The guys were very helpful and professional, helped me decide what I needed and gave info about the shipping process. We ordered 10 lobster. We made lobster and a seafood boil. There is no kitchen, but a small prep area with electric griddles. My wife ordered the lobster roll, which they were willing to swap the brioche hot dog bun for sour dough sliced bread. They carefully weigh out their lobster and lightly dress it with mayo prior to putting on the bread. My wife enjoyed it, but said it's not a lobster roll she would ever get from them again. I had the crab role which had plenty of shredded crab meat, but very light on the mayo and I felt underwhelmed. The place was worth trying, but not something I would go out of my way to purchase from again. You do get a bag of chips with your meal so there is a positive note.
