I have lived in La Verne for the past 13 years and have used Audio Dreams exclusively for 6-8 various projects over that time. We have had stereo systems put in a couple cars, camera/back up lighting for our RV, and driving/fog/back up lighting for our 4x4 toy hauler truck. Every time, they have exceeded our expectations. I can't say they are the cheapest and I don't care about saving a couple bucks. I understand labor costs and what is required for installs. Every install seems so reasonable I have never felt the need to look elsewhere. Reasonable and fast installation with fantastic custom results that look factory. So much so, we have referred a couple dozen folks as well as family to the shop. Alarms, stereos, ground effects.... All have come back saying they too have been taken care of as well. I came into Audio Dreams looking for a new car stereo for my Cadillac. Lots of stores told me i had zero options. Well guess what that was not true. Not only did I get this beautiful touch screen with apple car play and back up camera, but they changed the speakers to Focal and added a small amp and subwoofer. Wow does it sound amazing. I want to add that I am not as technical with the new technology as most, and i came in a few times for tutorials and they gave me the same hospitality and comfort as they did when helping me with my purchase. Sam took care of my cadillac although I had some demands in order for it to be flawless. I recently took my Buick in and also had some issues but they offered to take care of it. Also, the dash cam that I purchased is useless for my needs . That was my fault but also theirs for not explaining to me what it does exactly and how it draws constant power from my cigarette lighter connection even when the car is off draining my battery, doesn't hold a charge and then turns off as soon as I unplug it. But I am sure Sam will give me a refund or make something work in order for me to feel satisfied with my purchase. They didn't do a clean job and put a screw in my lid deck and cut hole is different places that weren't talked about on my 1966 beetle. It was a struggle to get them to fix it. But they "fixed" it and the back camera they installed on the beetle isn't even working. In addition, they were supposed to do work on my dads van as part of rectifying what they did to my beetle, but because I came a couple month they because my mom passed from Covid-19 and didn't have my receipt(which they had and wouldn't look for it), They didn't honor their work to install cameras on my dads van for free. So I just got the camera which I paid 300 for both and I found the cameras for a much cheaper price of 40 buck each. Don't go here the are a pain to deal with and it's not worth your money, time or even interacting with the staff. This is true! Just like is said a pain to deal. Will never refer anyone here. Also, The owner said I wanted something free. In fact I didn't. He want me to pay an extra 500 to install my dads cameras. I don't want anything free from them, nothing they do is worth anything even if it's free. Stopped by here today around 12pm and they took my car in right away and started working. They finished around 1:30pm and I sat in the lot messing around with it. My phone connected to carplay but would not play audio via carplay or bluetooth. I went back inside and voiced my concern and they took the car back to further troubleshoot. Since Sam wants to lie in front of everyone on Yelp claiming I brought him a "used/damaged" DSP and left a "false" review here is proof that I paid FULL price for a brand new/flawless DSP from the only authorized Helix dealer in the nation eligible to ship through mail. If it was used Sam then why would anybody pay full price for it then? I didn't ask for any discount, Ferris was the one who offered me $50 for scratching my DSP, even Tyler was there to witness. It's ok to mess up Sam, it happens to everyone. I noticed my right speaker wasn't working anymore so I made an appointment and they noticed one speaker died. I had an old Focal K2 set swapped out for the new model and upgraded my rear ancient Focal Access from 2004 to K2. Drove home and noticed my subs were not sounding like they used to so made an appointment the following week to address that. Arrived as the opened and they took me 1st and did some adjustments to my DSP. Drove home and was a bit happier but not totally happy so I called them and they quickly said "come back". So I did, this time they looked at all the settings on my amp and made sure all my RCA's were correctly installed. They did some more adjusting think the Tech was Jay, super nice and knowledgeable explained all the crossover and Hz adjustments as I played my favorite tracks to give him a better idea of what I wanted. After a few adjustments on the amp my subs came alive!!!!! Thank you Sam and crew for outstanding customer service and great installers. Those of you that go and and want something tweaked just tell them they will do it. My favorite part is making Sam laugh asking about low end gear like crunch, dual, Boss etc. They only carry quality gear by Alpine, Focal, Mosconi, Arc Audio, JL Audio, Avionixx, Kenwood, JVC. But of course have the entire line of each company to match your budget as they will not force you to buy anything and are very considerate about your budget.
