Wanted to update my review, since the owner says it's false, all this is true also I went to another stereo shop, and they found the problem, it wasn't the radio, it was how it was installed, they never strapped it from the back so all that was holding it in place was the volume and selector buttons, makes sense creating pressure on the volume so it was always turning up and down without touching it, cost me $125 , not only they lost me as a customer but my cousin ain't going there either, sorry but this went on for too long read more

What an experience! Every time I am buying or doing for something for my truck there is always something that goes wrong, if you are a picky person you will understand. This is actually the first time I had nothing to complain about from A to Z everything was smooth and simple. I purchased a radio, speakers and a back up camera and installed them on the spot! They were very informative and educated me in some of my choices and Jay was phenomenal very clean work. I would recommend this place if you really care about your whip! I had a really great experience at Audio Dreams and will likely be going back there for all my car audio needs, they definitely have a customer-centric business and will go above and beyond to make you happy. I recently purchased a new Truck and all i wanted was a stereo with back up Camera. Sammer and Shawn walked me through a few different options and gave me a quote, I told them I was going to shop it around a bit before I committed, which I did. What I liked about working with those guys was they listened to what I wanted, and never tried to sell me anything I didn't want/need. They did give me a few options which was nice, and I actually did end up going with a little bit nicer model (that had Android Audio) that was well within my price range. When I took my truck in to get worked on I thought it would be an easy fix because it looked like the dealership had already installed the back-up camera, which they did, however, they didn't hook up. Sammer, called me up and was very honest about the situation, and said that he would stay true to his quote, I respect that. After the installation was complete Raphael sat with me in the car and helped to trouble-shoot and fix some minor mistakes (i.e. they forgot to install the USB (which Raphael caught), and Android Audio was not cooperating). I want to be clear, I'm a human and realize we all make mistakes, but what really makes me happy is when a shop is focused on taking care of their customers and correcting those mistakes before I get home. I love my new car stereo and I love the fact that Sammer went above and beyond by throwing in a backup camera. Additionally, thank you to Shawn for taking me to the bank and dropping me off at the gym. These guys are really great guys and I had a great experience with them. My husband bought me a brand new Honda Accord sport. He immediately brought my car here based off the great reviews to upgrade my sound system. Unfortunately, that was the WORST mistake ever!!! We spent a lot of money here for new speakers, Amp, & other stuff. After installation my car radio no longer can get regular radio stations. It's just static! It's horrible to have a brand new car, with an upgraded sound system, and static on almost all the radio stations!!! When I'm streaming music or listening to downloaded music it's fine. But if I'm in a dead zone or just loose connection STATIC!!! My husband has taken the car back several times and they can't fix it. They said "no one listens to the radio anymore"?! WTF?! So rude and unprofessional! They do not stand by their word! I am desperate so I took my car to the dealership to try and fix this and they said my warranty is now voided because of their work. I hope this comes as a huge warning to anyone thinking of bringing your car here DON'T!! read more

Ive got a 2019 Navigator with an absolutely horrible factory stereo... ive taken it to 11 previous shops before coming here and this shop has been the only place that has PATIENTLY educated me, tuned my stereo to my liking and made recommedations that have made my stereo 5000% better than any other shop. This will be (without a doubt) the only place I will bring my car to as long as they are around! I sent in the work that I was looking for and within 10 minutes I received a response from the owner. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! I didn't get the feeling of a high pressure salesman. Secondly, this place is competitive with their pricing! They beat the price of any other shop and did some very high quality work. I walked in needing some advice on what type of head unit looked best in my car and they came out, sat with me in the car and discussed different options with me. (That helped a lot!) Once we decided what would look best, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive unit, instead they recommended options with great value. What can I say that hasn't already been said by hundreds of reviewers? This shop is the real deal. Stop wasting your time and money with the big box stores. I came in for a head unit, speakers, and an amp to power my old Alpine R in a custom box. The price I received at that time was incredible and I pulled the trigger. Came back the next day looking to upgrade the HU. This shop just so happened to get in stock that day 2 newly released for 2020 Pioneer HU's. I upgraded. Came in the next day for the install, I ended up getting a deal on upgrading the speakers that I had