I seriously love this place! Staff is always kind and willing to make a fresh pretzel when the sweet almond pretzels are out!

The buttery smell of just baked pretzels lures me in and every once in awhile, I cave to this carb with no nutritional value! I'm a purist, so no fancy flavors for me, no dipping sauce required. Just a fresh, hot, soft pretzel without the added melted butter and salt. Heaven. Service is always good, never waited in line, and on Wednesdays they have a pretzel of the day for a $1. Now that's a bargain I can't pass up! read more

Outstanding customer service! Sometimes while working from home we ordered pretzels (before everything was locked down for quarantine) but with everything closing that was not an option for a while. Then while on GrubHub last week we saw them pop back up again so ordered immediately. About 5 minutes later we got a call from the owner saying, unfortunately, they were still closed but the app had reactivated prematurely. Then he offered to still deliver our order himself since a driver would not be able to get into the building. I was a little hesitant just not wanting to be too much of a bother if they weren't open but he insisted and said he would warm up the oven right away so we gave in. A few minutes later I get an update saying a driver had grabbed the order, I honestly don't know how the driver vs store connection works so I assumed the driver I saw was the owner. That was until that driver canceled the order and I got an email saying GrubHub had refunded it. I texted the owner back right away to let him know I needed to pay him again another way since it got refunded but he replied saying the order was on him! Seriously, the owner here went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our lunch and we got our craving fulfilled. They deserve every single star I can give. read more

Customer service is ass and the pretzels are always cold, don't waste your time or money

I've had pretzels before, but @ another vendor in the same mall, again and again and again. I even would stop here, just to get pretzels from them.. I still crave for that! How could they even call this pretzels? They shape like one, but they DIDN'T have the pretzel taste! It was a bit soggy! I asked for garlic & parmesan (flavor I craved from the other vendor). I wanted them cut-up. But, it didn't smell, taste, too bready, like it just came out of the freezer, and kneaded into a pretzel. I was disappointed! It ruined it for me. I ate 1/4th of it, and saved the rest for my husband. My husband agrees with me. He didn't want to eat the rest, he only had 1 bite, and he's done! read more

One of the best quick snacks places that they have in the mall. not overly priced you can even find a Groupon every now and then you usually only have to wait about five minutes to actually get a fresh pretzels if you want. read more

I feel silly writing a review for a mall pretzel stand buuuut... Seriously.. I'm Writing it because they messed up what should have been the most regular mall snack ever. I really am not expecting gourmet! I swear. Im always hungry since I'm pregnant and wanted a salty fresh pretzel with a sweet but tart lemonade after shopping for two hours. I did not get :( The Pretzel my husband and I got was old and dry. I saw them making fresh ones later but they pawned off the old one to us anyway. They gave us a mustard dipping sauce that expired that day and it was somewhat curdled and smelled wrong. Ew. We exchanged it for the chemical cheese which is not part of my one star review because we all know what we're getting with chemical cheese. It was fine. The strawberry "lemonade" was just straight up sugar water. I had like 4 sips and asked them to top it off with regular lemonade to cut the sweet strawberry and they refused saying I'd have to pay $1 for a "refill." Dumb. It was dumb, and I'm dumb for even caring. But I do have really nice memories of when auntie Ann's was new back in the 90s and they had the best pretzels ever and it was the one guilty pleasure I enjoyed at the mall. Aw guess I'm nostalgic. Whoever was running it yesterday at Lloyd center (1/10/15) just seemed to not be living up to even American mall standards... Which aren't exactly very high standards!!! read more

Not much to say about this mall chain, except that it always has consistently good pretzels. If you work at the mall they will give you a super huge soft drink for only $1 (best deal in the mall), and every Wednesday they feature a different pretzel for $1 (not just for mall employees)! A great option for a quick and delicious snack. The people there a very friendly, too! read more

I had a craving for a hot dog while shopping at Lloyd Center, and figured that a pretzel dog at Auntie Anne's would hit the spot. While at the counter, I noticed their menu indicated they use Nathan's Famous brand of hotdogs (not just some generic stuff). I was impressed by that. The price is $3.49 each for a pretzel dog, but they had a special price of two for $5.00. Couldn't resist that. I got two perfectly good hotdogs baked inside tasty pretzels. read more

I wish I could give this zero stars. I had a regular pretzel, with salt, (tasted okay, nothing special) and two cheese thingies, because I dip enthusiastically. HOLY CRAP. This cheese was the most disgusting thing, (and in a thin, wide container that is just not worth any price) and this comes from a lover of fake ass nacho cheese. There was like... oil separated from the yellow flan type glob. I might come back to try their cinnamon pretzels but there's a cinnabon in this mall so if I wanted that sort of thing, I'd go there. Seriously, never coming here again. Still want to gag thinking of that cheese, I can't imagine how nasty the "hot salsa" would have been.
