We ordered 2 almond pretzel and there were only 2 left. She put a pretzel in the bag and the bag fell on the floor. No apologies and she decided to just ring up one pretzel so I had to go back line. I did and was told it would take 12 mins also because another customer ordered the same. Well, I'm not sure if they just decided to get the one that was in the bag that fell and just reheated it cuz the one they gave me was much darker than the first one they gave my daughter. This location is located inside Serramonte Mall. My family and I decided to order a variety of pretzels and dips. We ordered the pepperoni, almond, plain and sour cream onion pretzels. We also ordered original and cinnamon flavor pretzel bites. We got two cheese, caramel, and sweet glaze dips as well. Our favorites were the pepperoni and almond pretzels. The sour cream onion one is way too salty. Our favorite dip is the cheese dip. It goes well with the plain pretzel and the pretzel bites. read more

There are two Auntie Anne's located at the Serramonte Center. I am reviewing the Auntie Anne's located in the Target wing, the one with Cinnabon. I normally purchase my pretzel nuggets at the Auntie Anne's located in the Dick's wing; however, since I was by Target, I thought, hey, why not. A plus was, no one was in line. I was so disappointed. Some of my pretzel nuggets were little slivers (see picture). It was like scrapings from the pan, leftovers. So, where is the quality assurance? The line setup is a little confusing too. As I was leaving, someone came in the same direction. I do have to admit that service was good. It was quick and efficient. Auntie Anne's is always my favorite pretzel place at the mall. It has always been the better of the other pretzel chains like Wetzel Pretzel. My favorite thing to get is always the almond pretzel. They're sweet and doughy without being too overpowering; something delectable while window shopping (cuz you already know i'm broke af going to the mall every weekend). The pretzels are cheap and fairly filling for the time being. I was compelled to write this review to thank the Serramonte workers who seemed cheerful and attentive. There were no other customers or anything but I wanted to enjoy the pretzel bites in sour cream & onion flavor though the only listed flavors were original and cinnamon sugar. I knew that the only difference between the original and the sour cream & onion was that the sc&o is created by tossing the originals in flavored powder. The employee didn't fuss about this special request. He also went to the extra lengths to ask if it was okay that it was served in a bag instead of a cup; it was not a problem to me.