already purchased, so I upgraded again. Install went smooth as can be. Everything I asked for was checked off and then some. Dynamat, wiring, attention to detail. Excellent 5 stars. Time quoted for completion was on point. Picked up the car that night, got in and was blown away by the quality of the products that I purchased. However the Alpine sub that I was reusing just wasn't enough for my tastes. This is were it gets good. Sam the owner had asked me if I was pleased with my purchase and I was, but I mentioned it needed more bass. He pulled the salesman tactic and simply gave me a deal of a lifetime that I just could not pass up. I was already over my budget on the upgrades, but this deal was amazing. I pulled the trigger right then and there, part of the deal even had him throwing in a sub box for my boy for FREE!!! Amazing! I came in for a HU and 4 speakers. I ended up leaving with a better HU, better speakers, two amps, two subs, a box, all wiring, dynamat, and a grin from ear to ear. It's impossible to please every single person that walks thru this shops doors, but I'll tell you what, this shop is doing a hell of a job trying to make that happen. UPDATE : after posting my review the owner would not stop harassing me phone calls back to back asking to remove my reviews BE WARE OF THESE CRIMINALS YELP NEEDS TO TAKE DOWN THERE PAGE I came in 1/13/19 a Sunday hoping I would be out of here quick there weren't any cars ahead of me I was here a little after they opened and the older man told me it would be about 1hour and half after that time I came in and the car still wasn't done I gave them whatever time they needed to finish it. After about 2 hours the car came out seemed like everything was working fine. I got the most basic alarm with killswitch they offered. Locked myself in the car set he alarm turned the key and the car started right away. The alarm went off but there was no killswitch. I called them back they told me to come back and check it out the worker there said the person who installed the alarm didn't install the killswitch that came with the car. No one bothered to inform me about so I was leaving thinking I had an alarm and a killswitch. When I only had the alarm. After a couple mins of them telling me the killswitch for my car would most likely leave me stranded in the middle of the road. That's why they didn't install it and just decided to not tell me until I checked and called back myself. After them telling me it was because my car 96 civic has a common issue if it failing they decided to not put it in with out asking if that's something I'd want. After taking to the owner he told me the next day an alarm expert would be there to install a separate killswitch I just had to wait and pay an additional $40 to install the separate killswitch. I came back the next day and they fed me the same bullshit about the car having the problem but they don't install separate killswitch from the alarm. So another waste of my time not only did they not tell me they didn't install the killswitch that came with alarm but they also made me come back expecting to get a separate killswitch to just feed me the same thing. The worst thing about this place is that they quoted me on a basic alarm with killswitch for $120 with $20 if I check in with yelp over the phone, I came in and the owner told me it would be $140 after I told them about the $120 he reluctantly agreed when I was ready to pay I told him if I check in with yelp it's $20 off right and he told he was already giving me a "good" deal and he "isn't making any money" like he was doing me a favor after I told him that what he is advertising he dropped the price and kept telling me how he "wasn't making any money" signed the paper and went back in his office to play on his phone. this place has discount but will look at your like you're stealing from them if you try to use them, they won't be transparent on what you're paying for and lie to get you out of the shop I would ask for a refund and take my alarm out but I'll find someone professional to do it instead. read more

On Monday morning, I was aiming to get my new vehicle an alarm system. After using the Yelp's feature to request quotes from several nearby vendors, owner Wesam was the first to respond. He gave the most informative first response, giving examples about product options spanning from basic to higher-end. Pricing was competitive with the 4 or 5 other vendors that made contact with me. I initially decided on a Viper 3100, but after checking out the additional features on the Viper 3305 (the 2-way remote with the LCD screen alerts you of physical disturbance of your vehicle), I was sold. Installation took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I cruised over to the IHOP nearby and had lunch while reading a book. I normally cringe when I have to deal with car stereo companies because they're very sketchy with their special prices and upsell when you step foot in the door. Audio Dreams exceeded my expectations. I sent out multiple quotes and 2 other places gave me a starting price without naming the exact product being offered and another place was a bit more expensive. Audio Dreams gave me the exact price I was going to pay and gave me the model number. When I got there they had exactly what I wanted and had no problem offering the same price for choosing the Alpine unit instead of the Pioneer unit. It took only 2.5 hours to install with the quoted 3 hour expected wait time. The install was spotless and I