Terrible service. I called on a Saturday around an hour before it was suppose to close and no answer. I tried 9 times over 30 mins before I gave up. There was one time I picked up an order there and after I paid and putting my wallet away the service person left the front and was talking to people in the kitchen they were chatting and laughing the phone up front was ringing and no one came out. It's my second time here and and I got to sit inside this time the music is super relaxing and chill. McKenna and McKayla were very nice and friendly, they gave us a heads up on the wait which ended up only being 5 mins compared to the 45 min wait that they had told us haha. The food was bomb especially the Aloha Royale it's so good the way it is already but even better when you throw in some tapatio I highly recommend this plate for your first time! Super nice service by cashier and manager. However, the waffle and chix plate was bland even though it was executed with perfect technique. You could deduce that the batter was a box product like Krusteez waffles & pancake mix. The saimen noodle soup does not have the char siu pork slices you come to expect when ordering. I didn't want to take a chance, so I asked the cashier if it came with the Chinese bbq sliced pork and she said, "yes", but it was MIA. And was told they substitute it with sliced Spam after the fact and couldn't return it because I'm not that person. So $23.00 felt over-priced for those two items. I hate burritos. Im not sure why, but I just don't like them. I was never a fan, until my husband and I stumbled upon this place. Who knew after one visit, I look forward to our weekends where I just want to get a breakfast burrito all their food is great, you can't go wrong. BUT their breakfast burrito is something I can rave for hours! I recommend a bacon breakfast burrito. The ratio to bacon, cheese, and potato... I don't know how they do it so perfectly. The burrito comes with this spicy salsa is to die for! I don't really like using sauces but that salsa... is different! I literally finish my burrito and scrape all the sauce I can because it is so damn good! Customer service is on point, always helpful when I call for a pick up order, price is reasonable, and parking is good! read more

Awesome experience! The cafe is open early enough so I stopped by to get some breakfast. The Bacon Portuguese breakfast burrito was excellent, and the side green salsa added a little spice to it. The service was extremely friendly and probably one of the reasons I'll stop by again soon! read more

I carpool into Torrance 2-3 times a week. We stop by at least one of those days. The Aloha Royal is a favorite with all its flavorful meats. First time coming here and the place is nice inside. It feels like your at home and the staff is pretty friendly i got the egg and beef teriyaki breakfast and mannnn its very good! I ordered the loco moco, which cost around 11 dollars with tax. It is a seemingly simple dish, rice, egg, gravy, and a hamburger the size of a grown man's hand. What I got was enough food to feed literally two people, or just me, because I hadn't eaten for 24 hours. I don't know anything about Hawaiian food other than it comes from Hawaii. Suffice to say I did not expect this much food. The portions here are generous for the pandemic, and was delicious. It's also kind of something I don't think most Americans/mainlanders have tried. Burgers and gravy go really well together, I wish they served this all over the state. I plan on coming here again for their kim chi loco moco because the first one was so good. The chicken is extremely juicy, not dry like other Asian-Hawaiian based restaurants. There's a cute little kid worker that took my order so it's a bonus. Just ate here for the first time this past weekend and it was great! I'm a big fan of Hawaiian food but have to watch my intake cause lots of white rice plus processed meats plus fried chicken makes for a big ol belly. Anyway, my husband found this place on Yelp so we went for Sunday breakfast. The space is nice and bright, clean, with a decent amount of seating, including booths. I ordered the karaage and waffles while my husband got the moco logo with bacon fried rice. We also got a free spam musubi for checking in (the waitress actually told us about it.. so nice!). Everything we got was delicious and filling. Even by toddler was happy with the selection. Service here was great. Even though you order at the counter and grab your own table, the cashier and the waitstaff were all super nice. You can tell it's a mom and pop type place and they took pride in what they were doing. Downside to this place is the styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. I wish they had real dishware (even if it's plastic) for people dining in. In our current state of environmental affairs, we should all be trying to use less disposables, especially styrofoam! read more

I called in my order to this restaurant on march 1st at 11:20 am, it was just a burrito and a burger. The man said it would be about 20 minutes so I show up 20 min later and pay for my food that wasn't ready, he said about 10 more minutes. I said ok that's fine I'll be back then. Come back jn 10 min again and there's now a woman at the cashiers I told her I was there to pick up she says sorry still not ready give me 10 more minutes, I said ok fine I'll be back in 10 min again. I go back again, it is now about 12 pm and my food is still not ready she tells me to give her another 10 minutes and I tell her it's been 40 minutes already when they said 20 I come back and what if my food still isn't ready? She said I will give you your refund, I said ok. Came back again in ten minutes and still nothing, so she gives me my refund and says she will have my food ready regardless, I told her that's fine I'll be back in about 20 minutes because I have to take my daughter to school now. So I come back about 12:30 only for her to say my food is still not ready!! Like what?!? She said "I'm sorry give me 15 minutes and I will have it ready, I will tell them now to get started on it so it can be ready for you. Since the check was voided then cancelled your order". Like what in the world, you're the one who said you would give me my refund and still have the food ready so what do you mean it got cancelled? I go back in for the last time, and of course still not ready. When this was all said and done it was 12:46pm, I placed my order at 11:20am!!! They said they had a big order, which is fine, I get it, you're busier than usual but seriously to have me waste so much time and keep me coming back only to still say it wasn't ready is just ridiculous and rude. This experience was such a major letdown, very disappointing because my husband and I truly enjoyed the food here. Never had a problem with them or their service until now, and can say that it has made us not want to come back because they couldn't even at least pretend to care to potentially lose a recurring customer. I called the next morning to complain and the man who took my order the morning before honestly wasn't of any help, all he could say is "I'm sorry there was a miscommunication we had a big order and gave you a time that wasn't accurate". read more

First time to try this spot and I ordered the TNT Fried Chicken with mac salad and bacon fried rice. Mac Salad is ok and don't prefer this one and the bacon fried rice is really good. My chicken unfortunately was overcooked. The pictures I seen online look so good and that's why I ordered it but disappointed it look was close to burnt. I will try again next time. Today's lunch at Auntie's was just AWFUL. The hamburger steak was way way overcooked, it felt like eating cardboard. The meat was over burnt and only had one small scoop of rice. Shari's fried rice had no taste and very little meat. It lacked salt and soyu, the rice was dry, they need to cook it with more oil. Basically their food was unedible! I find Aunty Maile's much better, taste better and much bigger portions. They have the best Lau Lau in town on Fridays. I'm not going to Aunties Cafe no more. read more

Was just looking for a quick breakfast and found this place. Staff was super friendly and so were the other costumers - good vibes all around. My food came out very quickly. I ordered the Kalua pork breakfast burrito and it was amazing. The tater tots added an amazing crunch. The texture of this burrito was spot on for me. And the flavor is really amazing too. Located in the plaza off Artesia Bl and Normandie next to El Pollo Inka. Parking here can get really tight during the peak lunch and dinner hours with all the eating places and other businesses in this plaza. This place recently opened a few months ago it is the sister restaurant of TNT in Torrance. There is a fairly good amount of seating here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Met and talked with the owner sorry I forgot his name he was really cool to talk to. The food selection here is that of the OG Hawaiian dishes not all of them since some items they couldn't put on their menus due to the courtesy of Teri Hawaii and other restaurants near by it's some sort of rule/agreement among the restaurants. They do have a good selection of dishes and breakfast is served all day. I got the breakfast Portuguese sausage and eggs. I'll be back to try more. Overall a great place to get Hawaiian food and to get your Hawaiian Food fix. read more
