Stopped in for my free birthday scoop and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly and helped me out with a few samples before I made my choice (it was a difficult decision!). I decided on a cone with Pfish food and it was excellent. I would definitely come back again.

I love Ben and Jerry's ice cream so it is nice to have a scoop shop in Portland! They have my usual favorites- Phish Food, Americone Dream, and sometimes have flavors that you can't get in grocery stores. I stop by every once in a while for a treat and I always visit on Free Cone Day, once a year in April! This shop partners with New Avenues for Youth, a non profit dedicated to the prevention of youth homelessness. Donations on Free Cone Day go to the organization! I love the good that Ben & Jerry's does for communities!

Came here for a sweet treat and it was perfect! Located near Pioneer Square it's super convenient to come by if you're shopping in the area. The inside of the shop was clean and the service was really nice. There were so many different options for ice cream and the staff gave so many good recommendations. Loved it and I would definitely come back.

Free cone day was poppin! Really truly enjoyed their strawberry vegan ice cream flavor, the service was quick, everyone was so nice. The inside had a great energy, A+.

We enjoyed our visit. The staff was engaging and friendly. Gave us recommendations of things to see.

Just got a birthday cake for my son, they made it in on short notice, which they aren't supposed to do. I really appreciated that, next time I'll at least order a few days before the party. It was supposed to serve 20-25 but I think we got 36 small slices out of it. Everyone enjoyed it.

The best ice cream ever! Every flavor is incredibly delicious. Try it for yourself--you'll taste the difference compared to other brands.

The ice cream is horribly overpriced for what it is. The staff at this location are bothered by requests sadly. Never again.

If I was a billionaire, I'd invest in this shop to open a second location by me in Maine. Small batch and homemade, these ice creams are luscious and delicious. They are not sickly sweet, and they don't need to be. They really let the flavors shine on their own. The thai iced tea is my favorite flavor, though the fresh banana is up there too. This trip already I have visited once IRL and later I ordered a shake from them for delivery to my hotel, which was great! No drop in quality there and they drew a cute little note. The service has always been amazing throughout the years. Got to meet THE Miss Oz herself one visit too! Scoops or in shake form, it's a must visit when we find ourselves back in PDX!

To me it's wild to wait that long for a scoop of ice cream. They only had a couple of workers, but they worked quite slow. Not great with a line out the door... There was lot of seating inside which was nice and a park right next door. Would come back, but make sure to come when there isn't a line or expect to wait.

Employees were helpful, not necessarily friendly. You e got a good array of vegan options. I believe all Made with coconut milk, so if you're not a fan of coconut, this might not be your vegan ice cream spot. I tried the sea salt caramel with chocolate chips, which was vegan. It was good, but the coconut stood out quite a bit (I do like coconut). I ended up with one of the 4 grass-fed dairy options, all the good things, which had caramel ice cream, chocolate swirl and fudge and peanut butter chips. It was good. I had it in a waffle cone for $2 more, bringing my half scoop and cone to $5, I believe. The waffle cone was yummy. I wouldn't say the ice cream was anything more special than you can get in your freezer, but nice to have an option out if you're plant-based. Sorry I forgot to take a photo of the ice cream.

We must've had some good karma because when we walked in there was only about 8 people in front of us! I was really surprised in how attentive they were once it was our turn. When we came around 3pm, it wasn't busy, so we got to try some of the flavors right away. They had about fifteen different flavors, including few limited edition ones. We tried about six different ones before deciding the ones we wanted. The staff member was super friendly, politely handing us the sampling spoons with the requested flavors. The store offered single, double, split and kids scoops. They had waffle cone and bowls available as well. We picked the double vanilla and my favorite sea salt caramel ribbons. The kid's scoop costed $5.25 each and additional toppings were 75 cents each. I loved both the scoops. The taste was as good as other locations we had tried. The ice cream was dense and creamy. We enjoyed our time at the store, sitting by the benches they had by the large open windows.

I could only eat a tiny bite of Memphis Mafia (peanut and chocolate chip on top of apple fritter) and that was enough for me. I liked the combination of chocolate peanut butter but not so good on top of an apple fritter. The customer service was friendly. Overall, i think their donuts aren't worth the hype.
