressed the fact that his team took an extra six days to finish the job plus i had to take time to go back 3 different times so a fualty stereo is the reason my subwoofer wasn't installed properly? My ac vent was damaged by his employees? Then he has the nerve to Say my vent was like that b4 i went in? Even though they caused the issue then tells Me well even if the work wasn't done right just keep coming back until we get it right? I don't live down the street my time and gas aren't free but if he wants to be untruthful goes to show you he is untrustworthy. read more

Went down to upgrade the stereo system in my wife's car for valentines surprise. Sam exceeded my expectations. Replaced all the factory speakers with new focal component speakers and alpine amps. Decided to keep the factory stereo since it already has navigation and added an audiocontrol processor and an Alpine 12" sub. Sounds AMAZING!! These guys are the real deal and super knowledgeable. Decided to jump the gun on a saturday morning and did a drop in. Walked in and talked to Feris, told him what music i listened to and gave him my budget. Gave me recommendations and told me if it didn't sound the way I wanted I could switch out the sub. Was told the install would take 2 hours and ended up waiting about 5. I've been having one of the unluckiest audio system experiences of my life, but these guys are really making me feel like they're here to take care of me rather than take my money. First unit was a wrong unit sent by seller. Audio dreams let me know and didn't charge me for starting the work. Then I get sent a (most likely) partially defective unit and they're trying their best to get it all working. Great honest reliable installers. I took my suburban today to get my crappy overpriced speakers that another shop sold me and installed horribly wrong looked at. I was stressed and frustrated that they sounded so bad and that i spent so much money on it. Tyler , sam, and his crew came up with a gameplan and immediatly told me my options and what would work for me best. I cant thank them enough and ill never forget tyler. I recently purchased a (new to me) Tundra- the headlights it came with were dim, at best. From the moment I went into the shop (recommended to me by a friend), Shawn suggested the very same head lights and fog lights that I was leaning towards in all the hours I spent researching replacements. Two things I appreciated: 1-Their quote for parts and labor was actually less than what I had obtained for the area. Being a female, I often encounter people trying to take advantage of it and high ball me. 2-Their no bull shit approach and the follow through on the estimated time for completion- they overstated the time they thought it would take and had me out in less than an hour.
