I would not recommend Dr. Lin to anyone. My friend broke her leg last week and had to go to Dr. Lin because he is listed as her primary care physician(PCP). The emergency room she received treatment advised her she would most likely need surgery, but she would need a referral from her PCP to go to a podiatrist. when she visited his office last week. After waiting over an HOUR past her appointment time, he told her she should not need surgery. My friend has to restate what the emergency room doctor said and requested the referral a second. On yesterday, 9/1/23, I took her back to Dr. Lin because she needed referral from PCP for blood work and test because she has to have surgery. Her appointment time was 11:15 a.m. Dr. Lin finally saw her at 1:30 p.m., 2 hours and 15 minutes passed her appointment time. The first question he ask her was who are you. she stated "I'm the person who had a 11:15 appointment with". He had a total disregard for her time or/and her broken leg, which I had to pull up a magazine rack to elevate her leg on while she waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for him to see her. He is one of the reason that people hate HMOs. I have an HMO and have never experience anything like this. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHYSICIAN 1. Receptionist never answers the phone. If by chance you do get to talk to someone, they put you on hold right away and keep you waiting for a long while. 2. Staff is completely incompetent and disorganized. Did not know how to give my 5yo a proper eye exam and did not know where anything was in their own office. 3. Physician did not have vaccinations already in office. He informed us that he needed to see if he could buy some from the physician across the hall, because she usually has them on hand. 4. For a doctor's office, it was very unclean and cramped in the waiting room. Looked like it had not been wiped down or disinfected in weeks. 5. Also, we went back the following day and noticed that not even the trash cans had been changed. They were filled to the top. 6. Physician does not care about his patients' time and expects them to wait for 45min+ until he sees them... when he has no other patients except for you. 7. After waiting for so long to be seen, we're getting to walk out when noticed the physician just chit chatting with the front desk staff about personal topics. read more

Worst place to go! Dr Lin is rude, doesn't seem to care, and seems like he doesn't want to be there. After about 3 times going to him and giving him chances I finally changed doctors. This physician was assigned to me by Scan Prime Medicare Advantage insurance. I waited one hour before I started to get upset and asked what was taking so long. When I walked in at 11:15am, there was one other patient at the waiting room, so there were two of us waiting until 11:30am, when the patient that was there before me was called. My appointment time was 11:30am. So, this doctor consulted with this patient for 40 minutes! After he left, I was lead into a consultation room. Twenty minutes later, 12:30pm, I was still waiting, when I had been the only patient in a consultation room for 20 minutes! I finally got very upset and demanded to know what possible reason they had for making me wait for 1 hour already, when there were only a total of 2 patients in the office, including myself! This inconsiderate ultra rude doctor, instead of apologizing for his gross inefficiency, started to order me to get back into the consultation room! I asked why. He answered so that he could tell me the reason for his making me wait for an hour! I replied no I wasn't going back into the room. He finally said that he was spending 20 minutes making notes about the patient he just spent 40 minutes consulting with! WOW !!!!! WHO SPENDS 60 MINUTES TALKING TO AND MAKING NOTES ABOUT ONE PATIENT, WHILE ANOTHER PATIENT HAS ALREADY BEEN WAITING FOR 60 MINUTES ?!!!!!! AND THEN, TO ORDER ME AROUND LIKE A DOG !!!!! Needless to say that I walked out after such rude behavior, filed a grievance with my insurance company, and ultimately dumped him and the insurance company !!!! Beware, if you are of color! I am Asian. This guy spent 60 minutes worrying about the Caucasian patient he saw before me, and he didn't give a CRAP how long I waited !!!!!! Yes, he's Asian too, but it seems Asian doctors disrespect fellow Asians, because they don't think that we will complain !!!!! read more

Dr. Lin is by far one of the best doctors I've seen. He takes his time asking you questions about your history and your condition and answering your questions as well, he doesn't rush you out of the room he's there for you. Sometimes I have waited about an hour or more but it is totally worth it. I deducted 1 star from this review because one thing is frustrating is that he never has staff, he's running late and so on. Yes everybody likes to check in, see the DR and leave, but let's be honest are you 100% satisfied with your care every single time you go in to one of these express clinics? My insurance has changed my PCP so many times and even though I'm in need of a doctor, I wait a month for my insurance to get me back to Dr Lin's care. read more

I have been with Dr Lin for 5 years and how dare people talk shit like this about him ! He is the Best doctor that anyone can find. He has been nothing but a helpful doctor that you will ever find! I had went to Dr. Lin a couple weeks back I called the office someone answered the phone and I kept asking the lady I wanted to make an appointment but I only spoke Spanish the lady kept saying hello so I kept repeating myself when she finally said something else I told her again I want to make an appointment she asked me do you speak English I kept telling her I wanted to make an appointment she placed me on hold for 10 minutes so I just got upset and hung up I would never go to that office I felt offended when she asked if I spoke English if I did wouldn't you think I would tell you in English?!? read more
