This is an Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon combination location. We ordered two salted pretzels and a four-pack of Bonbites. I had a 20% off app deal but the employee couldn't figure out how to redeem it so he gave us 10% off instead. It's something at least! Pretzels were thin and doughy and not hot. Disappointing! The Bonbites were fresh and warm but could have had more icing! I'd probably be gluttonous next time and ask for a side of icing and check with them which one of the pretzels has been sitting out the least amount of time. I just like hot pretzels!

Who doesn't enjoy a sweet treat once in a while. I stumbled across Auntie Anne's on my way to Nandos and I absolutely had to stop and purchase a pretzel. I'm not sure how long they have been at Rio but it is a great addition. The service was great. The cashier was able to give me my order within a reasonable time. The ambiance was great as well. The environment was very welcoming. I would recommend stopping by during the day to pick up a sweet treat.

I was excited to find out there was an Auntie Annes in my area. I used to stop at Laurel Mall after school just for a Pretzel. Anyways about this place, i order 2 Cinn Sugars and 2 Almonds. Almonds were good and on point. The Cinn Sugars, well look at the pic so you car see how much sugar. Its a good thing i am not diabetic. Plus they were hard/stale i had to throw them out.

Out of all the times I had it, I can say 2 times it was made the best. The best ratio of cream, matcha, sweetness, etc. They always have a variety of pastries to pick from. & though the line can be a little long sometimes, they move fast. I've sat in the restaurant a couple times, usually there is a lot of people, but it a really nice establishment.

The frosting used on the outside and the cream used on the inside was not the fluffy and soft kind we liked and was not similar to the other cakes from this bakery that we liked. It tasted like hard butter and unfortunately we had to throw out the entire cake since everyone refused to eat more than the first bite. My husband asked the employee if this was a vanilla sponge cake and they said yes since he cannot eat chocolate cake. Unfortunately once we cut it, it was chocolate. It was a waste of $50+ and would not recommend unless you're just purchasing for pictures and not to eat. The mango and strawberry croissants were good with sweet whipped cream. I liked how the cream also tasted like mango in the mango croissant. The sweet pretzel was also good and crunchy. The inside of the store is nice with plenty of tables. I also liked how there were a lot of outlet spaces.

At 11:07, I looked into the store and saw movement although the lights were still turned off. The staff member saw me and came to the door. She informed me that they had a last-minute catering request and she needed about 15 minutes before opening the door. She said that if I could come back in 15 minutes that she would offer me a discount. When I returned 15 minutes later, I told her I wanted to order a cinnamon roll. She said that I didn't have to wait earlier if I was just ordering a cinnamon roll. However, she did not ask what I was ordering during our earlier interaction. So that means that I waited for nothing. At the very least, she should have apologized for the inconvenience that I experienced and since I used the Groupon offer, I was not offered anything for waiting. Also, if there is a last-minute catering request, that should not affect the opening of the store. I was disappointed with the service that I received. The only redemption was that the cinnamon roll was really good. I ordered a customized roll with cream cheese, coconut, caramel sauce, Oreo, and pie crumble. It was divine and worth every calorie.

Of course, it smelled amazing when I walked in. I ordered an Old Skool Roll($7). It was soooo good. It was the perfect texture and perfect amount of sweet. Interior is cute and was decorated festively for Christmas. There's a few tables away for dine-in. I'll be in area more often now so I'll be back soon! With love, The Picky Pescatarian

They switch out some flavors based on holidays or months. This month (may) is aapi month so they have a lot of delicious Asian inspired ice cream flavors. My favorite is mango sticky rice, Thai ice tea and black sesame crumb cake. Some of the past flavors I like was orange chocolate chip, Bethesda brown brickle (always on the menu), salt & cream oatmeal cookie, bourdon walnut pie, and earl grey speculoos. Yeah like I said I've been here a lottttt!

Sarah offers plenty of flavors, but none of them truly stood out…read more I was stunned upon entering as the wall was covered with every flavor imaginable. There were endless fruity and chocolate combinations to choose from. I had a chuckle at their Luck O' The Irish flavor, a leprechaun inspired mix of mint Oreo and Lucky Charms. There was a sign stating that samples were limited to two, but I appreciated that the employees let us try a few extra given the overwhelming variety. *Lavender Honey: leaned far more heavily into honey than lavender. I was disappointed by how faint the floral notes were. The base was overly milky and dominated by sweetness rather than any delicate herbal flavor. *Cherry Blossom: suffered from the same issue of muted flavors. Supposedly a rose water and cherry combination, neither ingredient made much of an impression on the base. The rose lacked any fragrance and the cherry failed to provide either tartness or brightness. *Salted Caramel: slightly too aggressive with the sea salt, though it could have worked if the caramel had more depth. Instead, the caramel lacked any rich, toasted flavor, leaving the overall profile rather flat. The variety was entertaining, but the execution fell short. Many of the flavors sounded far more exciting than they actually tasted. The mix-ins and toppings needed to be incorporated more generously, and the bases themselves required stronger infusions to carry the advertised flavors. In the end, the playful names were more memorable than the ice cream itself.

Last Sunday, I wanted to happily buy a cake for Mother's Day but after I already paid as price tag was shown. The owner suddenly came over and said there was an extra charge because it was a "Mother's Day Special" . Apparently "Special" means rising the price by surprising their customers. Honestly, if there's a holiday surcharge, I would truly understand! But it should be clearly stated before payment -- not after. Very disappointing experience. I only bought it because my mom loves mango cake, but I definitely won't be coming back again I am pretty certain that you're not allowed to raise the price on an item already paid for. It's not the money. It's the principle. This is unethical.
