Multiple times I have tried to take my son to this location well before it shows they close on their website (9pm) and almost every time it is closed early. This might be the worst service i've ever had in my life. I asked for a small and I didn't hear her say there was only medium and large sizes and she yelled at me for asking for a small. Then I asked for a regular lemonade and she said in a very angry tone "they are all lemonade!" So if you see the manager Mel I would just walk out. Entered the store in good spirits and the older brunette lady with long nails had a TERRIBLE attitude. She stood behind the counter making comments on the fact that they didn't have any of the particular pretzel we wanted made when she wasn't even on register, and could have easily took that time being rude to make some fresh pretzels. The pretzels were extremely hard, and I wasn't able to enjoy them after receiving such terrible, unwelcoming customer service. Will not be back ever again. Be better. read more

My sister and I decided to stop in to get pretzel bites before a movie. Sadly, they only had one large one and then a small one. They barely had anything at all, but that could be due to the mall being so empty. We both got the cheese with the pretzels. The pretzels were good, but did not taste that fresh. They were a bit cold, and two on the bottom were slightly soggy. It tasted as if they had the pretzels there for a few hours. Even though they were not that fresh, the service was great. The lady at the counter was super sweet. My sister thought there was too much salt in the cheese and pretzels, so she asked for a cup for water. The lady was nice enough to provide one. She made small talk with us as we enjoyed our pretzels in the warm instead of the brisk cold outdoors. read more

I typically love Aunt Annie's pretzel. This particular one, the employees obviously don't want to be there the service is terrible. I went there at 7:30 and they didn't have any pretzels and told me they are closed. They close at 8, per the sign. I went the next day at about 6:30, thinking I'm early enough to get what I want. I wanted pretzel dog bites. The girl told me what was in the case was all they had because they aren't cooking anymore pretzels. They were breaking down the cooking area 1.5 hours before there advertised close time. That's really lazy when they had a customer that was willing to purchase about $30 in food. With this type of attitude, they won't be in business much longer. read more

I came here for my birthday pretzel they wouldn't give it to me couldn't even look up my phone number. I gave the short bitchy blonde on register 14 dollars and she insisted I only gave her 13. 1 Star for the service. 5 stars for the food quality. We walked in and the employees were immediately rude. I'll give you a play by play. My friend: I'll have the pizza pretzel bites. Employee: 10 MINUTES. My friend: okay ... that's fine. Then they made us stand in the cold when there was no one inside. Then they didn't even know who the pizza bites and proceeded to put them under the oven until my friend said something. My friend also used a reward she had used previously. They didn't give her a free large pretzel bite which they had done before. Rude people but will definitely be coming back because the food is too good. read more

Since Nestle Toll House has now closed at Partridge Creek, Auntie Anne's has became my favorite snack place. The staff is always friendly and always offers samples. The pretzels stay very fresh likely because it's a very busy place. Prices are fair I would say. About $2.50 for a single pretzel. They have flavored pretzels, pretzel nuggets, pepperoni pretzel and pretzel dogs amongst other items. Don't forget to get a lemonade, frozen lemonade or an icee to drink. Not much room inside the store so I would advise big groups to wait outside and have a few members of your group go inside and order the food and bring it out to you. Sign up for the rewards program and get points towards free pretzels and coupons. read more

The level of unprofessionalism in this place is astounding. Normally I don't have problems with Auntie Anne's but this location was just horrible. Don't get me wrong I love their pretzels and the lemonade is outstanding but I'm giving this location 1 star for the staff. I do all of the rewards/coupons as well I was with my brother at the mall as my mom was shopping, so I had $50 with me because I didn't want to go ask my mom for her money. I went in because my brother wanted pretzel nuggets so I ordered a combo with the lemonade. The cashier, Lis or Liz or whatever her name was not attentive to my order so I had to repeat it, and then it went worse from there, should I mention she didn't even acknowledge me or say "welcome" as I walked in the door? I got out my money, let me remind I only had a $50 with me, and she said "um, we can't take this, do you have anything smaller?" in a rude way. I replied no, and she said we would have to exchange money. Luckily there was a man in the store who exchanged me $50 for 10s but I did not care anymore I was so annoyed by her condescending and rude behaviour I decided that I would just leave and I did, as she rolled her eyes as she was waiting for me to give her the money. It's like as if she didn't want me spending the $10 on a pretzel combo that I would have gladly purchased just because I love Auntie Anne's Horrible worker!! It was not worth my time to go through all of that, mind you there were only 2 people in the pretzel shop That experience ruined my whole view on Auntie Anne's. Thankfully they have a starbucks at partridge creek so I went there, my brother and I were greeted by much friendlier workers who would tender our $50 I get it's probably store policy but that's not what set me off, it was how unprofessional and unfriendly Liz at the cashier was. Generally love auntie Anne's stood in line for ten minutes at Partridge creek .....that was ok they were very busy. When I finally got to the front of the line I noticed none of the workers were wearing gloves. The cashier that had taken over to move the line along had just come from putting the pretzels in the cups and holding her whole hand over the top of the pretzel cup. Now she was about to take my money. In the meantime I am watching the guy behind the counter pick up remnants off the floor with his bare hand and then go back to putting cinnamon on the pretzels. I ended up ordering a pop and leaving. I asked why they didn't wear gloves and they stated the health department does not require it. I realize this probably happens more than I care to know but seeing it turned my stomach. This should be a requirement even if the health department does not require it from the corporation. I love pretzels and you cant really go wrong here. It was hot and fresh and the staff was polite. Make sure you get your own because hungry children like to eat pretzels and they will eat it all! So I was up to 3am trying to recreate a boot leg auntie annes recipe that didn't turn out.... so just spend the extra 4 bucks and buy your own. read more

Staff are great -- they never give me a hard time about ordering a 'fresh' pretzel. For the amount of money, I'd rather wait 7 minutes for a hot one right out of the oven. There isn't a lot of standing room. You place your order right next to where the door opens. It gets backed up easily....especially with people bringing in their strollers. It's also frustrating that this is a dog-friendly mall, but you can't take your pet in to order and you can't leave them tied up outside to one of the park benches or table chairs (even though you have full view of them the entire time). How is someone supposed to get any food if they are there with their pet? It doesn't make sense to me. read more
