My wants - subwoofer & speakers. My vehicle had an in dash navigational system, but it was old. I knew next to nothing about after market equipment, but after pricing the original manufacturer prices, it was recommended to me for both better quality and value for the money. My approach is typically to check out three businesses. After a visit to the first place I was sold. The owner spent about 5-8 minutes checking existing equipment, recommended a few brands, and gave me a quote. He was honest, didn't push the most expensive unit, told me I could add a subwoofer later, and was close to my job. However, I decided to check another place for comparison. This owner spent less time looking inside my vehicle, said he needed to check on a piece of equipment and would call me. The price he quoted was higher and he never called me back. I was about to go with the first business, but checked Yelp once more and Audio Dreams caught my attention again. My husband's schedule worked that day (& he's rarely available in the afternoon) and we drove to Audio Dreams. From the moment we walked in there was a connection with Wesam, the owner (known as "Sam"). He told us Rafael would thoroughly evaluate the system, which would take about 15 minutes. Upon completion, Rafael let us know the existing radio and navigation system needed to be replaced as it would not integrate with the new DVD. This was new information! Rafael made recommendations of equipment and then we talked with Wesam. The job would take about 5-6 hours and it was close to closing. My husband and I discussed it at home and made the decision to go with Audio Dreams. Best decision, hands down!!! Next day I called Wesam, arranging for a ride home. Information on Yelp said Audio Dreams provides shuttle service, a definite plus! Everyone I interacted with there was so pleasant, which included Tyler, the shuttle driver. They are like family, a great working environment. I was able to run errands while the car stereo installation was taking place. Here's where it got interesting. The existing in dash navigation system was causing problems - quite challenging. In addition, the DVD recommended turned out to not fit the space of the defective DVD unit. Kudos to Rafael for his persistence in solving the problems, which took time. In the midst he had to replace the old unit with the largest DVD they sell -- at no additional cost to us. Wesam stands by his quote! We walked away with a complete system integrated with the controls on the steering wheel including subwoofer and speakers along with headphones. My husband is thrilled! The new navigation system has CarPlay, which integrates real time with one's smartphones - the navigational system will never be obsolete. Had we taken our vehicle anywhere else, the outcome would not be the same. I have recommended Audio Dreams to a friend - the business name is real!!! read more

Long over due rating, they put in a full system on my 84 RX-7 back in April, and they did a great clean job. They took their time didn't rush and made sure they were extremely careful with an old car with old interior parts. Returned my car and you wouldn't even notice I had a system in it on how well hidden and clean they did with the wiring. Audio Dreams is the perfect name for this audio shop. I had so many sound quality issues. I would have static in my speaker and hiss/whine noises. I drive a sports car so things tend to resonate in my interior cabin causing a lot of interference with my audio quality. I made frequent visits back to Audio Dreams to try and find a solution. Each and every time I came back Sam (Owner) and his team greeted and treated me like family. Doing everything they can to help me achieve the perfect sound quality. We had run into so much issues with my vehicle and I was just about ready to give up on my sound system but Audio dreams would not quit and was determined to get me my perfect sound system. Extremely friendly service here, Sam was great and if I'm not mistaken Sean was the one that hooked up my car, and after the installation showed me all i would need to know about the stereo. Excellent job, was really happy with the way it turned out, it was a nice upgrade to the car's looks and for just having installed a couple 6.5 pioneer door speakers to go along with it the clarity of the sound is amazing! I went here last weekend to have the stock system on my truck replaced. I gave Sam my budget and he asked what kind of music I listened to, and if there was anything in particular I wanted. After talking for 10-15 minutes, he came up with 3 outstanding options... good, better, and best. I went with the best, which was still quite close to the budget I had started with, and the sound is amazing. Since I was going to wait for the installation, he put my truck at the front of the queue, and had it done in a few hours. He has outstanding staff, and several other vehicles came out at nearly the same time as mine, so it was nice to know that even though he made special effort to get my truck done early, other customers were not negatively impacted by having to wait for my vehicle. Prior to coming in last weekend, I had reached out and been in touch with Wesam regarding some options for an aftermarket alarm for my RSX. Even though I was asking questions and asking for quotes well after business hours, I got almost immediate responses from Wesam--and always with good energy and charisma. Great service. My subwoofer was acting up and one of my front door speakers was cutting out. They checked both and gave me an honest assessment that my head unit was fine and speakers were fine, just a loose wire. They didn't pressure me or try to up sell me. I ended up buying a replacement Kicker sub at a much cheaper price then I had paid for somewhere else. System sounds great and they did it that day as a walk-in in a couple of hours. read more

So the stock stereo in my 08 suburban went out. So I was looking for a quick fix. Did a quick yelp search and Audio Dreams popped up. My first instinct was wow by all the great reviews. So I decided to give them a call. I was made to feel comfortable over the phone by Sam. He told me he would have the technicians do an initial check of the stereo free of charge. That's awesome I thought so I made an appointment to make sure Sam was there and was instantly greeted by the whole staff. So friendly to say the least. So they checked my stereo and it was definitely dead on arrival. Which in actuality was a great thing. I was given multiple options for upgrades. Which I loved. Sam even went through the trouble of calling the dealership on speakerphone to see what a factory replacement would cost. So after all said and done I decided to put the new Pioneer Apple CarPlay unit with back up camera in my truck. Now I have Bluetooth back up camera and CarPlay for less what the dealer wanted for a refurbished stock stereo. I wanted this review to reflect how great Sam and the whole staff at Audio Dreams.
