I purchased all my equipment elsewhere but went in to have my sub and amp installed here. Sent Sam a message and he was quick to answer my questions. My head unit and highs were all installed at another location (2yrs ago). After finally settling with my sub and amp, I contacted Audio Dreams and got a good quote on 12/23/2018 and went in Christmas Eve for the installation. System was thumping and I was finally happy to have bass. About a week and a half later, my highs started cutting in and out until only the passenger driver side was working. I wasn't too happy at this point and contacted Audio Dreams again. I informed Sam of what was going on and he told me he'd check it out. We spoke again as I arrived and informed them again that nothing was purchased here but I had them only install the amp kit, amp, and sub. Sam said no problem we'll see what we can do. Upon further inspection, the tech along with Sam advised me that the wiring to the speakers became corroded & Keeping it professional, Sam recommended possibilities of how that came to be but never bad mouthing anyone. Even though these speakers weren't installed by them but the amp sub and amp kit, they replaced all plugs and guaranteed warranty on their work and the previous work "IF" it's simple to do at NO CHARGE. My experience here was nothing but great & they've allowed me access to view the tech working on both occasions I was here, giving me a better piece of mind unlike other places in the past. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade or even maintain their current stereo system. Stand up shop in my opinion. read more

Do not let these People touch your car I had them install a stereo and an alarm I came out with AC problems with the controls, the steering wheel column cover busted, my Bluetooth for my phone don't work when they told me it would work just as good as the factory one. My Truck just sat in their parking lot when they promised to get a head unit installed by the end of the day. I have recently got my 2020 Honda Civic Sport. We did focal k2 components in front , Acces components in rear. With a 5 channel avionixx amp , along with a Focal K2 subwoofer 10' in a ported box. We added a 1,500 watt audio control amp just to power the bass. To finish it up we added a MOSCONI DSP to give the car a concert sound and give the mid and highs a very clean and Crisp sound. We also prortected it with a BLACKVUE 2 channel dash cam front/rear to protect the system and the car. SAM'S THE MAN! Let me just put that out there right now. A coworker recommended Audio Dreams to me, so the first thing I did was come to Yelp to see the high star ratings and read the reviews. What sealed the deal for me was seeing that someone I know wrote a review about Audio Dreams because they were a satisfied customer. What's cool about this shop is that it's right off the freeway and next to an IHOP, Starbucks and LA Fitness. So you can go get chow, coffee or a quick workout while waiting for the techs to get done with your car. What's even cooler is the price point of items sold here. I went in looking for an alarm for my 98 Civic. Sam gave me three options to choose from ranging from least expensive to most expensive and he took the time to explain the difference in all three. I told him what I wanted (in my case, I was looking for a simple, plain alarm with not too many whistles and bells), he listened and then we talked business. What I liked most about my visit is that Sam isn't pushy. He gave me options, I picked the one I wanted, and he didn't try to sell me on getting the most expensive one. Most of the time, salesmen get pissed off when they can't get you to go with the more expensive option, but not Sam. It was like Sam didn't care whether he sold you the most expensive one or the cheapest one because he knew you were going to spend what you are comfortable to spend. While I was there, I also asked about installing a simple stereo, and he gave me price points on that too. So I will be back to purchase one from him. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. They were pretty quick too. He told me it would take about an hour to get that alarm put in and they must've done it in about 45 minutes. I took one of my cars they and they installed a amp, sub, head unit and 4 new door speakers for a pretty decent price. I had a few problems with the sub but they were always glad to fix it. I took my new car in and got a sub and amp installed and it was great. I just recently took it back for a new face plate and touch screen head unit and I love it. Pretty honest guys and decent prices. I'd recommend it to anyone. Mission audio claimed they couldn't get a new fave plate for my 2009 Honda Fit and they'd have to cut into the plastic but audio dreams ordered a new black face plate for it.
