They subsequently installed aftermarket head units and backup cameras in a few of my families vehicles. In March, I purchased a Tesla Model Y. I contacted Audio Dreams and spoke with Theron about the install. I was concerned about the battery usage and any changes to the vehicle. Theron assured me that they have done many installs on Tesla vehicles and the connecting an amp to the 12V battery would not affect the vehicle in anyway. The following day I visited the shop and met with Jason who also was confident in the install. What I like is that Jason retrieved notes with the discussion that I had with Theron. We mapped out the best system based on my listening needs and the vehicle, which was a 12-inch JL Audio Microsub, Alpine Amplifier, and LC2i channel line. I was lucky to get an appointment the next day (Saturday) and have the install complete. It took about 3 hours. The sub met expectations and the install was clean. You would never know an additional subwoofer was in the vehicle. If you are looking to enhance you Tesla Premium Sound system, I would recommend Audio Dreams. This review has been in the making for a few months now. That's only because I keep upgrading my system. I've gone from Focal Auditor to Focal Flax and now Focal K2 on all 4 doors. Sam and his crew have been very helpful and patient every step of the way. They will not stop until the client(you) is happy. And let me tell you I left there smiling from ear to ear. Run dont walk away from this place! Completely unprofessional! First and foremost they did a horrible installation and took way too long to do it to begin with. Initially they gave promising lead times then kept giving excuses as to why the work wasn't done then upon completion the subs randomly turn off on top of out of wack audio mids and highs. Then trying to get back to them to have it fixed they wanted to charge again for labor!? I've never dealt with more frustrating staff and management. I will say that as far as experts; the team here are on point: They took care of me and my truck, same day, in 4 hours with no appointment. (Recommendation if you bring your own gear to install. Have the installation kit ready or they might have to order it and might delay your install) From start to finish; the experience was good. Came in around 1pm with my own head unit and installation kit. They walked my car and said yeah, we can do it today no problem. I bought an amp and subwoofer from them and they were super honest and transparent about the prices showing me the competitors to show they aren't over charging. At no point did i feel pressured or were up-sold anything. Just straight audio enthusiasts talking to each other. I also asked about bundling the dash cam and they added that at such a steal. When. WOW!!! I've never had an upgraded sound system in my car. I love to listen to music with the windows down and sunroof open but never had anything that could keep up, especially on the freeway. I'm the type of customer that prefers quality over price, especially in stuff related to my vehicle. Wanted to update my review, since the owner says it's false, all this is true also I went to another stereo shop, and they found the problem, it wasn't the radio, it was how it was installed, they never strapped it from the back so all that was holding it in place was the volume and selector buttons, makes sense creating pressure on the volume so it was always turning up and down without touching it, cost me $125 , not only they lost me as a customer but my cousin ain't going there either, sorry but this went on for too long read more
