    Bockwurst and sweet potato fries
    Nina C.

Friendly service, mediocre food. I ordered bockwurst on a roll with sauerkraut and pickled onions and a small order of sweet potato fries. Sausage was not very juicy and sweet potato fries under salted. Casual ambience. An option for later night eats in the Mission but I'm not in a rush to return.

The location is casual, with easy walk up ordering. We stopped for a birthday bite, including, beers, sausages, pretzel sticks, spaetzle and schnitzel. About $35 per person.

Yum! They have a ton of beer and food options. The food ranged from burgers to schnitzel to sausage. The warm potato salad is very tasty. I really enjoyed their sauce selection - curry ketchup, honey wasabi dijon mustard, and more! It definitely has a great local vibe in there and pretty decently priced beers. It has outdoor patio as well!

Closure of this longstanding Mission sausage spot was barely averted late last year, and to my embarrassment, I had never been to this location. Now I had patronized the Lower Haight cafe which closed over three years ago, but my last visit was like sixteen years ago. Guess I'm an infrequent weenie eater. I have an inappropriate joke about that, but I'll keep it to myself. According to my Yelp review way back then, I loved the bratwurst I had, and it was on the menu here. However, whenever I see Currywurst listed, I always order it simply because I had a really good one at Curry 36 in Berlin once (review: https://yelp.to/oVSBrrs7FI). Here it's the $12 Berliner, and sure enough, it looked authentic, and I ordered the knockwurst as my sausage of choice. It arrived with the knockwurst sliced, covered in curry ketchup, and ladled on a pile of fries. I was provided with a toothpick which is the appropriate utensil for currywurst (photo: https://yelp.to/ZtSuNQ3Jfw). My verdict? I was disappointed because it was oversalted. I tried to offset the taste with the garlic-pepper mayonnaise (one of six complimentary dipping sauces they offer as condiments) but to little avail. I was also a bit bummed that they only had Boylan Diet Cola to wet my whistle for all the curry and salt. FOOD - 3 stars...salty currywurst AMBIANCE - 3.5 stars...spacious, felt like they were going for a communal beer hall set-up SERVICE - 3.5 stars...attentive enough TOTAL - 3 stars...maybe I should go back to the bratwurst RELATED - Exploring the Mission? Best wiener in San Francisco? Yes, potentially. They got a variety of sausages. An impressive variety without a doubt. I love the way they grill them too. Very solid sausages. I will say San Francisco lacks great hot dogs outside of the street meat carts that roll around. If the best hot dogs in SF are on a rolling cart, then it might be time to reconsider our hot dog game. Rosamunde has done its part to make sausages legitimate in SF. I'll do my research to find the rest. Rosamunde you got to step it up with the sides. Also, these prices are a bit of a stretch. But hey you know I'm really here for the flavor. I had a cheddar brat, an andouille and an Italian sausage. The amount of cheddar they stuffed into that brat should be studied. All in all, very solid. Rosamunde clocked in and got the job done today. (4.2 Stars)

On a weekday no place better that's open earlier then this spot! Start with a beer from arguably the best selection of local craft beers. Fun fact...almost every beer has its own proper glass for drinking. Beer glasses are beer clean just ask my beer lacing!! Now the sausages speak for themselves you can order them hot and cooked or order to go from the deli window. The place is in the heart of the mission and despite the stereotypes the ambiance is great. Kevin helped us on a busy day and kept our glasses filled and kept the line of customers waiting to none. Well done sir. Now the surprise for me and reason for review is the wings they have on the menu now this holiday season. Grilled, Smokey, deliciousness is best way to describe these wings!! Unique buffalo sauce that had me order them twice in one sitting and my opinion an even better French fry sauce after you eat the wings!

food was incredible. beyond sausage tasted great. great and lively ambiance, had sports games playing all around. service was quick and the servers were very kind!

Burger, bratwurst with jalapeño slaw and grilled onions , pretzel sticks (came with 3 but we'd been munching)

It's been 1 year since they got new owners and we've really been enjoying some of the new menu items. This time we got a burger and bratwurst. Next time we're going for the brunch menu. Food was great as always and it came out quick too. Friendly staff and good vibes.

Super nice trip to Rosamunde. Really enjoyed the spicy Italian sausage as well as the beer sausage. Good pickles / sides and the spetzle was also excellent.

Stalwart supplier of yummy things on tap as well as a dazzling array of tubular meats, this place is a gem. Be bold. Share a table. Try a beer you can't pronounce.

Great beer selection, food was good, spacious place, several condiment options. I love that they had hard kombucha on tap. Not a bad spot to watch the game either (but not sure how busy it gets on big game days). Will be back!

Knockwurst dog, with relish, grilled onions and spicy brown mustard!

I wanted a quality hot dog and found this place by my work through Yelp. Got the Knockwurst with a pilsner and i could not be more happier to choose this place! The person serving me was awesome and the place was relaxing to kick back and enjoy my hotdog/sausage and beer. This place is conveniently right near the 24th mission BART!

Came across this place randomly but glad we decided to stop in. Sort of a divey-restaurant with lots of beer on tap and sausages. We got 4 different kinds of sausages "sf style" aka grilled and on a French roll with 2 free classic toppings. We got grilled onions and sauerkraut. We tried the wild boar, duck and fig, knockwurst, and Hungarian. We also got an order of fries. I didn't realize how big the hot dogs would be and probably should've only ordered 1. Overall they were really good, the sausages were snappy and the fries were perfect! Interior is not the cutest but the service was really nice.

We booked the dining reservation and checked all the fine print. Luckily, I finally found a review saying that their children were turned away at the door before we actually left for our reservation. What a disappointment! Seems like it would be really easy to just write 21+ when you go to make a reservation if you don't want to answer the phone!

If you're a Harry Potter fan, this spot is a must. The food was fresh and delicious, but let's talk about Nate the bartender, super cool, kind and welcoming. The taproom is quite spacious and could accommodate several large groups; however, the night of our visit was relatively quiet, perhaps due to the cold weather.