liked how they put the USB port where my car's phone holder was located so the wires are hidden. I had my slingshot in here to have a stereo, alarm and accent lighting installed. I did not get a legit invoice showing me the cost of each item but was quoted a total package deal of $2900. I was ok with that but in hindsight I would have appreciated a rundown of all costs for comparison with other shops but I was referred to them and trusted the source. The stereo sounds great. When offered to install a better head unit they really tried increasing the price on me so I kept the original radio I chose. That's not my complaint. My complaint is that after the work was done my hood latch was found broken (which was attempted to be jb welded and superglued). Everything on a slingshot is expensive to fix and I showed them how to open the hood properly before leaving it with them. The complaint is the fact that they attempted to HIDE the damage and never fully accepted responsibility for the damage. "Let me check with my guys because they would NEVER lie to me. Nope Justin they didn't do it. We don't even carry JB Weld" Was my response from The manager. They only offered to reimburse after I told them the part was only $20. Of course with labor it ended up being almost $300. Luckily it was taken care of. However, because of the loss of trust with these guys I will never spend more money with them. Happy with the system. Not happy with the loss of trust. It doesn't matter how good the work was if you can't trust them.. 10/13/18 Update.... I saw the owner's response. Yes I was reimbursed for some of the one part they broke. And notice how they only provided HALF of the damage amount instead of all of it. I had to argue with them to even do that. I was surprised of the price of the other headunit sure. That was my decision to pay for it or keep the alpine. But that is not why this review was made. Thats not why I'm still writing this review so much later. There were also other panels and screws that were not put back correctly. For instance the screws on the driver side panel were cross threaded. You can call berts mega mall and ask what they fixed on it. Did i tell audio dreams about the other damages? No. Because i knew I'd have another argument to get them to pay for it. I'm saying trust these guys at you're own gut, but I will never spend another dollar here. And with regards to the timing of this review. It was so I didn't have any repercussions if I had to bring it in for tuning the system or any other problems. I also have a coworker who had his suv damaged. And after talking to him we found out it was similar stories AND the same store. I hope the owner sorts out his problems and it doesn't happen to any other customers. Maybe they just can't handle specialty vehicles or rare cars. Maybe they shouldn't work on cars they can't put back together or operate properly. I dunno. read more

Just had some custom work done on my Toyota... Light Bars, Full Sound, Alarm, and some custom work. I felt compelled to share my experience. First of all... Sam, Samir, and Ronnie were OUTSTANDING. Most of the time you walk into a shop, get hustled into a set up that you really didn't want. Most shops ask "how much you're looking to spend." Then they fabricate the system THEY want you to have. Not these guys. Walked in (after doing my research) and walked out with a system that I was (nervous at first) pleased with. Due to custom installation and special request, these guys stepped up to the plate and did not give up. I was so pleased with them and their installation and communication during the process that I had more work done above and beyond my initial request. Needless to say, I have a laundry list of things I am going to have done and these guys are my go to shop. I would suggest if you have any stereo, lighting, or custom applications for you need done hit these guys up. They will talk to you, listen to you, and work with you above and beyond all expectations. Not many shops will go as far as these guys did to leave me satisfied. Hats off guys. Wow, wow, wow!! Audio Dreams has the absolute best customer service I have experienced. Their staff is very polite and sweet, they are very knowledgeable and they do not pressure you or push items on you. It started with a quick search for car stereos on Yelp. I seen all the good reviews and sent a message for a quote on Sunday and got an immediate response. I was looking for either an Aux cord for my aux button to work on my older suv or a touch screen with bluetooth with installation. I received my quote quickly and was surprised how affordable the Stereo was for a great name brand. I then inquired about a flip down monitor I could use to stream from my cell phone. He recommended a brand and gave me a great quote. I opted for only the Stereo and was offered no credit checked financing with no interest for 3 months if I was interested. I opted for just the Stereo for now and had no pressure of adding the DVD, but they would have other cheaper options available if I wanted. I ended up just getting the install of both the Stereo and the DVD player with other added options that I opted for upon arrival. Got my amp and sub installed here today. They did a good, clean, quality job on my car and I am happy with the result. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I had a wait a little longer than I would have wanted, but there were other customers cars that needed to be worked on so I understand for the most part.
