It was returned to me covered in exterior water spots, interior drips, and significant water stains on the headliner. I spent hours cleaning the interior and exterior myself, but the headliner stains remained. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I brought the car back today. I was told they couldn't wash the car because they would likely leave 'swirl marks' on the paint--an unbelievable admission for a professional shop. Most shockingly, after being patient through weeks of excuses, the owner Steve called me 'unprofessional' and told me they no longer wanted my business because I asked for the damage to be fixed. Was interested in 3M ceramic tint but he stated they only carried Johnson Supreme. did my research and it's slightly better than what i was initially looking for. So slightly better quality tint for almost a quarter price less than what i was quoted at other tint shops. Brought two cars to get tinted here. Steve and his team got started right away after giving us a demonstration and tint request. Amazing tint quality and service. Only regret i have is not choosing the darker tint %. Will def bring my cars here in the future.
